As an embodiment of the invention, a round hole 8 is arranged above the storage box 71, a ball hinge 81 is arranged in the round hole 8, a screw rod 82 is arranged above the ball hinge 81, the screw rod 82 penetrates through the ball hinge 81, a crushing wheel 83 is fixedly connected below the screw rod 82, the upper part of the screw rod 82 is connected with the floating plate 4 through a first connecting rod, and the screw rod 82 is connected with the first connecting rod through a spring; when rubbish in the storage box 71 is embrittled at a low temperature, the up-and-down movement of the intercepting plate 5 drives the up-and-down movement of the spring above the screw rod 82, the up-and-down movement of the spring enables the screw rod 82 to move up and down, the up-and-down movement of the screw rod 82 also enables the crushing wheel 83 below the screw rod 82 to rotate, the rotation of the crushing wheel 83 enables the embrittled rubbish to be crushed, and the rubbish is crushed to reduce the space occupied by the rubbish in the storage box 71, so that more rubbish can be collected.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the connecting rod 51 is provided with an "S" shaped through hole 53 on the surface thereof, so that when large garbage is caught above the intercepting plate 5, some small garbage is hard to move downward through the intercepting plate 5, and when garbage is caught above the intercepting plate 5, the "S" shaped through hole 53 provides a moving path for some small garbage, so that the garbage is not accumulated on the intercepting plate 5.
As an embodiment of the invention, a sliding block 54 is arranged in the S-shaped through hole 53, the sliding block 54 is connected with the inner wall of the S-shaped through hole 53 through a spring, a blade 55 is arranged below the sliding block 54, and the blade 55 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the sliding block 54; when a certain amount of large-volume plastic garbage flows through the S-shaped through hole, the plastic garbage can be blocked in the S-shaped through hole 53, and as the connecting rod 51 moves downwards under the action of gravity when the garbage on the interception plate 5 is excessive, the sliding block 54 arranged in the connecting rod 51 moves downwards along with the downward movement of the connecting rod 51; when the garbage on the interception plate 5 is reduced, the connecting rod 51 moves upwards under the action of the spring, and the sliding block 54 arranged in the connecting rod 51 moves upwards along with the upward movement of the connecting rod 51; the up-and-down movement of the sliding block 54 drives the blade 55 fixedly connected to the bottom of the sliding block 54 to move; the movement of the blade 55 will contact with the plastic garbage blocked in the S-shaped through hole 53, and the blade 55 will cut the plastic garbage back and forth, so as to prevent the plastic garbage from blocking the S-shaped through hole 53 and preventing the garbage from being collected and disposed.
When the device works, the device is placed on the sea surface, the floating plate 4 arranged on the outer side of the box body 2 can enable the device to float on the sea surface, the submersible pump 3 is started, the submersible pump 3 can absorb water flow near the surrounding water area and enter the box body 2, plastic bottles floating on the sea surface and some plastic particles can be absorbed into the box body 2 along with the sea water, the interception plate 5 arranged in the box body 2 can intercept large plastic products, other small particle garbage can move downwards through the interception plate 5, the small particle garbage is contacted with the filtering membrane 6 and is partially filtered, the small particle garbage is further absorbed through the absorption of the arc-shaped molecular membrane 62, the absorbed sea water after the filtering is finished can flow out through the water outlet 63, the submersible pump 3 can discharge the water flowing out of the water outlet 42, the reaction force of the discharged water flow can push the device to move, so that the operation range of the garbage treatment device is enlarged, the solar cell panel 41 arranged on the floating plate 4 can maintain the operation of the submersible pump 3; when too much garbage is intercepted on the interception plates 5, the connecting rods 51 move downwards under the action of gravity, the interception plates 5 hinged with the connecting rods 51 move downwards, the garbage between the two interception plates 5 moves downwards along with the interception plates 5, the garbage leaks out from gaps between the interception plates 5 and the connecting rods 51, the amount of the garbage is reduced, the interception plates 5 move upwards under the action of springs, the garbage between the two interception plates 5 descends again as much as the garbage in seawater is collected continuously, the originally leaked garbage is extruded, the elastic force of the elastic rods 61 in the middle is larger than that of the elastic rods 61 on the two sides, when the pressure applied above is eliminated, the compressed garbage is pushed towards the two sides by the elastic rods 61, so that the extruded garbage is contacted with the magnetic force induction doors 73, the pressure sensors 74 on the magnetic force induction doors 73 collect the change information of the pressure data received by the magnetic force induction doors 73 and transmit the change information to the controller 1, the controller 1 will power off the electromagnet 75, so that the magnetic force sensing door 73 is opened, and the garbage enters the storage box 71 through the magnetic force sensing door 73; the high-pressure liquid nitrogen in the cavity 72 on the inner wall of the storage box 71 generates low temperature, and the low temperature can lead the garbage to become brittle and is convenient for collection; when the garbage on the interception plate 5 is reduced, the spring above the interception plate 5 can pull back the interception plate 5, and meanwhile, the extruded elastic rod 61 can rebound to be in contact with the garbage, so that the garbage can enter the storage box 71 to the maximum extent; when the pressure applied to the magnetic force sensing door 73 is reduced, the controller 1 controls the electromagnet 75 to be electrified, and when the magnetic force sensing door 73 is closed, the garbage can not enter the storage box 71; a sealing strip is fixed between the magnetic force induction doors 73, the sealing strip can keep the temperature of the storage box 71 after the magnetic force induction doors 73 are closed, the temperature in the storage box 71 is prevented from increasing, and embrittlement of plastics cannot be carried out, meanwhile, after the magnetic force induction doors 73 are closed, garbage outside the storage box 71 can be slowly squeezed until the garbage is squeezed into the storage box 71 again.

the garbage treatment device used in the S2 comprises a controller (1), a box body (2) and a submersible pump (3), wherein floating plates (4) are fixedly connected to two sides of the outer wall of the box body (2), solar panels (41) are fixedly connected to the tops of the floating plates (4), the solar panels (41) are located above the sea surface, drain pipes (42) are fixedly connected to the lower portions of the floating plates (4), intercepting plates (5) are arranged inside the box body (2), connecting rods (51) are arranged on two sides of the intercepting plates (5), and the connecting rods (51) are hinged to the intercepting plates (5); the top end of the box body (2) is hinged with a balance plate (21); the intercepting plate (5) and the connecting rod (51) are symmetrically arranged, and the balance plate (21) is connected with the connecting rod (51) through a spring; a filtering membrane (6) is arranged at the bottom of the box body (2), an elastic rod (61) is arranged below the filtering membrane (6), an arc-shaped molecular membrane (62) is arranged below the elastic rod (61), two sides of the arc-shaped molecular membrane (62) are fixedly connected with the inner wall of the box body (2), a water outlet (63) is arranged below the arc-shaped molecular membrane (62), and the water outlet (63) is communicated with the submersible pump (3); the submersible pump (3) is communicated with the water outlet (63) and the water outlet pipe (42), and the water outlet pipe (42) is fixed on the floating plate (4) through a buckle; a waterproof cover (31) is arranged on the outer side of the submersible pump (3), and the submersible pump (3) is wrapped inside the waterproof cover (31); the controller (1) is fixed on the outer wall of the box body (2), and the controller (1) is positioned above the floating plate (4); and a waterproof layer is arranged on the surface of the controller (1).
