Abstract
The invention discloses a patent transaction network platform which comprises a patentee client, a buyer client and a server, wherein the patentee client, the buyer client and the server are connected through the Internet, and the server comprises an evaluation module, a demand matching module, a bargaining module and a data storage module. The invention can more accurately match the patentee with the buyer, can give out guide price in the transaction process, and avoids economic loss to both transaction parties.

Background
With the rapid development of science and technology in China and the enhancement of patent protection consciousness of people, more and more enterprises, institutions and individuals are willing to protect their technologies, products, brands and works by law, and the enterprises, institutions and individuals are protected by applying for patent, trademark and copyright.
In the process of carrying out the transaction, the patent is the best mode for realizing achievement, and the current patent transaction mode comprises online transaction and offline transaction. Off-line transactions require that the transaction parties meet for communication, and the transaction parties are likely to be in the world and are difficult to get together. The online transaction platform is usually only searched by using an application number or a public number, the matching is incomplete, and the transaction type is single. The buyer client side further comprises a second display module, a second input module, a second transaction module and a second communication module, wherein the second display module is used for displaying interaction information of the patent transaction network platform; the second input module is used for inputting second related information of the patent to be purchased; the second transaction module is used for carrying out transaction operation related to patent transaction; the second communication module is used for communicating with the server.
Further, the second related information includes, patent application number or publication number, classification number, technical keyword, type of purchase, purchase price, wherein the type of purchase includes national exclusive license, regional exclusive license, and general license.
The evaluation module comprises a value evaluation module and a price evaluation module, wherein the value evaluation module is used for carrying out patent value evaluation on patents to be traded by patentees and giving a value evaluation score; the price evaluation module is used for acquiring the historical transaction price of the patent with the same or similar score in the historical transaction record from the data storage module according to the value evaluation score, and calculating a reference evaluation price according to the historical transaction price.
And the demand matching module is used for matching the related information input by the first input module with the related information input by the second input module, pushing the matched patentee information to the second display module and pushing the matched buyer information to the first display module.
The patent transaction module is used for receiving the reference estimated price estimated by the estimating module, and transmitting the reference estimated price estimated by the estimating module to the first display module and the second display module for reference by the patentee and the buyer, wherein the patentee and the buyer conduct bargaining operation at the bargaining module through the first communication module and the second communication module, and when bargaining is agreed, the patent transaction is completed through the first transaction module and the second transaction module.

In this embodiment, the requirement matching module is configured to match the first related information with the second related information, push the matched patent right information to the second display module, and push the matched buyer information to the first display module.
The matching module obtains a technical scheme of the patent according to the application number or the publication number in the first related information, obtains keywords of the technical scheme of the patent according to semantic analysis, expands the keywords, and matches the expanded keywords with keywords in the second related information. In the matching process, if the price of the transaction of the classification number and the type of the transfer is not matched accurately, the matching range is enlarged.
In this embodiment, the bargaining module sends the reference estimated price estimated by the estimating module to the first display module and the second display module for the patentee and the buyer to refer to, the patentee and the buyer perform bargaining operation at the bargaining module through the first communication module and the second communication module, and when bargaining is agreed, the patent transaction is completed through the first transaction module and the second transaction module.
The reference evaluation price is only used for reference of both transaction parties, and both parties can adjust the price on the basis, so that the transaction price can be carried out in a reasonable range.
