Abstract
本发明涉及一种防弹轮胎结构,属于轮胎设计技术领域。本发明的防弹轮胎结构,包括轮胎胎体、带束层、防弹复合层、过渡层和气密层,在轮胎胎体的一侧或两侧表面覆加1~3层防弹复合层,防弹复合层包括上、中、下三层,上层和下层为橡胶层,中层为防弹材料层。本发明结构简单,在轮胎胎体一侧或两侧沿周向覆有1~3层防弹复合层,对于轻火力弹头,采用一层高性能防弹层并联动胎体吸收弹头能量,保护气密层;对于重火力弹头,胎体外侧1~2层防弹层联动胎体吸收大部分弹头能量,胎体内侧防弹层吸收参与弹片能量,达到保护气密层,提升轮胎安全性能的目的,克服了目前防弹轮胎的缺点,中弹后仍然能够高速、长距离行驶。

技术领域
本发明属于轮胎设计技术领域,具体涉及一种防弹轮胎结构。
背景技术
防弹轮胎属于特种轮胎,公开资料显示,目前的防弹轮胎的发展有三个方面:(1)非充气防弹轮胎:这种轮胎主要采用一体化的轮辋、轮毂钢结构,由于属于免充气轮胎,子弹破坏的只是部分钢结构,不影响轮胎的正常行驶,但是这种轮胎的舒适性差,噪音高,行驶速度低;(2)内支撑防弹结构:轮胎内腔含有支撑物,支撑物可以是发泡材料或者钢结构体,轮胎被子弹击穿后仍然可以低速行驶一定距离,该技术的使用局限性明显。(3)多腔体结构:这种轮胎内部设置有多个内腔,各个内腔独立工作,轮胎被子弹击穿后,轮胎仍然保持一定气压,但是轮胎气压的不均匀分布造成轮胎接地性能恶化,不适于持续行驶。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于针对上述现有技术的不足,提供了一种防弹轮胎结构。本发明的轮胎在轮胎胎体外侧与胎侧之间覆有1~2层防弹胶层,同时,胎体与过渡层之间覆有0~1层防弹胶层,紧靠胎体帘布可以充分调动胎体参与分散弹头能量,防止子弹碎片进一步刺穿过渡层直至气密层,轮胎结构简单,中弹后仍然能够高速、长距离行驶。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种防弹轮胎结构,其特征在于,该防弹轮胎结构具有以下特征:
一种防弹轮胎结构,包括轮胎胎体、带束层、防弹复合层、过渡层和气密层,在轮胎胎体的一侧或两侧表面覆加1~3层防弹复合层,防弹复合层包括上、中、下三层,其中,上层和下层为橡胶层,中层为防弹材料层。
所述防弹材料层与上下橡胶层通过间苯二酚或/和甲醛浸渍液粘合。
所述防弹材料层与上下橡胶层经压延制备而成。
所述防弹材料层由高强高模纤维、纤维树脂复合材料或生物基高强丝制成。
所述防弹材料层为网状结构,网眼形状包括但不限于正三角形、正方形、矩形、菱形或正六边形。
所述防弹材料层的厚度为0.5~4mm,其宽度不大于轮胎胎体的宽度。
所述轮胎胎体外侧与胎侧之间覆加1~2层防弹复合层,与过渡层之间覆加0~1层防弹复合层。
所述防弹复合层在轮胎内经硫化处理与轮胎紧密结合在一起。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
本发明结构简单,在轮胎胎体一侧或两侧沿周向覆有1~3层防弹复合层,对于轻火力弹头,一层高性能防弹层联动胎体就能吸收弹头能量,保护气密层;对于重火力弹头,胎体外侧1~2层防弹层联动胎体吸收大部分弹头能量,胎体内侧防弹层吸收参与弹片能量,达到保护气密层,提升轮胎安全性能的目的。该轮胎结构克服了目前防弹轮胎的缺点,中弹后仍然能够高速、长距离行驶。

实施例1
如图1所示,一种防弹轮胎结构,包括轮胎胎体1、带束层2、防弹复合层3、过渡层4和气密层5,在轮胎胎体1的两侧表面覆加两层防弹复合层3,防弹复合层3包括上、中、下三层,上层和下层为橡胶层,中层为防弹材料层。
所述防弹材料层与上下橡胶层通过间苯二酚浸渍液粘合。
所述防弹材料层与上下橡胶层经压延制备而成。
所述防弹材料层由高强高模纤维制成。
所述防弹材料层为网状结构,网眼形状为正方形。
所述防弹材料层的厚度为3mm,其宽度不大于轮胎胎体1的宽度。
所述轮胎胎体1外侧与胎侧6之间覆加一层防弹复合层,与过渡层4之间覆加一层防弹复合层。
所述防弹复合层在轮胎内经硫化处理与轮胎紧密结合在一起。
实施例2
一种防弹轮胎结构,包括轮胎胎体1、带束层2、防弹复合层3、过渡层4和气密层5,在轮胎胎体1的两侧表面覆加三层防弹复合层3,防弹复合层3包括上、中、下三层,上层和下层为橡胶层,中层为防弹材料层。
所述防弹材料层与上下橡胶层通过甲醛浸渍液粘合。
所述防弹材料层与上下橡胶层经压延制备而成。
所述防弹材料层由生物基高强丝制成。
所述防弹材料层为网状结构,网眼形状为正六边形。
所述防弹材料层的厚度为4mm,其宽度不大于轮胎胎体1的宽度。
所述轮胎胎体1外侧与胎侧6之间覆加两层防弹复合层,与过渡层4之间覆加一层防弹复合层。
所述防弹复合层在轮胎内经硫化处理与轮胎紧密结合在一起。
实施例3
一种防弹轮胎结构,包括轮胎胎体1、带束层2、防弹复合层3、过渡层4和气密层5,在轮胎胎体1的两侧表面覆加一层防弹复合层3,防弹复合层3包括上、中、下三层,上层和下层为橡胶层,中层为防弹材料层。

1.一种防弹轮胎结构,包括轮胎胎体(1)、带束层(2)、防弹复合层(3)、过渡层(4)和气密层(5),其特征在于,在轮胎胎体(1)的一侧或两侧表面覆加1~3层防弹复合层(3),防弹复合层(3)包括上、中、下三层,其中,上层和下层为橡胶层,中层为防弹材料层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防弹轮胎结构,其特征在于,所述防弹材料层与上下橡胶层通过间苯二酚或/和甲醛浸渍液粘合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防弹轮胎结构,其特征在于,所述防弹材料层与上下橡胶层经压延制备而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防弹轮胎结构,其特征在于,所述防弹材料层由高强高模纤维、纤维树脂复合材料或生物基高强丝制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防弹轮胎结构,其特征在于,所述防弹材料层为网状结构,网眼形状包括但不限于正三角形、正方形、矩形、菱形或正六边形。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防弹轮胎结构,其特征在于,所述防弹材料层的厚度为0.5~4mm,其宽度不大于轮胎胎体(1)的宽度。
7.根据权利要求1所述的防弹轮胎结构,其特征在于,所述轮胎胎体(1)外侧与胎侧(6)之间覆加1~2层防弹复合层,与过渡层(4)之间覆加0~1层防弹复合层。
8.根据权利要求1所述的防弹轮胎结构,其特征在于,所述防弹复合层在轮胎内经硫化处理与轮胎紧密结合在一起。
