The first short arm 111 is connected to the second short arm 112 by a pin passing through the second connection portion 1122, and an end of the first short arm 111 opposite to the end to which the second short arm 112 is connected to the driving shaft 33 by the second eccentric 151. Therefore, when the driving shaft 33 rotates, the second eccentric wheel 151 drives the first short arm 111 to swing, and the first short arm 111 further drives the second short arm 112 to swing, so that the two massage heads 14 belonging to the same pinching assembly 1 approach or separate from each other to realize the pinching action of the massage heads 14.
The second sleeve 12 is provided in the middle with a through cylindrical cavity arranged in the axial direction of the drive shaft 33, the diameter of the cylindrical cavity being larger than the diameter of the drive shaft 33.
