本发明公开了一种可生物降解面料,包括表层降解织布层、中部保温降解层、底层降解织布层,所述表层降解织布层由经纱和纬纱混纺而成,所述经纱由醋酸纤维素纤维纺织而成,所述纬纱由棉粘纤维纺织而成,所述底层降解纤维织布层由经纱与纬纱混纺而成,其经纱由甲壳素纤维纺织而成,其纬纱由壳聚糖‑淀粉复合纤维纺织而成,所述中部保温降解层设置为可降解保温海绵层,所述可降解保温海绵层设置为可降解的纤维素海绵层。所述可生物降解面料不仅有效提高整体面料的抗菌抑菌效果,而且透气性以及吸湿性高,保暖性好,且舒适度高,实用性高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种可生物降解面料,涉及纺织面料技术领域。
背景技术
可生物降解的面料主要是通过可生物降解的纤维纺织而成,而是可生物降解的纤维指在一定时间和适当的自然条件下能够被微生物或其分泌物在醇或化学分解作用下发生降解的纤维。可生物降解纤维最初是在20世纪60年代应医用需要而逐步发展起来的。经过40多年的发展,可生物降解纤维虽已取得重要进展,但由于其性能存在缺陷或成本过高等原因,大多数可生物降解纤维的应用仍局限于医疗等领域,只有少数性能优良、成本较低的可降解纤维被拓展应用到了服用、渔业、建筑等领域。通过复合纺丝和共混纺丝,人们还开发出了由多种不同聚合物组成的多组份可生物降解纤维。现在,随着科学技术的发展,人们赋予可生物降解纤维以更多的功能,使得纤维的性能又得到了进一步的改善和提高。通过应用接枝聚合、表面处理等一些改性方法、新材料以及新工艺,大大地增强了目标纤维的功能性,从而,展现出良好的使用性能和应用前景。而目前很多的生物降解纤维制成的面料主要用于面料厚度较薄的服装面料上,对于加厚型且需要保温效果的面料应用很少,因而急需能具有较好的保温效果且能实现生物降解功能的面料。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种保暖效果好且有效实现生物降解功能的可生物降解面料。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种可生物降解面料,包括表层降解织布层、中部保温降解层、底层降解织布层,所述表层降解织布层由经纱和纬纱混纺而成,所述经纱由醋酸纤维素纤维纺织而成,所述纬纱由棉粘纤维纺织而成,所述底层降解纤维织布层由经纱与纬纱混纺而成,其经纱由甲壳素纤维纺织而成,其纬纱由壳聚糖-淀粉复合纤维纺织而成,所述中部保温降解层设置为可降解保温海绵层,所述可降解保温海绵层设置为可降解的纤维素海绵层。
作为优选,所述可降解保温海绵层上下面均设有多个条形凹槽,上下部的条形凹槽上下相对设置,每一面上的多个条形凹槽之间相互平行设置。
作为优选,所述可降解保温层的外表面设有一层可降解包覆织布层,所述可降解包覆织布层的纱线由棉粘纤维纺织而成。
作为优选,所述相邻的两个条形凹槽之间形成凸起,所述凸起上方对应的可降解包覆织布层上部设有魔术贴的勾面,对应地,所述表层降解织布层以及底层降解织布层与其相对应的位置上设有魔术贴的毛面层。
作为优选,所述可降解包覆织布层包括上下两层纺织布,上下两层纺织布之间的边缘通过拉链连接固定,所述拉链由可生物降解的塑料制成。
作为优选,相邻的条形凹槽之间形成的凸起设为缓冲保温层,所述缓冲保温层内设有多个贯通其整体结构的通气孔。
作为优选,所述通气孔设之间两两交叉设置。
作为优选,上下相对的两个所述条形凹槽的槽底上方对应的可降解包覆织布层之间通过可降解丝线缝合连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益之处是:所述可生物降解面料采用可生物降解的织布表层以及底层,且结合中部的可生物降解海绵保暖层,因而不仅有效提高整体面料的抗菌抑菌效果,而且透气性以及吸湿性高,保暖性好,且舒适度高,因而具有较高的实用性,适合推广应用。

如图1、图2所示的一种可生物降解面料,主要应用于加厚型服装面料或者厚度较厚的防护性面料上,包括表层降解织布层1、中部保温降解层、底层降解织布层2,所述表层降解织布层由经纱和纬纱混纺而成,所述经纱由醋酸纤维素纤维纺织而成,所述纬纱由棉粘纤维纺织而成,因而,由上述经纱与纬纱纺织而成的表层降解织布层具有较高的舒适性、柔软性以及吸湿性,而且其生物降解效果好,所述底层降解纤维织布层由经纱与纬纱混纺而成,其经纱由甲壳素纤维纺织而成,其纬纱由壳聚糖-淀粉复合纤维纺织而成,因而,由上述经纱与纬纱纺织而成的底层降解纤维布层不仅具有有效的生物降解功能,而且还能有效提高其整体面料的抗菌效果、保湿以及除臭效果,应用在服装面料上尤其适用,较大程度上提高穿戴的舒适度体验感。
在本实施例中,所述中部保温降解层设置为可降解保温海绵层4,所述可降解保温海绵层设置为可降解的纤维素海绵层,通过设置可降解的纤维素海绵层,不仅可以有效实现降解,而且其在实际应用时的保温效果较好,透气性好,而且柔软性高。而为进一步方便可降解的纤维素海绵层的固定,所述可降解保温海绵层上下面均设有多个条形凹槽5,上下部的条形凹槽上下相对设置,每一面上的多个条形凹槽之间相互平行设置,另外,所述可降解保温层的外表面设有一层可降解包覆织布层6,所述可降解包覆织布层的纱线由棉粘纤维纺织而成,包覆织布可以有效防止纤维素海绵层的滑动,提高其实际应用时的稳定性,而为方便更换海绵层,所述可降解包覆织布层包括上下两层纺织布,当其应用在单独的一块面料上时,其上下两层纺织布之间的边缘通过拉链连接固定,所述拉链由可生物降解的塑料制成。另外,为进一步提高海绵层的稳定性,所述相邻的两个条形凹槽之间形成凸起7,所述凸起上方对应的可降解包覆织布层上部设有魔术贴8的勾面,对应地,所述表层降解织布层以及底层降解织布层与其相对应的位置上设有魔术贴的毛面层,另外,在本实施例中,上下相对的两个所述条形凹槽的槽底上方对应的可降解包覆织布层之间通过可降解丝线缝合连接,因而进一步地提高了海绵层的稳定性。
在本实施例中,为进一步提高纤维素海绵层的透气性,相邻的条形凹槽之间形成的凸起设为缓冲保温层,所述缓冲保温层内设有多个贯通其整体结构的通气孔9,作为本实施例的一较佳实施方案,所述通气孔设之间两两交叉设置。
在实际应用中,首先将可降解的包覆织布层包覆在可降解的纤维素海绵层外表面,然后通过可降解的丝线穿过上下对应的条形凹槽的槽底,并顺着条形凹槽的方向将条形凹槽的槽底处所对应的可降解包覆织布层之间缝合连接,继而形成中部保温降解层,因而提高纤维素海绵层的稳定性,不易发生相对滑动,最后将表层降解织布层与底层降解织布层分别通过魔术贴粘结在中部保温降解层的上下面,并且通过可降解丝线10穿过进一步穿过将条形凹槽的槽底所对应的表层降解织布层与底层降解织布层以及中部保温层,继而将三者连接,提高中部保温降解层的稳定性,继而完成整体面料的制作过程,而面料在实际应用中能具有较好的吸湿保暖以及抗菌除臭效果,因而有效提高其应用在加厚型服装面料时的舒适度体验。
需要强调的是:以上仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。
Claims (8)
1.一种可生物降解面料,其特征在于:包括表层降解织布层、中部保温降解层、底层降解织布层,所述表层降解织布层由经纱和纬纱混纺而成,所述经纱由醋酸纤维素纤维纺织而成,所述纬纱由棉粘纤维纺织而成,所述底层降解纤维织布层由经纱与纬纱混纺而成,其经纱由甲壳素纤维纺织而成,其纬纱由壳聚糖-淀粉复合纤维纺织而成,所述中部保温降解层设置为可降解保温海绵层,所述可降解保温海绵层设置为可降解的纤维素海绵层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可生物降解面料,其特征在于:所述可降解保温海绵层上下面均设有多个条形凹槽,上下部的条形凹槽上下相对设置,每一面上的多个条形凹槽之间相互平行设置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种可生物降解面料,其特征在于:所述可降解保温层的外表面设有一层可降解包覆织布层,所述可降解包覆织布层的纱线由棉粘纤维纺织而成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种可生物降解面料,其特征在于:所述相邻的两个条形凹槽之间形成凸起,所述凸起上方对应的可降解包覆织布层上部设有魔术贴的勾面,对应地,所述表层降解织布层以及底层降解织布层与其相对应的位置上设有魔术贴的毛面层。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种可生物降解面料,其特征在于:所述可降解包覆织布层包括上下两层纺织布,上下两层纺织布之间的边缘通过拉链连接固定,所述拉链由可生物降解的塑料制成。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种可生物降解面料,其特征在于:相邻的条形凹槽之间形成的凸起设为缓冲保温层,所述缓冲保温层内设有多个贯通其整体结构的通气孔。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种可生物降解面料,其特征在于:所述通气孔设之间两两交叉设置。
8.根据权利要求3所述的一种可生物降解面料,其特征在于:上下相对的两个所述条形凹槽的槽底上方对应的可降解包覆织布层之间通过可降解丝线缝合连接。
