Technical Field
The invention relates to tool rest processing equipment, in particular to an elastic cylindrical pin mounting device for mounting an elastic cylindrical pin on a tool rest.
Background
In the field of knife production such as surgical knives, some knife holders are known, and in the process of installation, elastic cylindrical pins are required to be installed in elastic cylindrical pin holes of the knife holders.
At present, a purely manual installation method is used for installing the elastic cylindrical pin in the industry, namely a worker holds the tool rest in advance; then, the elastic cylindrical pin is manually placed into an elastic cylindrical pin hole of the tool rest; finally, the tool rest is positioned by the body, and the elastic cylindrical pin is knocked into the tool rest in a hammering mode. The whole installation mode needs manual operation, and the working efficiency is low. Moreover, when the hammer is knocked, a worker needs to position the tool rest by using the body, the risk of injuring the person by smashing can occur, and potential safety hazards exist. In addition, the hammer can lead to the deformation of the elastic cylindrical pin, and the assembly qualification rate is lower.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing the elastic cylindrical pin installation device, which has higher working efficiency, can avoid potential safety hazards and has higher qualification rate.
In order to solve the problems, the following technical scheme is provided:

There is the actuating cylinder on the riser of backup pad top, and the piston rod of actuating cylinder is down, is connected with the clamp plate of horizontal arrangement on the piston rod outer end of actuating cylinder, there is the direction through-hole of vertical arrangement on the clamp plate of locating pin top, and the external diameter of direction through-hole is greater than the external diameter of elasticity cylindric lock. The guide sleeve is fixed on the pressing plate through the connecting block, a pushing rod is concentrically arranged in the guide sleeve, the pushing rod is matched with the guide sleeve in an up-down sliding mode, two ends of the pushing rod respectively extend out of two ends of the guide sleeve, an annular boss extending outwards in a radial direction is arranged at the upper end of the pushing rod, and a return spring is arranged on the section of the pushing rod between the annular boss and the guide sleeve. The lower extreme of pushing rod is provided with the pushing pin, and the pushing pin external diameter is greater than the internal diameter of elasticity cylindric lock and is less than the external diameter of direction through-hole, is coaxial setting between pushing pin, direction through-hole and the locating pin.

The upper part of the positioning needle is in a circular truncated cone shape, the lower part of the positioning needle is in a cylindrical shape, the end with the large diameter of the upper part of the positioning needle is concentrically connected with the lower part of the positioning needle, the outer diameter of the end with the small diameter of the upper part of the positioning needle is smaller than the inner diameter of the elastic cylindrical pin, and the outer diameter of the end with the large diameter of the upper part of the positioning needle is larger than the inner diameter of the elastic cylindrical pin.
The pressing plate is provided with a second through hole, a guide block is arranged in the second through hole, and the guide through hole is positioned on the guide block.
The upper part of the guide through hole is a taper hole, the lower part of the guide through hole is a sizing hole, and the inclination angle of the taper hole is 15 degrees.
The stand column is arranged on the supporting plate corresponding to the pushing rod, one side of the stand column is hinged with the pull rod, the axis of the pull rod is in the same vertical plane with the axis of the pushing rod, the pull rod rotates in the vertical plane along the hinge point, and the distance from the outer end of the pull rod to the hinge point is greater than the distance from the central line of the pushing rod to the hinge point.

When the elastic cylindrical pin is assembled, the manually operated part of the installation device is only used for placing the elastic cylindrical pin and pushing the pushing rod, and compared with the whole manual operation in the background art, the installation device greatly provides working efficiency. Moreover, the tool rest is positioned by the pressing plate and the supporting plate, and the elastic cylindrical pins are positioned by the positioning, so that the accident of hurting people due to pressing during press fitting is avoided, and the potential safety hazard is avoided. Moreover, the pushing material is utilized to push the elastic cylindrical pins, and the elastic cylindrical pins are limited by the guide through holes, so that the deformation phenomenon of the elastic cylindrical pins is avoided, and the assembly qualification rate is greatly improved.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the installation device of the elastic cylindrical pin 18 of the invention is characterized by comprising a vertical plate 1, wherein one side of the vertical plate 1 is provided with a supporting plate 6 which is horizontally arranged, the supporting plate 6 is provided with a first through hole, a supporting seat is arranged in the first through hole, and the upper surface of the supporting seat is flush with the upper plate surface of the supporting plate 6. The upper surface of supporting seat has blind hole 4, has movable post 21 in the blind hole 4, and the cooperation of sliding from top to bottom is formed between movable post 21 and blind hole 4, has reset spring 5 between the hole bottom of movable post 21 lower extreme and blind hole 4, and there is vertical upward locating needle 20 of arranging the upper end of movable post 21, and under locating needle 20 was in unstressed state, the upper end of locating needle 20 stretched out from the oral area of blind hole 4, and reset spring 5's deformation length is greater than the length of elasticity cylindric lock 18. The vertical plate 1 above the supporting plate 6 is provided with a driving cylinder 22, a piston rod of the driving cylinder 22 faces downwards, the outer end of the piston rod of the driving cylinder 22 is connected with a pressing plate 7 which is horizontally arranged, the pressing plate 7 above the positioning needle 20 is provided with a guide through hole 17 which is vertically arranged, and the outer diameter of the guide through hole 17 is larger than that of the elastic cylindrical pin 18. The guide sleeve 11 is vertically arranged above the guide through hole 17, the guide sleeve 11 is fixed on the pressing plate 7 through the connecting block 9, the pushing rod 12 is concentrically arranged in the guide sleeve 11, the pushing rod 12 is matched with the guide sleeve 11 in an up-down sliding mode, two ends of the pushing rod 12 respectively extend out of two ends of the guide sleeve 11, an annular boss 14 extending outwards in a radial direction is arranged at the upper end of the pushing rod 12, and a return spring 13 is arranged on the section of the pushing rod 12 between the annular boss 14 and the guide sleeve 11. The lower extreme of pushing rod 12 is provided with pushing needle 16, and pushing needle 16 external diameter is greater than the internal diameter of elasticity cylindric lock 18 and is less than the external diameter of direction through-hole 17, and pushing needle 16, direction through-hole 17 and locating needle 20 are coaxial setting.
In order to facilitate the installation, the supporting seat comprises a tubular shell 2 which is vertically arranged, the outer side wall of the tubular shell 2 is connected with the inner side wall of the first through hole, a plunger 3 is arranged in the tubular shell 2, the lower end of the plunger 3 extends out of the bottom of the tubular shell 2, and the section of inner cavity of the tubular shell 2 between the upper end of the plunger 3 and the top of the tubular shell 2 is the blind hole 4; the mouth of tubular housing 2 upper end has radially inwards protruding annular in the arch, the external diameter of activity post 21 upper portion is less than the external diameter of its lower part to form spacing step on activity post 21, the lower part of activity post 21 is located in the section tubular housing 2 between plunger 3 and the annular in protruding, and be the slip form cooperation between activity post 21 lower part and tubular housing 2, the external diameter of activity post 21 upper portion is less than the bellied internal diameter in the annular.
In order to be convenient for link to each other with elasticity cylindric lock 18, the pilot pin 20 upper portion is round platform form, the lower part is cylindricly, and the big that one end of pilot pin 20 upper portion diameter is connected with the lower part is concentric of pilot pin 20, and the external diameter of the little that one end of pilot pin 20 upper portion diameter is less than the internal diameter of elasticity cylindric lock 18, and the external diameter of the big that one end of pilot pin 20 upper portion diameter is greater than the internal diameter of elasticity cylindric lock 18.
The pressing plate 7 is provided with a second through hole, a guide block 8 is arranged in the second through hole, and the guide through hole 17 is positioned on the guide block 8.
In order to facilitate the placement of the elastic cylindrical pin 18, the upper part of the guide through hole 17 is a taper hole, the lower part is a sizing hole, and the inclination angle of the taper hole is 15 degrees.
In order to facilitate pushing the pushing rod 12, the supporting plate 6 corresponding to the pushing rod 12 is provided with a stand column 10, one side of the stand column 10 is hinged with a pull rod 15, the axis of the pull rod 15 and the axis of the pushing rod 12 are in the same vertical plane, the pull rod 15 rotates in the vertical plane along the hinge point, and the distance from the outer end of the pull rod 15 to the hinge point is greater than the distance from the central line of the pushing rod 12 to the hinge point.
In use, the tool holder 19 is placed on the support plate 6, so that the positioning needle 20 passes through the elastic cylindrical pin hole of the tool holder 19. Then, the piston rod of the drive cylinder 22 is controlled to extend so that the pressing plate 7 is pressed against the tool post 19. Next, the elastic cylindrical pin 18 is placed on the positioning needle 20 along the guide through hole 17. Then, the pull rod 15 is pulled downward, the pull rod 15 pushes the pushing rod 12 to move downward, and the pushing needle 16 presses down the elastic cylindrical pin 18, the positioning needle 20 and the movable column 21, so that the elastic cylindrical pin 18 is pressed into the tool rest 19. After that, the pushing rod 12 is released, the pushing rod 12 is reset under the action of the return spring 13, and the positioning needle 20 and the movable column 21 are reset under the action of the return spring 5. Finally, the piston rod of the drive cylinder 22 is controlled to rise, the platen 7 is separated from the tool rest 19, and the tool rest 19 is removed.
