一种防污染的硒鼓,涉及激光打印机技术领域,包含废粉仓、清洁刮刀、充电辊、感光鼓、清洁隔离片、粉仓、出粉刮刀、显影器;所述通过在清洁刮刀的刀架上位于充电辊的正下方粘贴一条清洁隔离片,该清洁隔离片为长方形薄胶片,能弹性弯曲,所述清洁隔离片的长度大于150mm,宽度大于10mm,且向上包住充电辊时能夹在充电辊与感光鼓之间;在使用前使用清洁隔离片隔离充电辊和感光鼓起到防污染的作用,客户使用时不需要人为取下防污染装置,直接通过打印机转动使清洁隔离片转出并与充电辊接触,清洁充电辊;本发明一种防污染的硒鼓的有益效果是:1,结构简单,成本低;2,方便使用者使用,不需要额外操作。

技术领域
本发明一种防污染的硒鼓,涉及激光打印机技术领域,尤其涉及一种硒鼓。
背景技术
目前市场中采用充电辊为感光鼓充电的硒鼓为了保证感光鼓的充电效果,充电辊和感光鼓是紧密接触的,感光鼓是铝管表面涂一层感光材料,充电辊表面是橡胶结构,两者长时间接触可能会出现充电辊表层的橡胶污染感光鼓的感光涂层的情况。为了防止上述情况的出现,现有的主流工艺方法是在出厂前在感光鼓和充电辊之间加一个防污染隔离片,一端延伸到硒鼓外部,这种方法要求终端用户按操作指引在使用之前将防污染隔离片抽出,然后才能正常使用。另外一个问题是充电辊在打印的过程中,由于充电和放电的过程,容易出现碳粉中的添加剂附着在充电辊上,积累到一定程度会影响充电辊的充电效果并导致打印异常。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种防污染的硒鼓,能清洁充电辊上的粉尘,使用时会自动拉出防污染隔离片。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种防污染的硒鼓,包含废粉仓、清洁刮刀、充电辊、感光鼓、清洁隔离片、粉仓、出粉刮刀、显影器和碳粉。所述废粉仓是硒鼓的一部分外壳结构,用于存储废粉;所述清洁刮刀由金属刀架和聚氨酯胶条组成,安装在废粉仓内槽中的正上方;所述充电辊由金属轴和橡胶皮层组成,与清洁刮刀平行安装在清洁刮刀上方的充电辊支架上;所述感光鼓由铝基金属管及表面的感光涂层组成,与充电辊平行安装在塑胶件上,感光鼓表面与充电辊导电皮层紧密接触,同时和清洁刮刀的胶条刃口相接触;所述粉仓是硒鼓的另外一部分外壳结构,粉仓设有内腔,碳粉装在内腔中,出粉刮刀安装于内腔出粉口的一侧,显影器安装的出粉口的上方,与出粉刀相切;废粉仓和粉仓通过连接销钉连接成一个硒鼓;所述清洁隔离片为长方形薄胶片,能弹性弯曲,清洁隔离片一面的长边边沿设有双面胶,长度大于150mm,宽度大于10mm,且向上包住充电辊时能夹在充电辊与感光鼓之间,清洁隔离片前端朝向清洁刮刀刀口的方向安装,通过双面胶粘在充电辊的正下方位置的清洁刮刀的金属刀架上,将前端反折向后使清洁隔离片与充电辊紧密接触。
优选的,清洁隔离片选用聚氨酯材质制作而成,耐磨且不会污染感光鼓和充电辊。
所述硒鼓生产测试打印合格后,将清洁隔离片绕过充电辊从上往下穿过并夹在充电辊与感光鼓之间,客户使用时,不需要用户抽出清洁隔离片,直接将硒鼓安装到打印机中,在打印机带动硒鼓转动时,感光鼓往清洁刮刀刀口方向转动并带动充电辊转动,将清洁隔离片转出,清洁隔离片在自身弹力作用下,清洁隔离片与充电辊底部紧密接触,并在后续的打印中清洁充电辊上的粉尘。
本发明一种防污染的硒鼓的有益效果是:1,结构简单,成本低;2,方便使用者使用,不需要额外操作。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作具体说明:参照附图1、附图2和附图3,一种防污染的硒鼓,包含废粉仓2、清洁刮刀23、充电辊22、感光鼓24、清洁隔离片21、粉仓1、出粉刮刀17、显影器12和碳粉18。所述废粉仓2是硒鼓的一部分外壳结构,用于存储废粉;所述清洁刮刀23由金属刀架和聚氨酯胶条组成,安装在废粉仓2内槽中的正上方;所述充电辊22由金属轴和橡胶皮层组成,与清洁刮刀23平行安装在清洁刮刀23上方的充电辊支架上;所述感光鼓24由铝基金属管及表面的感光涂层组成,与充电辊22平行安装在塑胶件2上,感光鼓24表面与充电辊22导电皮层紧密接触,同时和清洁刮刀23的胶条刃口相接触;所述粉仓1是硒鼓的另外一部分外壳结构,粉仓1设有内腔,碳粉18装在内腔中,出粉刮刀17安装于内腔出粉口的一侧,显影器12安装的出粉口的上方,与出粉刀17相切;废粉仓2和粉仓1通过连接销钉连接成一个硒鼓;所述清洁隔离片21为长方形薄胶片,能弹性弯曲,清洁隔离片21一面的长边边沿设有双面胶,长度大于150mm,宽度大于10mm,且向上包住充电辊22时能夹在充电辊22与感光鼓24之间,清洁隔离片21前端朝向清洁刮刀23刀口的方向安装,通过双面胶粘在充电辊22的正下方位置的清洁刮刀23的金属刀架上,将前端反折向后使清洁隔离片21与充电辊22紧密接触。
所述硒鼓生产测试打印合格后,将清洁隔离片21绕过充电辊22从上往下穿过并夹在充电辊22与感光鼓24之间,客户使用时,不需要用户抽出清洁隔离片21,直接将硒鼓安装到打印机中,在打印机带动硒鼓转动时,感光鼓24往清洁刮刀23刀口方向转动并带动充电辊22转动,将清洁隔离片21转出,清洁隔离片21在自身弹力作用下,清洁隔离片21与充电辊22底部紧密接触,并在后续的打印中清洁充电辊22上的粉尘。此方案结构简单,成本低,并且方便使用者使用,不需要额外操作。

1.一种防污染的硒鼓,其特征在于:包含废粉仓(2)、清洁刮刀(23)、充电辊(22)、感光鼓(24)、清洁隔离片(21)、粉仓(1)、出粉刮刀(17)、显影器(12)和碳粉(18);所述废粉仓(2)是硒鼓的一部分外壳结构,用于存储废粉;所述清洁刮刀(23)由金属刀架和聚氨酯胶条组成,安装在废粉仓(2)内槽中的正上方;所述充电辊(22)由金属轴和橡胶皮层组成,与清洁刮刀(23)平行安装在清洁刮刀(23)上方的充电辊支架上;所述感光鼓(24)由铝基金属管及表面的感光涂层组成,与充电辊(22)平行安装在塑胶件2上,感光鼓(24)表面与充电辊(22)导电皮层紧密接触,同时和清洁刮刀(23)的胶条刃口相接触;所述粉仓(1)是硒鼓的另外一部分外壳结构,粉仓(1)设有内腔,碳粉(18)装在内腔中,出粉刮刀(17)安装于内腔出粉口的一侧,显影器(12)安装的出粉口的上方,与出粉刀17相切;废粉仓(2)和粉仓(1)通过连接销钉连接成一个硒鼓;所述清洁隔离片(21)为长方形薄胶片,能弹性弯曲,清洁隔离片(21)一面的长边边沿设有双面胶,长度大于150mm,宽度大于10mm,且向上包住充电辊(22)时能夹在充电辊(22)与感光鼓(24)之间,清洁隔离片(21)前端朝向清洁刮刀(23)刀口的方向安装,通过双面胶粘在充电辊(22)的正下方位置的清洁刮刀(23)的金属刀架上,将前端反折向后使清洁隔离片(21)与充电辊(22)紧密接触。
