技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗静电、抗菌、远红外、吸湿速干的羽绒面料制作方法。
背景技术
人是恒温生物,人体的核心温度一般维持在37℃左右,偏离这个温度轻则让人感觉不舒服,重则对人体造成伤害、甚至危及生命。但人类实际生活的外界环境温度,往往偏离这一温度范围,如冬天,尤其是北方的冬天,最低温度可达-40℃,因此人类对冬季服装的保暖是刚需,提升服装的保暖性意义重大。
体的散热有87.5%发生在皮肤表面,人们穿冬装的目的是为了阻止体内热量散发到外界,从而对人体起到隔热保暖的作用。保暖的主要方式是降低衣物层间的热传递,而空气的导热系数低至0.026W/(m·K),是最好的保暖介质之一,降低热传递的最好方式就是使衣服中或衣服与人体皮肤之间,保留尽可能多的空气,这也是保暖服装往往要做成又厚又蓬松的根本原因。考虑舒适性,即使是保暖服装,要么全身透气以适应温度在0~8℃的情况,要么局部透气以适应温度在-8~0℃的情况,要么面层不透气里层透气以适应温度小于-8℃的情况,但空气是气体,不借助介质直接充到衣服里,非常容易漏掉。
羽绒的导热系数低至0.048-0.054W/(m·K),是除了空气,保暖性最好的介质,且兼具轻质、高蓬松度,是目前最保暖的填充物,羽绒服也是人们冬季保暖必备的服装,提升羽绒服的保暖性意义重大。但是传统的羽绒服面料还存在如下问题:
1、羽绒虽然保暖性好,面料具有柔软的手感,但是其成本相对较高;
2、由于羽绒面料通常需要专门的清洗店进行清洗,清洗的频率相对较低,较容易自身细菌;在干燥寒冷的环境中,羽绒面料与其它衣物摩擦还易产生静电。
3、传统的羽绒服面料在加工时,一般先行线再充绒,车缝操作简单,可避免羽绒从针孔处被带出;同时由于充绒后羽绒会变得比较蓬松,针孔与针线会被绷紧导致二者间的空隙很小,羽绒不易钻出。这种羽绒面料行线的部位只有面层、少量的羽绒(或者没有羽绒)、里层组成,且面层和里层大都由梭织面料构成,导致行线处厚度有限、蓬松度很小,可轻易让风吹透,再加上冬季穿羽绒服时的环境温度一般在10℃以下,人体-羽绒服里层之间的体表温度接近37℃,环境与体表温差很大,从而形成冷桥效应,体表热量快速流失,大大损失保暖性能。
鉴于此,本案发明人对上述问题进行深入研究,遂有本案产生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有抗静电、抗菌、远红外、吸湿速干功能,成本较低、保暖效果好的羽绒服面料制作方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用这样的技术方案:
抗静电、抗菌、远红外、吸湿速干的羽绒面料制作方法,羽绒面料包括面料本体,面料本体包括面层、里层以及形成在面层与里层之间的羽绒层,还包括防风锁热层,将所述面层与所述防风锁热层通过缝线缝合在一起并形成用于填充羽绒的容置通道,将羽绒填充至容置通道中形成羽绒层,所述防风锁热层包括复合在一起的隔棉衬层、仿丝棉层以及胆布层,仿丝棉层夹设在隔棉衬层与胆布层之间,将所述胆布层贴合在所述里层上,仿丝棉的重量在40g至80g,所述面层和/或所述里层由纱线交织而成,所述纱线为氧化石墨烯涤纶纱线,氧化石墨烯涤纶纱线由氧化石墨烯加入涤纶纺丝原液并经纺丝制得,氧化石墨烯涤纶纱线中氧化石墨烯的质量百分比占1-5%,涤纶的质量百分比90-95%。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述面层和所述里层均由所述纱线以梭织的方式交织而成。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述里层的周沿与所述胆布层的周沿贴合在一起。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述面层的外表面复合有防水膜。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述仿丝棉的质量为60g。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述氧化石墨烯涤纶纱线采用如下步骤制造,
(1)将1重量份的天然石墨和1重量份NaNO3装入反应瓶中并进行冰浴,天然石墨的目数为500目,向瓶中缓慢加入55重量份的浓硫酸,浓硫酸中硫酸的质量分数为98%;
(2)边搅拌边缓慢加入3重量份KMnO4,KMnO4分多次加入,每次加入 KMnO4总重量的15%直到加完,KMnO4每次加入的期间间隔12min,待溶液转变成深黄色,整个过程中,控制反应瓶内温度不超过5℃;
(3)将反应瓶温度升至35℃,并在此温度下保持6h,溶液出现金黄色;
(4)向反应瓶中缓慢加入40重量份去离子水,保持反应瓶内温度不超过95℃,升温至95-100℃之间,此温度下保持15min;
(5)向反应瓶中加入140重量份的去离子水,并加入重量份5的双氧水以去除多余的KMnO4,至溶液变成亮黄色,其中双氧水的质量浓度为30%;
(6)酸洗:加入与100重量份的体积百分比为l15%盐酸冲洗一次;
(7)静置后倒掉上清液;
(8)加入与100重量份的体积百分比为l15%盐酸再冲洗一次;
(9)水洗两次、静置、倒掉上清液,得到中性氧化石墨烯溶液;
(10)将氧化石墨烯溶液高速离心,转速14000r/min,温度30℃,时间10min;
(11)将制备好的氧化石墨烯放入三口烧瓶中磁力搅拌24h;
(12)将步骤(11)制得的氧化石墨烯加入265-280℃的涤纶纺丝原液中,进行熔融纺丝,得到氧化石墨烯涤纶纱线。
采用本发明的技术方案后,羽绒层设置在面层与防风锁热层之间,保证了羽绒面料具有较好的触感,手感柔软,仿丝棉层设置在隔棉衬层与胆布层之间,能够保证羽绒面料的手感(羽绒更加靠近面层,消费者在购买时一般触摸面层),仿丝棉相比于羽绒,成本更低,在保证保暖性能的同时,能够降低羽绒面料的成本,面层与防风锁热层通过缝线缝合,胆布层贴合在里层上,里层上无缝线,能够减少热量损失,起到更好的保暖效果。采用氧化石墨烯涤纶纱线来制作面层或者里层,氧化石墨烯涤纶纱线具有优良的抗静电效果、优良的抗菌效果、优良的远红外效果以及优良的吸湿速干效果,且氧化石墨烯合成工艺简单、价格低廉。

具体实施方式
为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案,下面结合实施例进行详细阐述。
参照图1至图4,抗静电、抗菌、远红外、吸湿速干的羽绒层30面料制作方法,羽绒层30面料包括面料本体,以面料本体靠近人体皮肤的一侧为外,相对的另一侧为里,面料本体包括面层10、里层20以及形成在面层 10与里层20之间的羽绒层30。
本发明还包括防风锁热层40,将所述面层10与所述防风锁热层40通过缝线缝合在一起并形成用于填充羽绒层30的容置通道,将羽绒填充至容置通道中形成羽绒层30。所述防风锁热层40包括复合在一起的隔棉衬层 41、仿丝棉层42以及胆布层43,仿丝棉层42夹设在隔棉衬层41与胆布层 43之间,隔棉衬层41用于将羽绒层30与仿丝棉层42隔开,将所述胆布层 43贴合在所述里层20上,胆布层43的设置,便于防风锁热层40与里层 20的贴合,仿丝棉的重量在40g至80g,优选60g,在此优选方式下,综合考虑了手感、保暖性以及成本,可以降低羽绒层30的充绒量,大学节省25%的充绒量,实施例中隔棉衬层41、仿丝棉层42以及胆布层43均由聚酯纤维制成,整个防风锁热层40成份都是100%聚酯纤维,导热系数高至0.084 W/(m·K),是羽绒层30的1.75倍,整个防风锁热层40的热阻比羽绒层30 小,可快速达到人体37℃的体温,穿着体验比较温暖。
本发明中,所述面层10或者所述里层20由纱线交织而成,或者面层 10和里层20均由纱线交织而成,所述纱线为氧化石墨烯涤纶纱线,氧化石墨烯涤纶纱线由氧化石墨烯加入涤纶纺丝原液并经纺丝制得,氧化石墨烯涤纶纱线中氧化石墨烯的质量百分比占1-5%,涤纶的质量百分比90-95%。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述面层10和所述里层20均由所述纱线以梭织的方式交织而成。作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述里层20的周沿与所述胆布层43的周沿贴合在一起。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述面层10的外表面复合有防水膜50,防水膜50例如为聚四氟乙烯膜。通过设置防水膜50,提升羽绒面料的防水效果。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述氧化石墨烯涤纶纱线采用如下步骤制造:
(1)将1重量份的天然石墨和1重量份NaNO3装入反应瓶中并进行冰浴,天然石墨的目数为500目,向瓶中缓慢加入55重量份的浓硫酸,浓硫酸中硫酸的质量分数为98%;
(2)边搅拌边缓慢加入3重量份KMnO4,KMnO4分多次加入,每次加入KMnO4总重量的15%,直到加完,KMnO4每次加入的期间间隔12min,待溶液转变成深黄色,整个过程中,控制反应瓶内温度不超过5℃;
(3)将反应瓶温度升至35℃,并在此温度下保持6h,溶液出现金黄色;
(4)向反应瓶中缓慢加入40重量份去离子水,保持反应瓶内温度不超过95℃,升温至95-100℃之间,此温度下保持15min;
(5)向反应瓶中加入140重量份的去离子水,并加入重量份5的双氧水以去除多余的KMnO4,至溶液变成亮黄色,其中双氧水的质量浓度为30%;
(6)酸洗:加入与100重量份的体积百分比为l15%盐酸冲洗一次;
(7)静置后倒掉上清液;
(8)加入与100重量份的体积百分比为l15%盐酸再冲洗一次;
(9)水洗两次、静置、倒掉上清液,得到中性氧化石墨烯溶液;
(10)将氧化石墨烯溶液高速离心,转速14000r/min,温度30℃,时间10min;
(11)将制备好的氧化石墨烯放入三口烧瓶中磁力搅拌24h;
对合成工艺进行如下说明:
添加高锰酸钾、硝酸钠与浓硫酸是为了将石墨本身的结构氧化,引入大量的含氧官能团而增强吸水性,这对普通石墨烯仅仅依靠片层间的沟槽来实现吸湿速干,有很大的改善。
整个工艺过程都有严格控制,首先分批添加高锰酸钾,温度控制在5℃,是为了避免氧化剂浓度过高,氧化反应开始过剧,使反应瓶内温度失控;其次,反应温度控制在35℃,反应时间控制在6小时,低温进行氧化,6h 的恒温搅拌,也是避免氧化发应过剧;然后向反应瓶中非常缓慢的加入去离子水以去除瓶内多余的酸,逐滴加入,在加入去离子水的过程中保持温度始终不超过95℃;最后,再加入少量的双氧水以去除多余的高锰酸钾,双氧水分批加入来控制温度,避免反应过剧;从而使整个反应过程都是可控的,最终避免反应过程发生囤聚和氧化石墨烯结构发生改变,最大限度的规避本合成方法存在的缺陷。
③再将溶液进行反复的酸洗和水洗,直至溶液的pH值达到7左右,显示中性后,经过酸洗和水洗之后的溶液变成了黑色溶液,随之进行超声、真空干燥箱干燥。
(12)将步骤(11)制得的氧化石墨烯加入265-280℃的涤纶纺丝原液中,进行熔融纺丝,得到氧化石墨烯涤纶纱线。目前石墨烯复合纤维,常见的有石墨烯-涤纶、石墨烯-锦纶、石墨烯-棉/粘胶等。考虑到运动服装要求面料速干性好、出汗不贴身等要求,石墨烯-锦纶、石墨烯-棉/粘胶均存在出汗贴身的问题,同时价格也相对较贵,不予考虑,而石墨烯-涤纶在速干性、价格方面有明显优势,同时本发明使用氧化石墨烯进行复合,成本更有优势,又有非常好的亲水性,有利于吸湿速干,故本发明选用氧化石墨烯-涤纶复合法。
经过反复的实验,针对氧化石墨烯的加入比例,不利因素是氧化石墨烯很刚硬,涤纶本身也具有高强、挺括的特性,有利因素是氧化石墨烯本身引入了亲水性官能团,会发生不同程度的内旋转和卷曲,会变得比较柔顺,在充分考虑氧化石墨烯功能特性的基础上,并经过反复验证,氧化石墨烯加入比例,氧化石墨烯的加入比例以1-5%(质量占比)为宜,涤纶的质量占比为95-99%。
为了验证石墨的氧化以及涤纶-氧化石墨烯的复合比较成功,特做了红外光谱图(见图3),可以看出,氧化石墨烯在1619cm-1附近有很强的吸收峰,说明产物仍然具有大量的C=C键;而在1051cm-1左右有强烈的吸收峰,表示产物中有大量的C-O键;在1309cm-1附近处有强烈的吸收峰,证明了产物中含有C-H键;3390cm-1附近也有较强的吸收峰,说明产物中有O-H 键;在1727cm-1附近有明显的吸收峰,说明产物中含有C=O的存在。由此可知,产物中有大量的含氧官能团存在,说明石墨已经被浓硫酸和高锰酸钾等强氧化剂氧化;同时也说明氧化石墨烯与涤纶牢牢的结合在一起。
本发明中氧化石墨烯涤纶纱线的抗静电效果优良:代号为GNS产品(氧化石墨烯在纺丝原液中含量1%)电导率达6000S/m,换算成电租率为2.4 ×105Ω·m,GNS500(氧化石墨烯在纺丝原液中含量为5%)电导率达到12500S/m,换算成电阻率为5×105Ω·m,而电阻率在103-105属于导电体,说明氧化石墨烯含量在1-5%的范围都属于导电体,导电性较好,由该纱线制成的纺织面料不存在静电问题。下表为常见金属的电导率。

本发明氧化石墨烯涤纶纱线的抗菌效果优良:
经过下列三个因素加成,在石墨烯添加量比较低的情况下,抗菌效果非常优良(详见表2):
①具有普通石墨烯的锋利片层,可以快速在细菌细胞膜外铺展并插入磷脂双分子层,使细胞膜上的蛋白质骨架和疏水层快速被抽取出,大大改变细胞膜的通透性,导致细菌因细胞失活而死亡;
②具有丰富的环氧基和羧基,可以使纤维表面产生大量的活性氧,可以加快细胞膜上的蛋白质骨架和疏水层被抽取出,导致细菌更快死亡;
③具有丰富的羧基,带有负电,而细菌也是负电,可以有效抑制细菌的粘附,从而提升抑菌效果;

本发明氧化石墨烯涤纶纱线的远红外效果优良:
①像普通石墨烯一样,本身能吸收远红外线,同时也可与织物发生耦合增强对远红外线的吸收;
②由图2可知,氧化石墨烯含有丰富的C=C键、环氧基C-O键、C-H键、 O-H键、羰基C=O键,与人体组织细胞分子中含有的C-H键,O-H键等的伸缩振动,产生的引共振共鸣作用更强,远红外作用效果更明显(详见表3);

本发明中氧化石墨烯涤纶纱线的吸湿速干效果优良:
图4中a与b分别是氧化石墨烯涤纶纱线纵向与横向切面的扫描电镜图,可以看出,纱线表面多沟槽节点但取向十分明显且沿着纵向排列,横切面依旧保持沿纵向排列的片层有序结构,可以充分保证纱线有良好的柔韧性和机械强度并拥有普通石墨烯的功能特性;
氧化石墨烯涤纶纱线,表面多沟槽,再加上具有丰富的亲水基团,都确保拥有良好的吸湿速干和透气性(见表4);

本发明中氧化石墨烯涤纶纱线的断强优良:
对代号为GNS与GNS500的断裂强度进行测试,其断裂强度分别能达到 70MPa和240MPa,说明氧化石墨烯涤纶纱线具有优异的机械强度。
综上所述,本发明的氧化石墨烯合成工艺简单、价格低廉,添加1-5%的比例既有良好的手感又有良好的功能效果,可以做运动类的四季产品。
本发明的产品形式并非限于本案实施例,任何人对其进行类似思路的适当变化或修饰,皆应视为不脱离本发明的专利范畴。

Claims (6)

1.抗静电、抗菌、远红外、吸湿速干的羽绒面料制作方法,羽绒面料包括面料本体,面料本体包括面层、里层以及形成在面层与里层之间的羽绒层,其特征在于:还包括防风锁热层,将所述面层与所述防风锁热层通过缝线缝合在一起并形成用于填充羽绒的容置通道,将羽绒填充至容置通道中形成羽绒层,所述防风锁热层包括复合在一起的隔棉衬层、仿丝棉层以及胆布层,仿丝棉层夹设在隔棉衬层与胆布层之间,将所述胆布层贴合在所述里层上,仿丝棉的重量在40g至80g,所述面层和/或所述里层由纱线交织而成,所述纱线为氧化石墨烯涤纶纱线,氧化石墨烯涤纶纱线由氧化石墨烯加入涤纶纺丝原液并经纺丝制得,氧化石墨烯涤纶纱线中氧化石墨烯的质量百分比占1-5%,涤纶的质量百分比90-95%。
2.如权利要求1所述的抗静电、抗菌、远红外、吸湿速干的羽绒面料制作方法,其特征在于:所述面层和所述里层均由所述纱线以梭织的方式交织而成。
3.如权利要求2所述的抗静电、抗菌、远红外、吸湿速干的羽绒面料制作方法,其特征在于:所述里层的周沿与所述胆布层的周沿贴合在一起。
4.如权利要求3所述的抗静电、抗菌、远红外、吸湿速干的羽绒面料制作方法,其特征在于:所述面层的外表面复合有防水膜。
5.如权利要求4所述的抗静电、抗菌、远红外、吸湿速干的羽绒面料制作方法,其特征在于:所述仿丝棉的质量为60g。
6.如权利要求5所述的抗静电、抗菌、远红外、吸湿速干的羽绒面料制作方法,其特征在于:所述氧化石墨烯涤纶纱线采用如下步骤制造,
(1)将1重量份的天然石墨和1重量份NaNO3装入反应瓶中并进行冰浴,天然石墨的目数为500目,向瓶中缓慢加入55重量份的浓硫酸,浓硫酸中硫酸的质量分数为98%;
(2)边搅拌边缓慢加入3重量份KMnO4,KMnO4分多次加入,每次加入KMnO4总重量的15%直到加完,KMnO4每次加入的期间间隔12min,待溶液转变成深黄色,整个过程中,控制反应瓶内温度不超过5℃;
(3)将反应瓶温度升至35℃,并在此温度下保持6h,溶液出现金黄色;
(4)向反应瓶中缓慢加入40重量份去离子水,保持反应瓶内温度不超过95℃,升温至95-100℃之间,此温度下保持15min;
(5)向反应瓶中加入140重量份的去离子水,并加入重量份5的双氧水以去除多余的KMnO4,至溶液变成亮黄色,其中双氧水的质量浓度为30%;
(6)酸洗:加入与100重量份的体积百分比为l15%盐酸冲洗一次;
(7)静置后倒掉上清液;
(8)加入与100重量份的体积百分比为l15%盐酸再冲洗一次;
(9)水洗两次、静置、倒掉上清液,得到中性氧化石墨烯溶液;
(10)将氧化石墨烯溶液高速离心,转速14000r/min,温度30℃,时间10min;
(11)将制备好的氧化石墨烯放入三口烧瓶中磁力搅拌24h;
(12)将步骤(11)制得的氧化石墨烯加入265-280℃的涤纶纺丝原液中,进行熔融纺丝,得到氧化石墨烯涤纶纱线。
