The hinge points among the first link 11, the second link 12, the third link 13 and the joint plate 14 may be direct hinge or indirect hinge; the first elastic member 18 may be a spring or a high stretch fiber rope or the like. When the locking rod unit is suspended in the U-shaped clamping groove 141, a certain rotational force is applied to the joint plate 14 of the seat body, namely, the backrest 32 of the seat body 3 is reciprocally rotated back and forth, so that the third connecting rod 13 and the joint plate 14 relatively rotate around the hinge point, the rotational angle is limited by the distance between the two inner side walls 1412 of the U-shaped clamping groove 141, and the distance can be designed according to the required shaking amplitude of the seat body; further, the first elastic member 18 can provide elastic buffering and resetting functions for shaking, so that the seat body can realize comfortable and safe shaking, the comfort of a user is improved, and meanwhile, a user can save more labor.
Further, the bottom of the U-shaped slot 141 has a plurality of parallel locking positions 1411 for limiting the locking bar unit, and a space for the locking bar unit to move back and forth is provided between two inner side walls 1412 of the U-shaped slot 141 (refer to fig. 3). The lock rod units can be clamped at different clamping positions 1411 by arranging a plurality of clamping positions 1411, so that the seat body 3 matched with the seat body can be kept at different angles, and the comfort of a user can be improved by adjusting according to the condition of the user.
Preferably, the third link 13 has a sliding slot 131 along a length direction, and the locking bar unit includes a first locking bar 15 with two ends respectively engaged in the left and right groups of sliding slots 131, a second elastic member 16 driving the first locking bar 15 to be clamped into the bottom of the U-shaped clamping slot 141, and a handle unit 17 pulling the first locking bar 15 reversely and suspending the first locking bar 15 in the U-shaped clamping slot 141. The second elastic member 16 may be a spring or a high elastic cord; the first lock rod 15 slides along the third connecting rod 13 under the drive of the second elastic piece 16, when the first lock rod 15 is clamped into the clamping position 1411 at the bottom of the U-shaped clamping groove 141, the third connecting rod 13 and the joint plate 14 are fixed and cannot rotate, the bracket group 1 of the seat body becomes a stable triangle structure, and at the moment, the seat body is in a normal use state which can not be shaken, namely, the use state of the conventional products in the market. The handle unit 17 is used for overcoming the elasticity of the second elastic element 16 to pull the first lock rod 15 away from the clamping position 1411 of the U-shaped clamping groove 141, when the handle unit 17 pulls the first lock rod 15 to be suspended but not completely separated from the U-shaped clamping groove 141 (i.e. beyond the highest point of the side wall of the U-shaped clamping groove 141), the relative position of the first lock rod 15 and the third connecting rod 13 is fixed through the handle, at this time, the first lock rod 15 is in a movable state and can swing between the two inner side walls 1412 of the U-shaped clamping groove 141, namely, the third connecting rod 13 and the joint plate 14 are in an unstable hinged state, but the rotation range is limited by the inner width of the U-shaped clamping groove 141, and the rocking chair with stable seat body can be realized. The handle fixing mode can be fixed at a set position by a hook or a bolt, and the handle fixing mode can be other modes.
Preferably, the handle unit 17 includes a U-shaped second locking bar 171 rotatably connected between the left and right joint plates 14 at both ends, a handle 173 having a circular groove 172 and movably limiting the first locking bar 15 and the second locking bar 171 in the circular groove 172, and a cam 174 radially abutting the second locking bar 171 and having a radius not exceeding the depth of the U-shaped clamping groove 141 on the first locking bar 15, wherein when the handle 173 is pressed down, the second locking bar 171 can pass back over the vertex of the cam 174 and is clamped between the cam 174 and the inner wall of the circular groove 172, and simultaneously the first locking bar 15 is separated from the bottom of the U-shaped clamping groove 141. When the first lock rod 15 is clamped into the clamping position 1411 of the U-shaped clamping groove 141, that is, when the first lock rod 15 is closest to the bottom surface of the U-shaped clamping groove 141, the second lock rod 171 is positioned at the front side of the cam 174, and the cam 174 does not apply force to the second lock rod 171 because of the clearance space in the return groove 172; when the handle 173 is pushed down, the cam 174 acts as a fulcrum, and the second lock lever 171 is moved by the lever to the rear side of the cam 174 beyond the apex of the cam 174 and is limited between the rear side of the cam 174 and the inner wall of the return groove 172, at this time, the radius of the cam 174 causes the second lock lever 171 to be lifted up by a certain height, i.e., a certain distance is lifted up between the knuckle plate 14 connected to the second lock lever 171 and the third link 13 relatively fixed to the handle unit 17, thereby suspending the first lock lever 15.
Preferably, a transverse supporting rod 19 is further disposed between the left and right bracket sets 1, and the supporting rod 19 can limit the pressing position of the handle 173. The support bar 19 is typically provided at the hinge point of the first link 11 and the third link 13, with both ends typically being available for mounting the wheels 33 of the seat. The support rod 19 limits the handle 173, so as to prevent the second lock rod 171 from moving downward beyond the cam 174 due to the overlarge rotation angle of the handle 173, and the first lock rod 15 returns to the clamping position 1411 of the U-shaped clamping groove 141 again to be locked under the drive of the second elastic member 16.
Preferably, the handle 173 is provided with a pedal 1731, and the first lock lever 15 and the second lock lever 171 are simultaneously pulled to descend (the second lock lever 171 is inclined backward at a certain angle (refer to fig. 5) when the first lock lever 15 is in a suspended state) by applying downward pressure to the pedal 1731, and the second lock lever 171 can be pulled to be parallel to the third link 13 (refer to fig. 6) when the pedal 1731 is pulled down, so that the first lock lever 15 can be separated from the U-shaped slot 141. After the first lock rod 15 is completely separated from the U-shaped clamping groove 141 by the pressure applied to the pedal 1731, the seat body can be folded by the unstable quadrilateral structure composed of the first connecting rod 11, the second connecting rod 12, the third connecting rod 13 and the joint plate 14. Is convenient to store or carry.
Further, the third link 13 has a damper spring structure therein. The damper springs can further improve riding comfort.
Further, the base is further hinged with a brake lever 21 and an L-shaped brake pad, and the brake lever 21 and the brake pad form a lever structure, so that the brake pad abuts against or leaves the wheel 33 when the brake lever 21 is pulled up and down. The brake lever 21 and the brake pad can be of an integrated structure, the pivot point of the brake lever is a hinge point with the seat body, and the impact force during braking can be relieved by adopting a multi-link linkage structure.
Further, the front ends of both sides of the seat plate 31 are hinged with a fourth link 34, and the other end of the fourth link 34 is hinged with the front end of the first link 11. The first connecting rod 11, the third connecting rod 13, the fourth connecting rod 34, the joint plate 14 and the seat body 3 are all movable hinge points, so that the folding of the wheelchair can be realized.
The above description should not be taken as limiting the scope of the invention, and any modifications, equivalent variations and modifications made to the above embodiments according to the technical principles of the present invention still fall within the scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.
