Basic assembly and pendant
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of building decoration, in particular to a foundation assembly and a hanging piece.
Background
The use of pendants to secure objects such as wall panels, marble, tile, etc. is a common means in assembly finishing. Flatness of the finished object is important, and the flatness is required to be high in the higher-grade decoration. The flatness of the target depends on the hanging piece, and the installation mode of the hanging device has very high requirements on the flatness of the wall surface due to large building size errors, so that a great deal of time and cost are required for leveling the wall surface. The work is related to the operation water of workers, the accuracy requirement cannot be met, secondary processing is possibly needed in the field in the later period, the meaning of real assembly decoration is lost, and therefore the adjustability of the hanging piece is particularly important.
Due to the fact that the actual building size is large in error, the wall surface to be leveled meets the requirement of flatness, and the hanging piece is adjustable in multiple directions and is guaranteed to be large enough in adjustment range. Patent CN104746831a discloses a "removable panel system", which can realize the adjusting function, but the adjusting direction is single and laborious, and it is difficult to accurately adjust. The present inventors' patents CN109750811a and CN110029786a also disclose adjustable keel solutions. However, although the scheme can realize adjustment in three dimensions, the adjustment range is limited, the adjustment range is increased by replacing parts with different sizes, the more the parts are, the higher the cost is, the structure is not compact, and the occupied space is large.

Detailed Description
In order to further describe the technical means and effects adopted by the invention to achieve the preset aim, the following detailed description is given below of the specific implementation, structure, characteristics and effects according to the invention with reference to the accompanying drawings and preferred embodiments:
a foundation assembly, as shown in fig. 1 to 9, includes a wall fixing member i 1 and a locking member ii 2.
Referring to fig. 5, the wall fixing member i 1 includes a first fixing plate i 11 and a second locking plate i 12. The first fixing plate I11 is used for being fixed with the wall body, a strip screw hole is formed in the first fixing plate I11, and the height of one row of fixing pieces can be adjusted during installation. The second locking plate I12 is integrally connected with the first fixing plate I11.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the lock ii 2 includes a pair of first lock ii 21 and second lock ii 22. The first locking blocks II 21 are arranged on two sides of the second locking plate I12, and the second locking rod II 22 penetrates through the two first locking blocks II 21 to lock the second locking plate I12 between the two first locking blocks II 21. The first locking block II 21 is provided with a positioning groove or a sliding groove for installation, and the positioning groove or the sliding groove is used for fixing the targets such as the wallboard or the curtain board. When the first locking block II 21 is arranged as a chute, the target object can slide on the locking piece II 2; when the first locking block II 21 is arranged as a positioning groove, the target object is directly fixedly arranged on the locking piece II 2 in a sliding manner.
As for the locking piece ii 2, it may take various forms, as shown in fig. 8, the locking piece ii 2 includes a pair of first locking pieces ii 21, a second lock lever ii 22 and a third lock lever ii 23 are disposed between the two first locking pieces ii 21, and the second lock lever ii 22 passes through the third lock lever ii 23. By the design of a plurality of parts, the assembling speed can be improved. On this basis, second locking board I12 and the laminating of third locating piece II 23 are convenient for install. Next, be equipped with between second locking board I12 and the third locating piece II 23 and adjust spacingly, its benefit is when adjusting the positional relationship between wall body mounting I1 and the retaining member II 2, can play spacing effect, prevents wall body mounting I1 and retaining member II 2 separation.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the two first locking blocks ii 21 are provided with a partition groove for restricting the sliding of the third positioning block ii 23. The opposite ends of the two first locking blocks II 21 are provided with concave inclined slots for fixing the second locking plates I12, and when the second locking plates I12 are arranged in the locking pieces II 2, the effect of limiting the second locking plates I12 from falling off from the locking pieces II 2 can be achieved.
In use, referring to fig. 1 to 4 and 9, the second locking plate i 12 of the first fixing plate i 11 is locked by the locking member ii 2, and then the first fixing plate i 11 is fixed to the wall. The wall mount I1 and the locking member II 2 can be either fixed or slid, i.e., from the position shown in FIGS. 1 to 3.
On the basis of the basic assembly, the application designs a pendant, as shown in fig. 10to 14, and further comprises a fixing piece iii 3, referring to fig. 15, the fixing piece iii 3 comprises a first locking plate iii 31 and a second mounting plate iii 32, the first locking plate iii 31 is mounted on positioning grooves or sliding grooves of two first locking blocks ii 21, and the second mounting plate iii 32 is connected with the first locking plate iii 31, that is, the first locking plate iii 31 and the second mounting plate iii 32 can be integrally formed. In use, the second mounting plate III 32 may be used to mount an object. Here, the wall fixing element i 1 and the fixing element iii 3 are respectively disposed on both sides of the locking element ii 2 or on the same side, and at this time, the fixing element iii 3 may be disposed on the wall fixing element i 1, specifically based on the actual situation. With above-mentioned basic unit spare, first locking plate III 31 and the laminating of third locating piece II 23 are equipped with between first locking plate III 31 and the third locating piece II 23 and adjust spacingly, and its benefit can play spacing effect when adjusting the positional relationship between mounting III 3 and the retaining member II 2, prevents mounting III 3 and retaining member II 2 separation.
Further extensions may be made on the basis of the pendant shown in fig. 14. Referring to fig. 16 to 21, the fixing member iii 3 further includes a third positioning member iii 33 and a fourth fixing plate iii 34, one end of the third positioning member iii 33 is fastened in the second mounting plate iii 32, the other end is attached to the target, and a protrusion is provided at the top end of the second mounting plate iii 32. The fourth fixing plate iii 34 is mounted on the object, and the fourth fixing plate iii 34 and the object form a hanging groove to be placed on the protrusion of the second mounting plate iii 32. Fig. 15 and 17 are schematic views of two different states thereof. When the hanging piece is used, the fourth fixing plate III 34 is arranged on a target object, the fixing piece III 3 is placed in the groove of the locking piece II 2, and then the hanging groove is clamped on the protrusion of the second mounting plate III 32.
