Abstract
本发明涉及照明灯具技术领域,尤其涉及一种面板灯。包括边框(1)、灯板(2)、导光板(3)、反光纸(9)、灯罩(4)以及用于支撑灯罩(4)的挡边(6),其特征在于:所述导光板(3)与灯罩(4)之间设有间隙。这种面板灯照射效果较好且用户使用舒适。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及照明灯具技术领域,尤其涉及一种面板灯。
背景技术
面板灯是照明灯具的一种,现有技术的面板灯的发光形式有两种,分别是直发光和侧发光,因为直发光的面板灯整体厚度较大,所以在有些安装场景需要选择侧发光的面板灯。
侧发光的面板灯包括边框、灯板、导光板、反光纸、灯罩以及用于支撑灯罩的挡边,现有技术灯板上的光源与导光板之间会有一定的间隙,从而会导致一部分漏光,而且导光板与灯罩是贴合设置的,所以灯板上的光源与导光板之间产生的漏光直接会从灯罩侧边漏出,进而导致了照射效果较差,所以现有技术为了防止这种情况出现,会将挡边做的较宽,这样虽然能挡住那些漏光,但是挡边做的较宽会使用户使用起来舒适度较差。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种照射效果较好且用户使用舒适的面板灯。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种面板灯,包括边框、灯板、导光板、反光纸、灯罩以及用于支撑灯罩的挡边,所述导光板与灯罩之间设有间隙。
作为优选,所述边框上支撑件,且所述支撑件包括用于支撑灯板的水平部分以及用于挡住灯板光点的倾斜部分。
作为优选,所述倾斜部分与导光板相接触。
作为优选,所述倾斜部分靠近导光板部分的宽度大于远离导光板部分的宽度。
作为优选,所述倾斜部分的倾斜角度为20-60°。
作为优选,所述支撑件(5)的水平部分长度大于灯板的厚度,且支撑件的水平部分长度小于等于挡边的长度。
作为优选,所述挡边的长度为2.5-4mm。
作为优选,所述倾斜部分靠近导光板一端的两侧均为圆弧面。
作为优选,所述挡边以及支撑件均与边框一体成型。
作为优选,所述灯罩上设有供挡边嵌入锁紧灯罩的卡槽,且所述灯罩与边框之间还设有限位槽,所述支撑件还包括竖直部分,所述竖直部分与水平部分连接,且所述竖直部分嵌入限位槽进而将支撑件锁紧。
采用以上结构与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:将导光板与灯罩之间设置间隙,这样灯板上的光源与导光板之间产生的漏光首先会经过间隙,然后发散掉一部分,这样再从灯罩上照射出来时会比较少,这样就可以将挡边做的较窄,即实现了照射效果较好,而且也实现了窄边框,使得用户使用起来更加舒适。
设置支撑件,并且将支撑件分为两部分,分别为起到支撑作用的水平部分与起到挡光作用的倾斜部分,这样灯板与导光板之间产生的漏光会被倾斜部分挡住,漏光较少甚至不会出现漏光,这样就更加不需要将挡边设置的较长来挡光了,即可以将挡边做的更短,只起到支撑灯罩的作用即可,这样不但发光效果较好而且用户使用起来也更加舒适。
将倾斜部分与导光板相抵,这样相当于将灯板与导光板之间漏出的光完全挡住了,并且支撑件的倾斜部分还能起到支撑导光板的功能,这样就可以省去其他的导光板支撑结构。
倾斜部分靠近导光板部分的宽度大于远离导光板部分的宽度,这样能更好的支撑导光板,可靠性较高。
将倾斜角度设置成20-60°,这样能实现不同灯板情况下的较好挡光。
将支撑件的水平部分长度大于灯板的厚度,且支撑件的水平部分长度小于等于挡边的长度,这样不但可以将挡边的长度做的较窄,而且也可以方便灯罩安装固定。
将挡边的长度做成2.5-4mm,这样使得挡边较窄,用户使用起来更加舒适。
将支撑件倾斜部分靠近导光板一端两侧设置成圆弧面,这样在安装时不会划伤用户,安全隐患较低。
将支撑件、挡边与边框一体成型,这样安装效率更高,并且整体结构可靠性更高。
将支撑件与边框分开设置,这样当支撑件损坏时,可以只需要更换支撑件即可 ,不需要将边框整体换掉,维护成本较低。

具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施方式对本发明做进一步描述,但是本发明不仅限于以下具体实施方式。
具体实施例一,如图1所示:一种面板灯,包括边框1、灯板2、导光板3、灯罩4、反光纸9、背板10以及用于支撑灯罩4的挡边6,其中:
灯板2,包括电路板与发光部件,且发光部件与导光板3相对设置,将发光部件产生的光线照射到导光板3内;
导光板3,用于供发光部件发出的光线射入;
反光纸9,设置在导光板3后部,并且反光纸9的尺寸大于导光板3的尺寸,用于将射入导光板3内的所有光线反射出去;
背板10,设置在面板灯背部;
灯罩4,设置在面板灯前部;
其中,灯板2、导光板3、反光纸9、背板10以及灯罩4均是现有技术比较常规的结构,所以在本具体实施例中均没有详细展开;
边框1上一体成型有支撑板11、支撑件5以及挡边6,其中:
支撑件5与支撑板11之间容置有灯板2,即灯板2一端与支撑件5接触相抵,灯板2另一端与支撑板11接触相抵,且支撑件5分为水平部分7与倾斜部分8,水平部分7水平设置在边框1上用于支撑灯板2一端,倾斜部分8沿着20-60°倾斜设置,并且与导光板3接触相抵,起到了支撑导光板3的功能,这样从灯板2发光部件上发出的光不会从灯板2下方漏光,而是会被支撑件5完全挡住,只会进入到导光板3内,然后被反光纸9反射出去;而且在本具体实施例中,导光板3与倾斜部分8接触部分位于导光板3的最左侧,这样即能起到挡光作用与支撑作用,而且做得尺寸较小,尽量不会影响发光效果;并且因为设置了支撑件5,所以能将导光板3与灯罩4隔开;支撑件5倾斜部分8靠近导光板3一端,即图1中的倾斜部分8上端的两侧设置成了圆弧面;
支撑件5与挡板之间设有第一卡槽,灯罩4安装在第一卡槽内,而且灯罩4并没有完全伸入第一卡槽,并不与第一卡槽底部接触,并且灯罩4上设有第二卡槽,挡板嵌入第二卡槽,并且挡边6的长度可以与支撑件5水平部分7的长度相同,最优取值为2.5-4mm;
支撑板11还延伸一部分支撑背板10;
本申请的工作原理是:设置在边框1上的灯板2发光部件发出光线,有小部分从灯板2与导光板3之间泄露出去,但是被支撑件5挡住,使得灯罩4处不会有漏光,即使从导光板3处还存在一点点漏光或者产生的光点,但是因为导光板3与灯罩4之间存在一定的间隙或者说距离,所以这一点点漏光也会散射掉,最然后大部分是射入了导光板3内,然后被设置在导光板3后部的反光纸9反射到灯罩4一面,之后从灯罩4上射出均匀的光线。
具体实施例二,如图2所示,与具体实施例一的区别在于,具体实施例二中支撑板11以及挡边6与边框1一体成型,但是支撑件5与边框1是两个不同的组件,并没有一体成型在一起,灯罩4上设有第一限位槽,挡边6嵌入第一限位槽固定,这样可以将灯罩4固定在挡边6上,灯罩4的第一限位槽上端设有凸起,凸起与边框1之间设有第二限位槽,支撑件5从下到上依次包括竖直部分12、水平部分7以及倾斜部分8,支撑件5的竖直部分12嵌入第二限位槽左右限位,然后支撑件5的竖直部分12下端与挡边6相抵,水平部分7的上端与灯板2相抵,相当于将支撑件5进行竖直限位,即将支撑件5整体限位固定;并且支撑件5倾斜部分8的上端比下端要宽,这样与导光板3的接触面积较大,这样能更好的支撑导光板3。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的技术人员应当理解,其依然可以对前述实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行同等替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应的技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神与范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种面板灯,包括边框(1)、灯板(2)、导光板(3)、反光纸(9)、灯罩(4)以及用于支撑灯罩(4)的挡边(6),其特征在于:所述导光板(3)与灯罩(4)之间设有间隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的面板灯,其特征在于:所述边框(1)上支撑件(5),且所述支撑件(5)包括用于支撑灯板(2)的水平部分(7)以及用于挡住灯板光点的倾斜部分(8)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的面板灯,其特征在于:所述倾斜部分(8)与导光板(3)相接触。
4.根据权利要求3所述的面板灯,其特征在于:所述倾斜部分(8)靠近导光板(3)部分的宽度大于远离导光板(3)部分的宽度。
5.根据权利要求2所述的面板灯,其特征在于:所述倾斜部分(8)的倾斜角度为20-60°。
6.根据权利要求2所述的面板灯,其特征在于:所述支撑件(5)的水平部分(7)长度大于灯板(2)的厚度,且支撑件(5)的水平部分(7)长度小于等于挡边(6)的长度。
7.根据权利要求1所述的面板灯,其特征在于:所述挡边(6)的长度为2.5-4mm。
8.根据权利要求2所述的面板灯,其特征在于:所述倾斜部分(8)靠近导光板(3)一端的两侧均为圆弧面。
9.根据权利要求2所述的面板灯,其特征在于:所述挡边(6)以及支撑件(5)均与边框(1)一体成型。
10.根据权利要求2所述的面板灯,其特征在于:所述灯罩(4)上设有供挡边(6)嵌入锁紧灯罩(4)的卡槽,且所述灯罩(4)与边框(1)之间还设有限位槽,所述支撑件(5)还包括竖直部分(12),所述竖直部分(12)与水平部分(7)连接,且所述竖直部分(12)嵌入限位槽进而将支撑件(5)锁紧。
