the cleaning mechanism comprises a power shaft, a cleaning block, a first motor, two first bearings, two lifting sleeves, two rotating rods, two cylinders and two rotating assemblies, wherein the two rotating assemblies are symmetrically arranged relative to the laser head, the two rotating assemblies are arranged on one side, close to the base, of the first moving device, the two rotating rods are parallel to the axis of the laser head, one ends of the two rotating rods are respectively connected with the two rotating assemblies, the other ends of the rotating rods penetrate through the lifting sleeves, the lifting sleeves are in sliding connection with the rotating rods, the axis of the air rod is parallel to the rotating rods, one end of each cylinder is fixedly connected with one end of each rotating rod, the other end of each cylinder is fixedly connected with the lifting sleeves, the power shaft is arranged on one side, far away from the first moving device, of the laser head, the power shaft is perpendicular to the rotating rods, and the two ends of the power shaft are respectively connected with the two lifting sleeves through the first bearings, the first motor is fixedly connected with one of the lifting sleeves, the first motor is in transmission connection with the power shaft, the cleaning block is cylindrical, and the cleaning block is sleeved on the periphery of the power shaft;
dehumidification mechanism is including dehumidification case, refrigerator, blast pipe, first motorised valve, second motorised valve, drain pipe, aspiration pump and intake pipe, the dehumidification case sets up at first mobile device's top, the one end of intake pipe and the top intercommunication of one side of dehumidification case, the aspiration pump is installed on the other end of intake pipe, the one end of blast pipe and the opposite side intercommunication on the top of dehumidification case, first motorised valve is installed on the blast pipe, the refrigerator sets up the inside at the dehumidification case, the one end of drain pipe and the one side intercommunication of the bottom of dehumidification case, the second motorised valve is installed on the drain pipe.
Preferably, in order to improve the automation degree of the laser cutting machine, a control box is arranged on the base, a PLC is arranged in the control box, a display screen and at least two control keys are arranged on the control box, and the display screen, the first electric valve, the second electric valve and each control key are electrically connected with the PLC.
Preferably, for providing power for the dwang, rotating assembly includes second motor, drive shaft and two second bearings, the axis of drive shaft and laser head is perpendicular and crossing, the both ends of drive shaft all are connected with first mobile device through the second bearing, second motor and first mobile device fixed connection, the second motor is connected with drive shaft transmission, the one end that is close to first mobile device of dwang and the middle part fixed connection of drive shaft.
Preferably, in order to improve the energy-saving performance of the laser cutting machine, a heat exchange box is further arranged on the air inlet pipe, the air inlet pipe penetrates through the heat exchange box, one end, far away from the dehumidifying box, of the exhaust pipe is communicated with the heat exchange box, and an exhaust port is formed in one side, far away from the exhaust pipe, of the heat exchange box.
Preferably, in order to increase the speed of air cooling, at least two heat transfer pipes are arranged in the dehumidification box, and one end of each heat transfer pipe is connected to the refrigerator.
Preferably, the heat transfer pipe is made of copper metal in order to improve the heat transfer performance of the heat transfer pipe.
Preferably, in order to prolong the service life of the dehumidifying box, the inner wall of the dehumidifying box is coated with an anticorrosive coating.
Preferably, the cleaning block is coated with alcohol in order to enhance the cleaning effect of the cleaning block.
Preferably, the probability of abrasion of the laser head is reduced, and the cleaning block is made of absorbent cotton.
Preferably, in order to improve the connection stability of the lifting sleeve and the rotating rod, a limit block is arranged at one end of the rotating rod, which is far away from the first moving device.
The cleaning type laser cutting machine with the dehumidification function has the advantages that the cleaning mechanism can clean the laser head, the production efficiency of the laser cutting machine is improved, compared with the existing cleaning mechanism, the cleaning mechanism is simple in structure, the number of fault points of the mechanism is reduced, the fault rate of the mechanism is reduced, the dehumidification mechanism can reduce the humidity of the environment where the laser cutting machine is located, the service life of the laser cutting machine is prolonged, and compared with the existing dehumidification mechanism, the dehumidification mechanism improves the energy-saving performance of the mechanism through the heat exchange box.

The present invention will now be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. These drawings are simplified schematic views illustrating only the basic structure of the present invention in a schematic manner, and thus show only the constitution related to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the cleaning type laser cutting machine with the dehumidification function comprises a base 25, a first moving device 2, a support 4, a laser head 3 and two second moving devices 5, wherein two ends of the support 4 are respectively connected with two sides of the base 25 through the second moving devices 5, the first moving device 2 is arranged in the middle of the support 4, the laser head 3 is arranged on one side, close to the base 25, of the first moving device 2, and the cleaning type laser cutting machine further comprises a cleaning mechanism and a dehumidification mechanism, wherein the cleaning mechanism and the dehumidification mechanism are both arranged on the first moving device 2;
the laser 3 is driven to move back and forth by the second moving device 5, the laser 3 is driven to move left and right by the first moving device 2, the laser head 3 can be cleaned by the cleaning mechanism, the production efficiency of the laser cutting machine is improved, the humidity of the environment where the laser cutting machine is located can be reduced by the dehumidifying mechanism, and the service life of the laser cutting machine is prolonged;
as shown in fig. 2, the cleaning mechanism includes a power shaft 9, a cleaning block 10, a first motor 8, two first bearings 24, two lifting sleeves 11, two rotating rods 7, two air cylinders 6 and two rotating assemblies, the two rotating assemblies are symmetrically arranged with respect to the laser head 3, the two rotating assemblies are both arranged on one side of the first moving device 2 close to the base 25, the two rotating rods 7 are both parallel to the axis of the laser head 3, one ends of the two rotating rods 7 are respectively connected with the two rotating assemblies, the other end of the rotating rod 7 passes through the lifting sleeves 11, the lifting sleeves 11 are slidably connected with the rotating rods 7, the axis of the air rod is parallel to the rotating rods 7, one end of the air cylinder 6 is fixedly connected with one end of the rotating rods 7, the other end of the air cylinder 6 is fixedly connected with the lifting sleeves 11, the power shaft 9 is arranged on one side of the laser head 3 far away from the first moving device 2, the power shaft 9 is perpendicular to the rotating rod 7, two ends of the power shaft 9 are respectively connected with two lifting sleeves 11 through first bearings 24, the first motor 8 is fixedly connected with one of the lifting sleeves 11, the first motor 8 is in transmission connection with the power shaft 9, the cleaning block 10 is cylindrical, and the cleaning block 10 is sleeved on the periphery of the power shaft 9;

as shown in fig. 4, the dehumidifying mechanism includes a dehumidifying box 1, a refrigerator 16, an exhaust pipe 14, a first electric valve 15, a second electric valve 19, a drain pipe 18, a suction pump 21 and an intake pipe 22, the dehumidifying box 1 is disposed on the top of the first moving device 2, one end of the intake pipe 22 is communicated with the top end of one side of the dehumidifying box 1, the suction pump 21 is mounted on the other end of the intake pipe 22, one end of the exhaust pipe 14 is communicated with the other side of the top end of the dehumidifying box 1, the first electric valve 15 is mounted on the exhaust pipe 14, the refrigerator 16 is disposed inside the dehumidifying box 1, one end of the drain pipe 18 is communicated with one side of the bottom end of the dehumidifying box 1, and the second electric valve 19 is mounted on the drain pipe 18;
the air is compressed into the dehumidification box 1 through the air inlet pipe 22, the temperature of the air in the dehumidification box 1 is reduced through the refrigerator 16, when the air temperature is reduced to be below a dew point, moisture in the air is condensed into water and then falls to the bottom of the dehumidification box 1, dehumidification of the air is achieved, the air after dehumidification is discharged to the outside of the dehumidification box 1 through the exhaust pipe 14, dehumidification of the environment where the laser cutting machine is located is achieved, meanwhile, the exhaust speed of the exhaust pipe 14 can be adjusted through the first electric valve 15, adjustment of the air pressure in the dehumidification box 1 is achieved, after more water is accumulated in the dehumidification box 1, the second electric valve 19 is controlled to be opened through the PLC, and then the water in the dehumidification box 1 can be discharged through the drain pipe 18.
Preferably, in order to improve the automation degree of the laser cutting machine, a control box is arranged on the base 25, a PLC is arranged inside the control box, a display screen and at least two control keys are arranged on the control box, and the display screen, the first electric valve 15, the second electric valve 19 and each control key are electrically connected with the PLC;
the PLC is a programmable logic controller, it adopts a kind of programmable memory, it is used for its internal storage program, implement logic operation, sequence control, timing, counting and arithmetic operation, etc. and control various kinds of machinery or production process by digital or analog input/output, it is a computer specially used for industrial control, its hardware structure is basically the same as microcomputer, generally used for the processing of data and receiving and outputting of the order, used for realizing central control, the operator sends the control signal to PLC through the control key, then control the laser cutting machine to run through PLC, can show the working condition of the laser cutting machine through the display screen at the same time, have improved the automaticity of the laser cutting machine.
As shown in fig. 3, the rotating assembly includes a second motor 12, a driving shaft 13 and two second bearings 23, the driving shaft 13 is perpendicular to and intersects with the axis of the laser head 3, both ends of the driving shaft 13 are connected to the first moving device 2 through the second bearings 23, the second motor 12 is fixedly connected to the first moving device 2, the second motor 12 is in transmission connection with the driving shaft 13, and one end of the rotating rod 7 close to the first moving device 2 is fixedly connected to the middle of the driving shaft 13;
the stability of the driving shaft 13 is improved by the second bearing 23, and the driving shaft 13 is driven to rotate by the second motor 12, and the rotating rod 7 is driven to rotate by the driving shaft 13.
Preferably, in order to improve the energy saving performance of the laser cutting machine, a heat exchange box 20 is further arranged on the air inlet pipe 22, the air inlet pipe 22 penetrates through the heat exchange box 20, one end of the exhaust pipe 14, which is far away from the dehumidification box 1, is communicated with the heat exchange box 20, and an exhaust port is arranged on one side of the heat exchange box 20, which is far away from the exhaust pipe 14;
the air with low temperature inside the dehumidification box 1 is injected into the heat exchange box 20 through the exhaust pipe 14, and the heat inside the air inlet pipe 22 is absorbed through the low temperature air, so that the air inside the air inlet pipe 22 can be pre-cooled.
Preferably, in order to increase the speed of air cooling, at least two heat conduction pipes 17 are arranged inside the dehumidification box 1, and one end of each heat conduction pipe 17 is connected to the refrigerator 16;
can absorb the inside temperature everywhere of dehumidification case 1 through heat pipe 17, reduce the inside difference in temperature everywhere of dehumidification case 1, improve the dehumidification effect of dehumidification case 1.
Preferably, in order to improve the heat conductivity of the heat transfer pipe 17, the heat transfer pipe 17 is made of copper;
since the metal copper has a good heat conductivity, the heat conductivity of the heat pipe 17 is improved.
Preferably, in order to prolong the service life of the dehumidification tank 1, an anti-corrosion coating is coated on the inner wall of the dehumidification tank 1;
the corrosion speed of the dehumidifying box 1 is slowed down through the anti-corrosion coating, and the service life of the dehumidifying box 1 is prolonged.
Preferably, in order to improve the cleaning effect of the cleaning block 10, the cleaning block 10 is coated with alcohol;
the cleaning effect of the cleaning block 10 is improved by dissolving the stains on the laser head 3 with alcohol.
Preferably, in order to reduce the probability of abrasion of the laser head 3, the cleaning block 10 is made of absorbent cotton;
because the absorbent cotton is softer, the probability of abrasion of the laser head 3 is reduced.
Preferably, in order to improve the stability of the connection between the lifting sleeve 11 and the rotating rod 7, a limiting block is arranged at one end of the rotating rod 7, which is far away from the first moving device 2;
through the limiting effect of the limiting block, the probability that the lifting sleeve 11 falls off from the rotating rod 7 is reduced, and the stability of connection of the lifting sleeve 11 and the rotating rod 7 is improved.
The power is supplied by the rotating component, the cleaning block 10 is rotated to one side of the laser head 3 far away from the first moving device 2 by the rotating rod 7, the cleaning block 10 is driven to ascend by the air cylinder 6, the cleaning block 10 is abutted against the laser head 3, the cleaning block 10 is driven to rotate by the first motor 8, the laser head 3 is cleaned by the cleaning block 10, then the cleaning block 10 is rotated to one side of the laser head 3 by the rotating component, the laser head 3 can normally run, the power is supplied by the air suction pump 21, the air is compressed into the dehumidifying box 1 through the air inlet pipe 22, the temperature of the air in the dehumidifying box 1 is reduced through the refrigerator 16, when the temperature of the air is reduced below a dew point, the moisture in the air is condensed into water and falls to the bottom of the dehumidifying box 1, the dehumidification of the air is realized, and then the air after the dehumidification is discharged to the outside of the dehumidifying box 1 through the air outlet pipe 14, the dehumidification of the environment where the laser cutting machine is located is achieved.
Compared with the prior art, among this clean type laser cutting machine with dehumidification function, can clean laser head 3 through clean mechanism, laser cutting machine's production efficiency has been improved, compare with current clean mechanism, this clean mechanism simple structure has reduced the quantity of this mechanism fault point, the fault rate of this mechanism has been reduced, moreover, can reduce the humidity of the environment that laser cutting machine was located through dehumidification mechanism, laser cutting machine's life has been prolonged, compare with current dehumidification mechanism, this dehumidification mechanism has improved the energy-conserving performance of this mechanism through heat transfer case 20.
