Example 5 is essentially the same as example 4, except that: in order to reduce the influence of the exhaust fan 8 on the existing electric facilities, the frequency conversion, soft start and direct start optimization schemes are selected, meanwhile, the existing electric facilities are correspondingly transformed, and the influence of the device on a power grid during starting is reduced. The lighting lamp is arranged in the plant, so that workers can conveniently operate under the condition of insufficient illumination in the daytime or at night.
