Referring to fig. 1, in another embodiment of the present invention, a second nut 65 is screwed to one end of the second guide rod 62; the second elastic element 64 is a spring, the second elastic element 64 is sleeved outside the second guide rod 62, one end of the second elastic element 64 abuts against the second bracket 61, and the other end of the second elastic element 64 abuts against the second nut 65. When the first lifting chain 41 is broken, the first elastic member 54 releases elastic potential energy, the first guide rod 52 slides, the first collision block 57 triggers the first detection switch 56, and the first detection switch 56 sends a signal to stop the operation of the equipment, so that whether the first lifting chain 41 is loosened or not is reliably detected.
Referring to fig. 1, in another embodiment of the present invention, the second device 60 further includes a second detecting switch 66 fixed on the second bracket 61 and a second bump 67 fixed on the second guide rod 62 and cooperating with the second detecting switch 66 to detect whether the second lifting chain 42 is loose, and when the second lifting chain 42 is loose, the second elastic element 64 pulls the second guide rod 62 to make the second bump 67 bump against the second detecting switch 66. When the second lifting chain 42 is broken, the second elastic piece 64 releases elastic potential energy, the second guide rod 62 slides, the second collision block 67 triggers the second detection switch 66, and the second detection switch 66 sends out a signal, so that the equipment stops running, and whether the second lifting chain 42 is loosened or not is reliably detected.
Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 5, in another embodiment of the present invention, the first device 50 includes a first supporting arm 58 fixed to the first guide rod 52 near the first tensioning wheel 53 and a third passing wheel 59 installed on the first supporting arm 58 for supporting the second lifting chain 42. The third idler 59 supports the second lifting chain 42, and prevents the supported area of the second lifting chain 42 from interfering with the area of the second lifting chain 42 around the driving sprocket 31 to affect the operation of the second lifting chain 42. The scheme has compact structure and ingenious design.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, in another embodiment of the present invention, the second device 60 includes a second supporting arm 68 fixed to the second guiding bar 62 near the second tensioning wheel 63, and a fourth passing wheel 69 mounted on the second supporting arm 68 and used for supporting the first lifting chain 41. The fourth third idler 69 supports the first lifting chain 41, and prevents the supported area of the first lifting chain 41 from interfering with the area of the first lifting chain 41 around the driving sprocket 31 to affect the operation of the first lifting chain 41. The scheme has compact structure and ingenious design.
Referring to fig. 6 to 9, in another embodiment of the present invention, a parking apparatus is provided, which includes the above-mentioned parking apparatus lifting power device 100, a vehicle carrying board 200 connected to the mounting bracket 10, and a balancing mechanism 300 installed on the vehicle carrying board 200, wherein the mounting bracket 10 is installed at the rear end of the vehicle carrying board 200, the balancing mechanism 300 includes a front sprocket 301 installed at the front end of the vehicle carrying board 200, a rear sprocket 302 installed at the rear end of the vehicle carrying board 200, and a balancing chain 303 sequentially wound around the lower side of the front sprocket 301 and the upper side of the rear sprocket 302, one end of the balancing chain 303 close to the front sprocket 301 is fixed to the upper mounting position a ", and one end of the balancing chain 303 close to the rear sprocket 302 is fixed to the lower mounting position B".
The parking equipment formed by combining the lifting power device 100, the vehicle carrying plate 200 and the balance mechanism 300 is characterized in that the rear end of the vehicle carrying plate 200 adopts an open chain, and a balance chain 303 is longitudinally adopted. When the lifting motor 20 drives the first lifting chain 41 and the second lifting chain 42 to work, the vehicle carrying plate 200 moves up and down along with the mounting frame 10, meanwhile, the balance chain 303 works to realize balance of the vehicle carrying plate 200, and the parking equipment is simple in structure, easy to assemble and maintain and low in cost.
Referring to fig. 7, in another embodiment of the present invention, the present invention further includes a falling prevention device 400 for preventing the vehicle carrying board 200 from falling, the falling prevention device 400 includes a falling protector installed at an upper installation position, and a falling prevention hook 401 of the falling protector is connected to the vehicle carrying board 200. The falling protector belongs to the prior art. When the vehicle carrying plate 200 is lifted to the right, under the state of being lifted to the right, once the first lifting chain 41 or the second lifting chain 42 is broken, the anti-falling hook 401 of the anti-falling device can bear and support the vehicle carrying plate 200 and the vehicle, so that the vehicle carrying plate and the vehicle can not fall.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the number of the front chain wheel 301, the rear chain wheel 302 and the balance chain 303 is two, and the front chain wheel 301, the rear chain wheel 302 and the balance chain 303 are correspondingly distributed on two opposite sides of the vehicle carrying board 200. The structure is easy to assemble, and when the lifting motor 20 drives the first lifting chain 41 and the second lifting chain 42 to work, the vehicle carrying board 200 can move up and down smoothly and stably.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the present invention further comprises a steel frame 500 and a traverse car plate 600 movably mounted on the bottom of the steel frame 500. After the lifting power device 100 is configured, the load of the steel frame 500 is reasonably distributed, and the material specifications of the longitudinal beams and the cross beams are reduced. The first lifting chain 41 and the second lifting chain 42 of the lifting power device 100 are fixed on the steel frame 500 at the upper ends thereof and fixed on the ground 1 at the lower ends thereof. The upper end of the equalizer chain 303 is attached to the steel frame 500, and the lower end thereof is fixed to the ground 1.

Claims (10)

1. Parking equipment promotes power device, its characterized in that includes:
the mounting frame is used for being connected with the vehicle carrying plate;
the lifting motor is arranged on the mounting frame and is positioned in the middle of the mounting frame;
each chain wheel set comprises a driving chain wheel driven by the lifting motor to rotate, a first third wheel and a second third wheel which are rotatably installed on the installation frame, the first third wheel and the second third wheel are respectively located at two end parts of the installation frame, and the driving chain wheel is located between the first third wheel and the second third wheel;
the upper end of the first lifting chain is fixed at the upper mounting position and sequentially wound on the lower side of the first third wheel, the upper side of the driving chain wheel and the upper side of the second third wheel in the same chain wheel group, and the lower end of the first lifting chain is fixed at the lower mounting position; and
and the upper end of the second lifting chain is fixed at the other upper mounting position and sequentially wound on the lower side of the second third wheel, the lower side of the driving chain wheel and the upper side of the first third wheel in the other chain wheel group, and the lower end of the second lifting chain is fixed at the other lower mounting position.
2. The parking equipment lifting power device as recited in claim 1, wherein a first shaft and a second shaft are fixedly mounted on said mounting bracket, said first idle wheel is sleeved outside said first shaft, and said second idle wheel is sleeved outside said second shaft.

The parking facility lift power unit of claim 2, wherein said mounting bracket has a mounting slot, said sprocket set being disposed in said mounting slot; a first spacer bush is arranged between every two adjacent first passing wheels, a first spacer bush is arranged between the first passing wheel positioned at the end part and the inner wall of the mounting rack, and the first spacer bush is sleeved outside the first shaft; and a second spacer bush is arranged between every two adjacent second idle wheels, the second idle wheels positioned at the end parts and the inner wall of the mounting frame are provided with the second spacer bush, and the second spacer bush is sleeved outside the second shaft.

The parking equipment lifting power device as recited in claim 2, wherein said first axle sleeve is provided with a first inner liner, and said first idle wheel is sleeved outside said first inner liner; the second shaft sleeve is provided with a second lining, and the second third wheel sleeve is arranged outside the second lining.

The parking facility lift power unit of claim 1, wherein said mounting bracket is provided with first means for tensioning said first lift chain and detecting whether said first lift chain is slack and second means for tensioning said second lift chain and detecting whether said second lift chain is slack, said first means and said second means being provided on either side of said lift motor.

The parking equipment lifting power device as recited in claim 5, wherein said first means includes a first bracket fixed to said mounting bracket, a first guide bar slidably mounted to said first bracket, a first tension wheel mounted to an end of said first guide bar and engaged with said first lifting chain, and a first elastic member for applying a tension force to said first guide bar in a predetermined direction to tension said first lifting chain engaged with said first tension wheel, said first tension wheel being located between said first idler and said drive sprocket, said first lifting chain being sequentially wound around said drive sprocket and said first tension wheel;
the second device comprises a second bracket fixed on the mounting frame, a second guide rod slidably mounted on the second bracket, a second tensioning wheel mounted at one end of the second guide rod and matched with the second lifting chain, and a second elastic member used for providing a pulling force to the second guide rod towards a predetermined direction so as to tension the second lifting chain matched with the second tensioning wheel, wherein the second tensioning wheel is located between the second idler and the driving sprocket, and the second lifting chain sequentially and rotatably wraps the corresponding driving sprocket and the second tensioning wheel.
7. The parking equipment lifting power device as recited in claim 6, wherein said first means further comprises a first detection switch fixed to said first bracket and a first bump fixed to said first guide bar and cooperating with said first detection switch to detect whether said first lifting chain is loose, said first elastic member pulling said first guide bar to make said first bump collide with said first detection switch when said first lifting chain is loose;
the second device further comprises a second detection switch fixed on the second support and a second collision block fixed on the second guide rod and matched with the second detection switch to detect whether the second lifting chain is loose, and when the second lifting chain is loose, the second elastic piece pulls the second guide rod to enable the second collision block to collide with the second detection switch.
8. The parking facility lift power unit of claim 6, wherein said first means includes a first support arm secured to said first guide bar proximate said first tensioning wheel and a third idler mounted to said first support arm for lifting said second lift chain;
