To further illustrate the present invention, a specific embodiment of an electrode transfer cutting mechanism is further explained below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and the following embodiment is illustrative of the present invention and the present invention is not limited to the following embodiment.
As shown in fig. 1, the welding rod conveying and cutting mechanism of the present invention comprises a slitting support 1, an unwinding mechanism 2, a limiting mechanism 3, a material pulling mechanism 4, a press cutting mechanism 5 and a blanking mechanism 6, wherein the unwinding mechanism 2, the limiting mechanism 3, the material pulling mechanism 4, the press cutting mechanism 5 and the blanking mechanism 6 are sequentially and fixedly arranged on one side of the slitting support 1 along a horizontal direction. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the unwinding mechanism 2 of the present invention comprises an unwinding rotary table 7, a platen rotary rod 8, a rotary gear 9 and a lifting rack 10, wherein the unwinding rotary table 7 is vertically and rotatably connected to one side of a slitting support 1, an unwinding support rod 11 is horizontally and fixedly arranged at the middle part of one side of the unwinding rotary table 7, the slitting supports 1 at both sides of the unwinding rotary table 7 are radially and symmetrically provided with the platen rotary rods 8, one end of the platen rotary rod 8 is vertically and rotatably connected with a damping rotary wheel 12 along the unwinding rotary table 7 side, the damping rotary wheel 12 is tightly attached to the unwinding rotary table 7, the other end of the platen rotary rod 8 is hinged to the slitting support 1, one side of the platen rotary rod 8 is vertically and fixedly provided with the rotary gear 9, the slitting support 1 at one side of the rotary gear 9 is vertically and fixedly provided with a rack support 13, both sides of the rack support 13 are respectively, the lifting rack 10 is meshed with the rotating gear 9, and a tension spring 15 is arranged between the lifting rack 10 and the rack bracket 13. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the limiting mechanism 3 of the present invention includes a front material guiding rotary roller 16, a rear material guiding rotary roller 17, a non-return pressure bar 18, a limiting bracket 19 and a limiting guide shaft 20, the front material guiding rotary roller 16 and the rear material guiding rotary roller 17 are sequentially horizontally and rotatably connected to the slitting bracket 1 along a horizontal direction, the non-return pressure bar 18 is horizontally disposed on an upper side of the rear material guiding rotary roller 17, two sides of the non-return pressure bar 18 are obliquely and symmetrically provided with pressing rotary plates 21, one side of a lower end of the pressing rotary plate 21 is fixedly connected to one end of the non-return pressure bar 18, an upper end of the pressing rotary plate 21 is hinged to the slitting bracket 1, the limiting bracket 19 is horizontally and fixedly disposed on the slitting bracket 1 between the front material guiding rotary roller 16 and the rear material guiding rotary roller 17, the limiting bracket 19 is horizontally provided with a limiting guide groove 22, the limiting guide groove 22 is of a T-shaped structure, two sides of the limiting guide groove 22, one side above the adjusting guide plate 23 is vertically and rotatably connected with a limiting guide shaft 20, the other side above the adjusting guide plate 23 is vertically and fixedly provided with a locking screw rod 24, and the upper end of the locking screw rod 24 is in threaded connection with a locking nut 25. As shown in fig. 6, the drawing mechanism 4 of the present invention comprises a translation support 26, a drawing motor 27, a translation guide rod 28 and a drawing support 29, wherein the translation support 26 is horizontally and fixedly arranged on one side above the slitting support 1, two sides below the translation support 26 are respectively and horizontally provided with a drawing screw rod 30 and a translation guide rod 28, the drawing support 29 is arranged on the translation guide rod 28 in a sliding manner along the horizontal direction, the drawing screw rod 30 is horizontally and threadedly connected to the drawing support 29, the drawing motor 27 is horizontally and fixedly arranged on one side of the translation support 26, the drawing motor 27 drives the drawing screw rod 30, a material guide channel 31 is horizontally arranged below the drawing support 29, a drawing support plate 32 is fixedly arranged above the material guide channel 31, a drawing cylinder 33 is vertically and upwardly fixedly arranged below the drawing support 29, a drawing press plate 34 is horizontally and fixedly arranged at an output end of the drawing cylinder 33, the drawing press plate 34 is horizontally arranged below the drawing support plate 32, according to the invention, a reset limit switch 35 is fixedly arranged below a translation bracket 26 along the rear guide roller 17 side, an adjusting limit switch 36 is arranged on a translation guide rod 28 below the translation bracket 26 along the press-cutting mechanism 5 side, a translation sleeve 37 is fixedly arranged on the upper side of the adjusting limit switch 36, the translation sleeve 37 is arranged on the translation guide rod 28 in a sliding manner along the horizontal direction, and an adjusting locking bolt 38 is arranged between the translation sleeve 37 and the translation guide rod 28. As shown in fig. 8, the pressing and cutting mechanism 5 of the present invention comprises a material cutting cylinder 39, a material cutting rotating plate 40, a material cutting support 41, a material bearing support 42 and a material cutting bearing plate 43, wherein the material bearing support 42 is horizontally and fixedly arranged at the lower side of the material cutting support 1, two sides above the material bearing support 42 are respectively and horizontally and rotatably connected with a material feeding guide roller 44 and a material discharging guide roller 45, the middle part of the lower side of the material bearing support 42 is vertically and upwardly and fixedly provided with a material bearing cylinder 46, the output end of the material bearing cylinder 46 is horizontally and fixedly provided with a material cutting bearing plate 43, the upper side of the material cutting bearing plate 43 is horizontally and rotatably provided with a material cutting knife groove 47, the material cutting support 41 is vertically and fixedly arranged on the material cutting support 1 at the upper side of the material cutting bearing plate 43, a material cutting press plate 48 is vertically and slidably arranged in the material cutting support 41, the lower end of the material cutting press plate 48, be provided with the blank on the slitting support 1 of blank clamp plate 48 one side and change board 40, blank commentaries on classics board 40 one side is provided with the blank gear 51 of fan-shaped structure, blank gear 51 is connected with the meshing of blank rack 50, the centre of a circle department of blank gear 51 rotates and connects in slitting support 1, be provided with blank cylinder 39 between blank commentaries on classics board 40 opposite side and the slitting support 1, the vertical downward setting of blank cylinder 39 is in slitting support 1 one side, the tail end hinge of blank cylinder 39 connects in slitting support 1, blank cylinder 39 output end hinge connects in blank commentaries on classics board 40. According to the invention, the adjusting screw rod 59 is vertically and slidably arranged on the rack support 13, the adjusting screw rods 59 on two sides of the rack support 13 are respectively in threaded connection with the fixing nuts 60, and the tensioning spring 15 is arranged between the adjusting screw rod 59 and the lifting rack 10, so that the adjusting screw rod 59 can be adjusted along the rack support 13 according to the unreeling requirement of a welding rod, the pressing force between the damping rotating wheel 12 and the unreeling rotating disc 7 can be conveniently adjusted, and the damping effect of the rotary unreeling of the unreeling rotating disc 7 can be efficiently adjusted. A compression tension spring 61 is arranged between the compression rotating plate 21 and the slitting bracket 1, so that the non-return pressure lever 18 and the rear guide rotating roller 17 are tightly compressed, the welding rods can be stably conveyed in a compressed mode, the welding rods can be prevented from returning in the conveying process, and the one-way conveying of the welding rods is ensured. As shown in fig. 7, the middle part of the lower side of the material pulling bearing plate 32 is horizontally provided with an upper material pulling pressure groove 62 with a circular arc structure, and the middle part of the upper side of the material pulling pressure plate 34 is horizontally provided with a lower material pulling pressure groove 63 with a circular arc structure, so that the welding rods can be firmly pressed and fixed, and the welding rods are prevented from sliding relatively between the material pulling bearing plate 32 and the material pulling pressure plate 34 in the pulling process, thereby affecting the accuracy of the welding rod transmission.
By adopting the technical scheme, when the welding rod conveying and cutting mechanism is used, the unwinding mechanism 2, the limiting mechanism 3, the drawing mechanism 4, the pressing and cutting mechanism 5 and the blanking mechanism 6 are sequentially and fixedly arranged on one side of the slitting support 1 along the horizontal direction, the unwinding mechanism 2 can stably unwind and convey welding rods, the limiting mechanism 3 can perform limiting and guiding in the welding rod conveying process, so that the welding rods can be accurately conveyed, the drawing mechanism 4 can draw and convey the welding rods according to the fixed length required by actual welding, the pressing and cutting mechanism 5 can efficiently and fully cut the welding rods, the blanking mechanism 6 can convey and blank the welding rods which are cut off one by one, the automation degree of unwinding and cutting of the welding rods is improved, the unwinding turntable 7 is vertically and rotatably connected to one side of the slitting support 1, the middle part of one side of the unwinding turntable 7 is horizontally and fixedly provided with the unwinding bearing rod 11, welding rod rolls can be stably placed on an unreeling bearing rod 11, an unreeling rotary table 7 can conveniently rotate under the traction of a material pulling mechanism 4, welding rods can be quickly unreeled and conveyed, pressure disc rotary rods 8 are symmetrically arranged on slitting supports 1 on two sides of the unreeling rotary table 7 along the radial direction, damping rotary wheels 12 vertically and rotatably connected with one ends of the pressure disc rotary rods 8 are tightly attached to the unreeling rotary table 7, a rotary gear 9 is vertically and fixedly arranged on one side
