When the speed of a vehicle is below the safety line, the generated tire noise is small, the generated air vibration is not enough to enable the pressure ball 11 to swing, so that current cannot be generated, the rotating plate body is in a horizontal state, the phenomenon of jolting cannot be generated when the vehicle runs, the loss of the vehicle is reduced, and the use is more scientific.
Noise generated by vehicle running can be collected through the plurality of sound collecting pipes 7, then kinetic energy generated by air vibration is converted into kinetic energy of the pressure ball 11 and potential energy of the spring 10, and finally converted into electric energy, and through the energy conversion, noise is effectively reduced, so that sound waves and wall reflection are avoided, and noise pollution is caused.
