本发明属于农药制剂领域,具体涉及一种用于防治马铃薯病虫害的农药组合物,活性成分包含吡唑醚菌酯、春雷霉素和氟吡呋喃酮;本发明杀虫杀菌组合物能够有效防治马铃薯上的多种病虫害,具有防治谱广、抗性发展较慢、增效作用显著和防治成本低等诸多优点。

一种用于防治马铃薯病虫害的农药组合物
技术领域
本发明属于农药制剂领域,具体涉及一种用于防治马铃薯病虫害的农药组合物。
背景技术
马铃薯是我国第四大粮食作物,也是重要的蔬菜和加工原料。2013年国家实施马铃薯主食化后,马铃薯种植面积稳步扩大,近年来基本稳定在550万公顷左右。随着马铃薯种植面积的扩大,马铃薯晚疫病;土传病害包括马铃薯环腐病、黑胫病、青枯病、干腐病、疮痂病等;二十八星瓢虫;地下害虫有蛴螬、蝼蛄、地老虎、金针虫等马铃薯主要病虫害发生日趋严重,正在成为影响马铃薯产业健康发展的重要制约因素。
吡唑醚菌酯是一种甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂,是一种线粒体呼吸抑制剂,对作物病害具有保护和治疗作用,具有内吸传导性。春雷霉素属于氨基糖苷类抗生素,具有较强的渗透性和内吸性,是一种治疗性强的杀菌剂。氟吡呋喃酮是由拜耳公司开发的对蜜蜂安全性较好的杀虫剂,氟吡呋喃酮可选择性地作用于昆虫中枢神经系统,键合受体蛋白,随后激活受体产生生物反应,使神经细胞处于激动状态,对抗烟碱类杀虫剂的害虫具有较好的效果。
杀虫剂或杀菌剂单独使用容易产生抗药性,并且防治谱比较窄,不能实现对病虫害的同时防治。为实现马铃薯病虫害的同时治理,本发明将杀虫剂和杀菌剂组合制备悬浮种衣剂,实现对马铃薯病虫害的同时防治。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供一种可同时防治马铃薯病虫害的农药组合物。本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种用于防治马铃薯病虫害的农药组合物,活性成分包含吡唑醚菌酯、春雷霉素和氟吡呋喃酮。
本发明所述的农药组合物,吡唑醚菌酯、春雷霉素和氟吡呋喃酮的重量比为1-5:0.5-1.5:1-10。优选的,吡唑醚菌酯、春雷霉素和氟吡呋喃酮的重量比优选为1.8:0.9:7。
本发明所述的农药组合物,吡唑醚菌酯、春雷霉素和氟吡呋喃酮在制剂中的含量为10-65%。优选的吡唑醚菌酯、春雷霉素和氟吡呋喃酮在制剂中的含量为 15-50%
本发明所述的农药组合物,还含有农药辅助成分,所述辅助成分包括润湿剂、分散剂、乳化剂、成膜剂、消泡剂、抗冻剂、着色剂和水中的一种或多种。
本发明所述的农药组合物的剂型为可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、悬浮种衣剂;优选为悬浮种衣剂。
本发明所述的农药组合物可用于防治马铃薯病虫害,所述的病虫害包含晚疫病、早疫病、黑胫病、青枯病、干腐病、瓢虫、蚜虫、有蛴螬、蝼蛄、地老虎、金针虫等;优选的所述农作物病虫害为马铃薯黑胫病、金针虫、蚜虫。
有益效果:
1、将吡唑醚菌酯、春雷霉素、氟吡呋喃酮组合使用可以同时防治马铃薯病害和地下害虫,扩大防治谱。
2、与单剂相比,三元组合物的防效明显提高,起到协同作用。
3、本发明制备的农药组合物对马铃薯植株生长无不良影响,施药后植株生长正常。
4、本发明的悬浮种衣剂制备工艺简单,生产成本低、防治效果好。
具体实施方式
下面用实施例来进一步说明本发明,但本发明并不受其限制。下列实施例中未注明具体条件的实验方法,通常按照常规条件,或按照制造厂商所建议的条件。
一、制剂实施例
实施例1 29.1%吡唑醚菌酯·春雷霉素·氟吡呋喃酮悬浮种衣剂
所述悬浮种衣剂的制备方法为:将各个助剂与活性成分混合,然后用高速乳化剪切机进行剪切,在砂磨机中研磨2-3小时,直至悬浮剂的颗粒细度在5微米以下,将研磨介质分离过滤即得产品。
实施例2 28%吡唑醚菌酯·春雷霉素·氟吡呋喃酮悬浮种衣剂
所述悬浮种衣剂的制备方法为:将各个助剂与活性成分混合,然后用高速乳化剪切机进行剪切,在砂磨机中研磨2-3小时,直至悬浮剂的颗粒细度在5微米以下,将研磨介质分离过滤即得产品。
实施例3 14.4%吡唑醚菌酯·春雷霉素·氟吡呋喃酮悬浮种衣剂
所述悬浮种衣剂的制备方法为:将各个助剂与活性成分混合,然后用高速乳化剪切机进行剪切,在砂磨机中研磨2-3小时,直至悬浮剂的颗粒细度在5微米以下,将研磨介质分离过滤即得产品。
二、田间防效测定实施例
测试例1:悬浮种衣剂对马铃薯黑胫病的田间药效
试验对象:马铃薯黑胫病,Erwinia carotovora subsp.atroseptica(Van Hall)
试验作物:马铃薯(荷兰15)
试验方法:将药剂根据试验剂量兑水调成药液(用水量约为种薯量的10%右),将切好的种薯块浸泡30分钟,摊开,置于通风处,晾干3小时后播种。播种规格:马铃薯一畦两行种植,平均株距30cm,密度4500株/667m2。其它田间管理按照常规进行。随机区组排列,每处理重复4次。
调查时间和方法:于现蕾开花期,每小区集中调查100株,记录病株数,未出苗按病株统计,计算病株率和防治效果。计算方法如下:

测试例2:悬浮种衣剂对马铃薯地下害虫的田间药效
试验对象:马铃薯地下害虫
试验作物:马铃薯(荷兰15)
试验方法:将药剂根据试验剂量兑水调成药液(用水量约为种薯量的10%右),将切好的种薯块浸泡30分钟,摊开,置于通风处,晾干3小时后播种。播种规格:马铃薯一畦两行种植,平均株距30cm,密度4500株/667m2。其它田间管理按照常规进行。随机区组排列,每处理重复4次。
调查时间和方法:马铃薯出苗至二叶一心期后,开始调查。采用五点取样法,每点挖出20株马铃薯,调查地下害虫存活情况,记录2种地下害虫处理区和对照区的活虫数,根据公式计算防效。计算方法如下:
防治效果(%)=(对照区活虫数-处理区活虫数)/对照区活虫数*100

由测试例1和测试例2可知,将吡唑醚菌酯、春雷霉素、氟吡呋喃酮组合使用可以同时防治马铃薯病害和地下害虫,扩大防治谱。与单剂相比,三元组合物的防效明显提高,起到协同作用。
目测观察试验田块马铃薯生长的影响情况,考查药剂对马铃薯植株的安全性。在试验过程中,各用量处理,对马铃薯植株生长无不良影响,施药后植株生长正常。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于防治马铃薯病虫害的农药组合物,其特征在于,活性成分包含吡唑醚菌酯、春雷霉素和氟吡呋喃酮。
2.根据权利要求1所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,吡唑醚菌酯、春雷霉素和氟吡呋喃酮的重量比为1-5:0.5-1.5:1-10。
3.根据权利要求2所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,吡唑醚菌酯、春雷霉素和氟吡呋喃酮的重量比优选为1.8:0.9:7。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项权利要求所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,吡唑醚菌酯、春雷霉素和氟吡呋喃酮在制剂中的含量为10-65%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述农药组合物还含有农药辅助成分,所述辅助成分包括润湿剂、分散剂、乳化剂、成膜剂、消泡剂、抗冻剂、着色剂和水中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求5所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述农药组合物的剂型为悬浮种衣剂。
7.根据权利要求1-6所述的农药组合物用于防治马铃薯病虫害的用途。
