本发明涉及管道技术,特别涉及一种深海养殖用管道。
背景技术
随着我国经济的发展,人们对水产品的需求越来越多,对品质的要求也越来越高。使用渔船到江河湖海打捞天然鱼类已远远不能满足市场需求。因此,深海养殖日益普遍。现今我国的许多内河、内海、靠近大陆的沿海、近海的海湾,凡是条件较好的水域,都被众多的渔业养殖户的养殖网箱所覆盖。
深海养殖用网箱主要由框架系统、网囊、固定系统和配套设施组成,利用固定平台的相互作用及箱体的自身特点把箱体降到水下限定的深度。其网箱单元内部分为若干水密舱室,需要由管道(压载水管道)系连接起来。由于管道在深海环境中需要承受一定水深的静压力,因此,对深海养殖用管道的保温及强度性能提出了一定的要求,才能满足深海环境的温度、压力、溶解氧、pH值、含盐量、海水流速等因素的不同。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种深海养殖用管道,具有较好的保温及强度性能,以满足深海养殖环境的要求。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种深海养殖用管道,由内至外依次包括聚丙烯层、聚丙烯泡沫塑料层、气凝胶层、聚氨酯塑料泡沫层和环氧树脂泡沫塑料层;
所述聚丙烯层、聚丙烯泡沫塑料层、气凝胶层、聚氨酯塑料泡沫层和环氧树脂泡沫塑料层的厚度比例依次为(2-3):1:(1-2):1:(2-3)。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明的深海养殖用管道依次同时包括聚丙烯层、聚丙烯泡沫塑料层、气凝胶层、聚氨酯塑料泡沫层和环氧树脂泡沫塑料层,并对上述5个管道层级结构的厚度进行了再调整,可以获得很好的保温性能及较合适的强度性能。

本发明最关键的构思在于:设计上述依次包括聚丙烯层、聚丙烯泡沫塑料层、气凝胶层、聚氨酯塑料泡沫层和环氧树脂泡沫塑料层的5个管道层级结构。

本发明中,所述聚丙烯层的导热系数为0.18-0.24W/(m·K),所述聚丙烯泡沫塑料层的导热系数为0.12-0.19W/(m·K),所述气凝胶层的导热系数为0.008-0.015W/(m·K),所述聚氨酯塑料泡沫层的导热系数为0.01W/(m·K)以下,所述环氧树脂泡沫塑料层的导热系数为0.2W/(m·K)。本发明的深海养殖用管道中,发明人经过长期地试验发现,利用上述5个管道层级结构的导热系数的配合设计,可以使得上述5个管道层级结构的管道的保温性能获得较好的改善。

所述聚丙烯泡沫塑料层,其材质为现有技术中的聚丙烯泡沫塑料,即以聚丙烯为基本成分,通过现有的理化方法填充气泡制得(采用现有的聚丙烯泡沫塑料的成型方法);
所述气凝胶层,其材质为现有技术中的气凝胶(由胶体粒子或高聚物分子相互聚合成纳米多孔网络结构);
所述聚氨酯塑料泡沫层,其材质为现有技术中的聚氨酯塑料泡沫;
所述环氧树脂泡沫塑料层,其材质为现有技术中的环氧树脂泡沫塑料(环氧树脂与固化剂反应形成的三维网状的热固性塑料,其材料中的气泡均匀分散在树脂基体中)。
本发明的深海养殖用管道的具体制备方法可采用现有的管道制备工艺进行。例如,先将聚丙烯原料采用螺杆挤出机制备获得聚丙烯层管体表面,再在聚丙烯层管体表面上继续采用螺杆挤出机制备获得聚丙烯泡沫塑料层管体表面,以此类推,依次在聚丙烯泡沫塑料层管体表面上获得气凝胶层管体表面、在气凝胶层管体表面上获得聚氨酯塑料泡沫层管体表面、在聚氨酯塑料泡沫层管体表面上获得环氧树脂泡沫塑料层管体表面。然后,按上述重量份比例将保护层的各原料进行混合,获得保护层混合料,将保护层混合料采用螺杆挤出机在环氧树脂泡沫塑料层管体表面上制备获得保护层管体表面。进而获得本实施例的深海养殖用管道(具体的工艺条件参数可根据实际需求进行调整)。

所述保护层含有下述重量份比例的原料制备而成:聚丙烯100份、二乙基己酸铜15份、ABS树脂25份、玻璃微珠25份、抗氧剂1010 4份和防老剂RD0.5份。

实施例3
本实施例的深海养殖用管道,由内至外依次包括聚丙烯层1、聚丙烯泡沫塑料层2、气凝胶层3、聚氨酯塑料泡沫层4、环氧树脂泡沫塑料层5和保护层6;所述聚丙烯层1、聚丙烯泡沫塑料层2、气凝胶层3、聚氨酯塑料泡沫层4、环氧树脂泡沫塑料层5和保护层6的厚度比例依次为3:1:1:1:3:1。
所述保护层包括下述重量份比例的原料制备而成:聚丙烯100份、二乙基己酸铜20份、ABS树脂28份、玻璃微珠28份、抗氧剂1010 3份、防老剂RD0.5份和硅烷防水剂0.5份。
导热系数测定
采用TC-3A型导热系数测定仪,对实施例1-3制备获得的深海养殖用管道的导热系数进行测定。
测定结果为:实施例1-3制备获得的深海养殖用管道的导热系数依次为0.07W/(m·K)、0.08W/(m·K)、0.08W/(m·K)。即,实施例1-3制备获得的深海养殖用管道的导热系数均小于0.1W/(m·K),具有良好的保温性能。
综上所述,本发明提供的深海养殖用管道具有很好的保温性能和强度性能。

Claims (8)
1.一种深海养殖用管道,其特征在于,由内至外依次包括聚丙烯层、聚丙烯泡沫塑料层、气凝胶层、聚氨酯塑料泡沫层和环氧树脂泡沫塑料层;
所述聚丙烯层、聚丙烯泡沫塑料层、气凝胶层、聚氨酯塑料泡沫层和环氧树脂泡沫塑料层的厚度比例依次为(2-3):1:(1-2):1:(2-3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的深海养殖用管道,其特征在于,所述聚丙烯层、聚丙烯泡沫塑料层、气凝胶层、聚氨酯塑料泡沫层和环氧树脂泡沫塑料层的厚度比例依次为2:1:1:1:2。
3.根据权利要求1所述的深海养殖用管道,其特征在于,所述聚丙烯层、聚丙烯泡沫塑料层、气凝胶层、聚氨酯塑料泡沫层和环氧树脂泡沫塑料层的厚度比例依次为3:1:2:1:3。
4.根据权利要求1所述的深海养殖用管道,其特征在于,还包括保护层,所述保护层设于环氧树脂泡沫塑料层的外表面。
5.根据权利要求1所述的深海养殖用管道,其特征在于,所述保护层包括下述重量份比例的原料制备而成:聚丙烯95-105份、二乙基己酸铜15-25份、ABS树脂25-30份、玻璃微珠25-30份和助剂2-10份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的深海养殖用管道,其特征在于,所述助剂为抗氧化剂、稳定剂、防老化剂和防水剂中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求6所述的深海养殖用管道,其特征在于,所述抗氧化剂为抗氧剂1010,所述稳定剂为钙锌复合稳定剂,所述防老化剂为防老剂RD,所述防水剂为硅烷防水剂。
8.根据权利要求6所述的深海养殖用管道,其特征在于,所述防老化剂或防水剂的重量份不高于2份。
