8. A method of using the prefabricated exterior wall panel installation aid according to any one of claims 1-7, comprising the steps of:
Step one, prefabricating a component: producing each component of the prefabricated external wall panel installation auxiliary device in a factory according to a design drawing;
Step two, assembling and forming: all components of the device are transported to a construction site and assembled, at the moment, the movable connecting piece (3) is installed in place, and the limiting buckle (4) is in an open state;
Step three, positioning the device: the method comprises the steps that a guard plate side plate (12) of a guard plate (1) is attached to the outer side face of a wall plate which is installed, a guard plate partition plate (13) is attached to the outer end face of the wall plate, and a limiting rod (42) is perpendicular to the wall face and arranged at the outer end portion;
step four, temporary fixing: after the prefabricated external wall panel is ready for installation, bolts penetrate through the temporary fixing bolt holes (6) and reserved bolt holes of the prefabricated external wall panel, and the device is temporarily fixed on the external wall panel which is installed and meets the standard specification requirements;
step five, the movable connecting piece (3) and the limiting buckle (4) are arranged: checking the expansion and contraction performance of the movable connecting piece (3), closing the limiting buckle (4) to enable the device to be in a working state;
step six, hoisting the prefabricated external wall panel: hoisting the corresponding prefabricated external wall panel according to hoisting requirements, and in the falling process, keeping the edge of the external leaf plate at the joint of the hoisted prefabricated wall panel in an included angle formed by a limiting plate side plate (21) and a limiting plate baffle plate (22) of the limiting plate (2), and slowly falling into position after the steel bars are aligned;
step seven, wallboard fixing: installing a fixed support to fix the wallboard;
Step eight, wallboard adjustment: checking and adjusting the axis, elevation and verticality of the wallboard legal person and the flatness of the adjacent wallboard, fastening and supporting the wallboard after meeting the standard specification requirements, and removing the lifting hook;
step nine, dismantling the device: removing bolts in the temporary fixing bolt holes (6), opening the limiting buckles (4), and removing the prefabricated external wall panel installation auxiliary device;
And step ten, repeating the steps three to nine, and installing the next prefabricated external wall panel until the installation operation of all the prefabricated wall panels is completed.
