本发明涉及一种水压开关,属于水压开关技术领域。
背景技术
救生衣又称救生背心,是一种救护生命的服装,设计类似背心,采用尼龙面料或氯丁橡胶NEOPRENE),浮力材料或可充气的材料,反光材料等制作而成。一般使用年限为5-7年,是船上、飞机上的救生设备之一。一般为背心式,用泡沫塑料或软木等制成。穿在身上具有足够浮力,使落水者头部能露出水面。现有技术的救生衣都不具有水压开关,当救生衣漏水时,水进入到救生衣里,无法进行提示。为了解决上述困难,需要开发一款具有提示功能的一种水压开关。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种水压开关。
本发明要解决的问题是现有技术的救生衣都不具有水压开关的问题。
为实现本发明的目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种水压开关,包括薄塑料片一、蜂鸣器、蓄电池、防水膜、单片机、左机壳、通电导片一、通电导片二、薄塑料片二、分隔板、右机壳和进水口,所述右机壳下右侧设有进水口,右机壳内左侧安装分隔板,分隔板上设有通水孔,通水孔的左侧安装防水膜,分隔板将右机壳分成左右两个空间,防水膜左侧安装薄塑料片二,薄塑料片二安装在右机壳内底部,薄塑料片二左侧安装通电导片二,通电导片二左侧设有通电导片一,通电导片一和通电导片二为分体式结构,通电导片一安装在薄塑料片一右侧,薄塑料片一安装在右机壳内顶部,左机壳安装在右机壳的左侧,左机壳上安装蜂鸣器,左机壳内安装蓄电池和单片机,蓄电池通过导线分别与单片机和蜂鸣器相连。
所述导电片一和导电片二的尺寸相同。
本发明的优点是:该水压开关安装在救生圈内,救生圈进水时,水压开关的进水口内进入水,水从通水孔使防水膜向左侧挤压,防水膜使薄塑料片二向左侧倾斜,使导电片二和导电片一贴在一起,通道后单片机会使蜂鸣器报警,提醒船上或者岸上的人该救生圈发生漏水。

本发明一种水压开关,包括薄塑料片一1、蜂鸣器2、蓄电池3、防水膜4、单片机5、左机壳6、通电导片一7、通电导片二8、薄塑料片二9、分隔板10、右机壳11和进水口12,所述右机壳11下右侧设有进水口12,右机壳11内左侧安装分隔板10,分隔板10上设有通水孔,通水孔的左侧安装防水膜4,分隔板10将右机壳11分成左右两个空间,防水膜4左侧安装薄塑料片二9,薄塑料片二9安装在右机壳11内底部,薄塑料片二9左侧安装通电导片二8,通电导片二8左侧设有通电导片一7,通电导片一7和通电导片二8为分体式结构,通电导片一7安装在薄塑料片一1右侧,薄塑料片一1安装在右机壳11内顶部,左机壳6安装在右机壳11的左侧,左机壳6上安装蜂鸣器2,左机壳6内安装蓄电池3和单片机5,蓄电池3通过导线分别与单片机5和蜂鸣器2相连,单片机5采用TELESKY品牌的STC89C52RC-40I型号,蜂鸣器2采用TELESKY品牌的5V有源蜂鸣器2。
所述导电片一和导电片二的尺寸相同。
本发明使用方法:该水压开关安装在救生圈内,救生圈进水时,水压开关的进水口12内进入水,水从通水孔使防水膜4向左侧挤压,防水膜4使薄塑料片二9向左侧倾斜,使导电片二和导电片一贴在一起,通道后单片机5会使蜂鸣器2报警,提醒船上或者岸上的人该救生圈发生漏水。

1.一种水压开关,包括薄塑料片一(1)、蜂鸣器(2)、蓄电池(3)、防水膜(4)、单片机(5)、左机壳(6)、通电导片一(7)、通电导片二(8)、薄塑料片二(9)、分隔板(10)、右机壳(11)和进水口(12),其特征是:所述右机壳(11)下右侧设有进水口(12),右机壳(11)内左侧安装分隔板(10),分隔板(10)上设有通水孔,通水孔的左侧安装防水膜(4),分隔板(10)将右机壳(11)分成左右两个空间,防水膜(4)左侧安装薄塑料片二(9),薄塑料片二(9)安装在右机壳(11)内底部,薄塑料片二(9)左侧安装通电导片二(8),通电导片二(8)左侧设有通电导片一(7),通电导片一(7)和通电导片二(8)为分体式结构,通电导片一(7)安装在薄塑料片一(1)右侧,薄塑料片一(1)安装在右机壳(11)内顶部,左机壳(6)安装在右机壳(11)的左侧,左机壳(6)上安装蜂鸣器(2),左机壳(6)内安装蓄电池(3)和单片机(5),蓄电池(3)通过导线分别与单片机(5)和蜂鸣器(2)相连。
