When the upper die 1 does not press the lower die 2, the lower die 2 is in a high position, a certain distance is reserved between the lifting seat 6 and the machine base 3, and the lifting seat 6 can move when the sliding frame 5 moves back and forth, so that the two lower dies 2 can alternately move; when the upper die 1 presses the lower die 2, the elastic piece 7 is compressed, the lower die 2 is at a low position, the lifting seat 6 is pressed against the base 3, the base 3 shares most of the pressure of the upper die 1 on the lower die 2, the pressure born by the guide rail 50 is greatly reduced, and therefore the guide rail 50 is not easy to deform, and the service life is prolonged.
In order to improve the smoothness of the lifting process of the lifting seat 6 and guide the lifting of the lifting seat 6, the lifting seat 6 is connected with a plurality of first guide rods 8 which are vertically arranged, and the sliding frame 5 is provided with a first guide sleeve 9 which is matched with the first guide rods 8. In hot pressing, a sheet with a pre-cut shape is placed in a cavity 21, an upper die 1 and a lower die 2 are clamped, and heat of the upper die 1 and the lower die 2 causes the sheet to be heated and deformed into tableware with a desired shape; the channels 22 on both sides of the second cavity 212 can facilitate fingers to extend into the mold when the cutlery is manually removed, thereby removing the cutlery.
Since the width of the first cavity 211 is larger than the width of the second cavity 212, in order to arrange the cavities 21 reasonably, in each row of cavities 21, the first cavities 211 and the second cavities 212 of adjacent cavities 21 are staggered. Thereby, the arrangement of the cavities 21 in the lower die 2 is more compact, the area of the lower die 2 is fully utilized, more tableware can be processed by opening and closing the die once, and the production efficiency is improved.
