Abstract

本发明公开了一种电力工程安装用绕线架机构,包括机架底板,所述机架底板的顶面的左部和右部均固定有支撑侧板,两个支撑侧板的中部均成型有通孔,主轴插套在两个通孔中,主轴的两端安装在两个支撑侧板的外侧壁上固定有的轴承的内圈中,绕线筒安装在主轴的中部并处于两个支撑侧板之间,机架底板的一侧顶面安装有电机架,绕线电机固定在电机架上,绕线电机的输出轴穿过电机架的竖直板并与主轴的一端相连接。它可以安装在工程车或工程工地处的安装架上,其可以辅助工作人员放线缆或是将旧线缆卷绕,方便后续的搬运处理。

技术领域
本发明涉及电力通信设备技术领域,更具体的说涉及一种电力工程安装用绕线架机构。
背景技术
现有的电力工程或通信工程等安装中,其需要将电线电缆等从绕线筒中拉出进行安装,其需要人工将其拉出,耗时耗力,增加人工劳动量,同样的,在一些工程中,其需要将原先的老的线缆拆卸,进行更换,其原先的老旧的线缆需要人工卷绕在筒体中,方便处理和搬运,而现在全是人工处理,其人工劳动量相当大,效果非常不理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种电力工程安装用绕线架机构,它可以安装在工程车或工程工地处的安装架上,其可以辅助工作人员放线缆或是将旧线缆卷绕,方便后续的搬运处理。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种电力工程安装用绕线架机构,包括机架底板,所述机架底板的顶面的左部和右部均固定有支撑侧板,两个支撑侧板的中部均成型有通孔,主轴插套在两个通孔中,主轴的两端安装在两个支撑侧板的外侧壁上固定有的轴承的内圈中,绕线筒安装在主轴的中部并处于两个支撑侧板之间,机架底板的一侧顶面安装有电机架,绕线电机固定在电机架上,绕线电机的输出轴穿过电机架的竖直板并与主轴的一端相连接。
所述两个支撑侧板的外侧壁的中部均成型有安装块,安装块的中部均成型有安装槽,轴承安装在安装槽中,轴承的外圈卡置在安装槽的内侧壁上,端盖通过螺栓固定连接在安装块的端面上,端盖的中部具有中心贯穿通孔;
所述主轴包括主花键轴部,主花键轴部的左端成型有直径大于主花键轴部的连接花键轴部,连接花键轴部插套在左侧的轴承的内圈中,连接花键轴部的花键插套在左侧的轴承的内圈的内侧壁上成型有的花键槽中,主花键轴部的右端插套在右侧的轴承的内圈中,主花键轴部的右部的花键插套在右侧的轴承的内圈的内侧壁上成型有的花键槽中。
所述电机架的底部折弯部压靠在右侧的支撑侧板的底部折弯板的顶面上,电机架的底部折弯部和右侧的支撑侧板的底部折弯板通过螺栓固定连接在机架底板上,绕线电机的输出轴的中部具有花键孔,主花键轴部的右端插套在花键孔中,主花键轴部的右端外侧壁上的花键与花键孔的内侧壁上的花键槽相配合。
所述连接花键轴部的左端面上成型有压板,压板压靠在左侧的轴承的内圈的左端面上。
左侧的支撑侧板的安装块上通过螺栓固定连接有限位板,限位板的中部左侧壁上安装有球体,球体压靠在压板的左侧壁的中部。
所述限位板的中部左侧壁上成型有安装孔,缓冲弹簧插套在安装孔中,缓冲弹簧的左端固定在安装孔的内端面上,缓冲弹簧的右端固定有球体。
所述机架底板的中部顶面固定有两个前后延伸的长形块,长形块的顶面成型有长形槽,长形槽的前部和后部中均设有传动辊,传动辊的两端通过滚动轴承铰接在长形槽的左右两个侧壁上,绕线筒的左右两端的径向边压靠在对应的两个传动辊上。
所述长形槽的左右两侧的长形块的顶面上均通过螺栓固定连接有聚四氟乙烯耐磨条,绕线筒的径向边的边部处于对应的两个聚四氟乙烯耐磨条之间。
所述绕线筒的中部具有贯穿花键通孔,主花键轴部插套在贯穿花键通孔中,主花键轴部的外侧壁的花键凸起与贯穿花键通孔的内侧壁上的花键槽相配合。
本发明的有益效果在于:
它可以安装在工程车或工程工地处的安装架上,其可以辅助工作人员放线缆或是将旧线缆卷绕,方便后续的搬运处理。

具体实施方式
实施例:见图1至图3所示,一种电力工程安装用绕线架机构,包括机架底板10,所述机架底板10的顶面的左部和右部均固定有支撑侧板11,两个支撑侧板11的中部均成型有通孔12,主轴20插套在两个通孔12中,主轴20的两端安装在两个支撑侧板11的外侧壁上固定有的轴承的内圈中,绕线筒100安装在主轴20的中部并处于两个支撑侧板11之间,机架底板10的一侧顶面安装有电机架13,绕线电机14固定在电机架13上,绕线电机14的输出轴穿过电机架13的竖直板并与主轴20的一端相连接。
进一步的说,所述两个支撑侧板11的外侧壁的中部均成型有安装块111,安装块111的中部均成型有安装槽112,轴承安装在安装槽112中,轴承的外圈卡置在安装槽112的内侧壁上,端盖113通过螺栓固定连接在安装块111的端面上,端盖113的中部具有中心贯穿通孔114;
所述主轴20包括主花键轴部21,主花键轴部21的左端成型有直径大于主花键轴部21的连接花键轴部22,连接花键轴部22插套在左侧的轴承的内圈中,连接花键轴部22的花键插套在左侧的轴承的内圈的内侧壁上成型有的花键槽中,主花键轴部21的右端插套在右侧的轴承的内圈中,主花键轴部21的右部的花键插套在右侧的轴承的内圈的内侧壁上成型有的花键槽中。
进一步的说,所述电机架13的底部折弯部压靠在右侧的支撑侧板11的底部折弯板的顶面上,电机架13的底部折弯部和右侧的支撑侧板11的底部折弯板通过螺栓固定连接在机架底板10上,绕线电机14的输出轴的中部具有花键孔,主花键轴部21的右端插套在花键孔中,主花键轴部21的右端外侧壁上的花键与花键孔的内侧壁上的花键槽相配合。
进一步的说,所述连接花键轴部22的左端面上成型有压板23,压板23压靠在左侧的轴承的内圈的左端面上,压板23插套在中心贯穿通孔114中。
进一步的说,左侧的支撑侧板11的安装块111上通过螺栓固定连接有限位板15,限位板15的中部左侧壁上安装有球体16,球体16压靠在压板23的左侧壁的中部。
进一步的说,所述限位板15的中部左侧壁上成型有安装孔151,缓冲弹簧152插套在安装孔151中,缓冲弹簧152的左端固定在安装孔151的内端面上,缓冲弹簧152的右端固定有球体16。
进一步的说,所述机架底板10的中部顶面固定有两个前后延伸的长形块30,长形块30的顶面成型有长形槽31,长形槽31的前部和后部中均设有传动辊32,传动辊32的两端通过滚动轴承铰接在长形槽31的左右两个侧壁上,绕线筒100的左右两端的径向边压靠在对应的两个传动辊32上。
进一步的说,所述长形槽31的左右两侧的长形块30的顶面上均通过螺栓固定连接有聚四氟乙烯耐磨条33,绕线筒100的径向边的边部处于对应的两个聚四氟乙烯耐磨条33之间。
进一步的说,所述绕线筒100的中部具有贯穿花键通孔,主花键轴部21插套在贯穿花键通孔中,主花键轴部21的外侧壁的花键凸起与贯穿花键通孔的内侧壁上的花键槽相配合。
绕线电机14通过电连接线与电机架13上安装有的控制器进行电连接,控制器为可以对绕线电机14进行正反转控制和速度控制,其为常用公知控制部件,不再详述。
本实施例的工作原理:将控制器通电,绕线电机14通过控制器实现通电和控制,使用时,当需要绕线时,通过绕线电机14运行,实现绕线筒100转动,从而实现绕线或放线,辅助工作人员绕线或放线,非常方便。本实施例使用时可以将机架底板10安装在工程车上或者是安装工地处的架体上。
而需要将绕线筒100进行装卸时,可以通过将限位板15卸下后,将主轴20抽出,即可将绕线筒100取出;
其中,主轴20抽出时,通过四个传动辊32对绕线筒100的径向边的支撑,可以防止主轴20抽出时,绕线筒100直接掉落到机架底板10上,降低冲击力和防止绕线筒100破损,提高使用寿命。

1.一种电力工程安装用绕线架机构,包括机架底板(10),其特征在于:所述机架底板(10)的顶面的左部和右部均固定有支撑侧板(11),两个支撑侧板(11)的中部均成型有通孔(12),主轴(20)插套在两个通孔(12)中,主轴(20)的两端安装在两个支撑侧板(11)的外侧壁上固定有的轴承的内圈中,绕线筒(100)安装在主轴(20)的中部并处于两个支撑侧板(11)之间,机架底板(10)的一侧顶面安装有电机架(13),绕线电机(14)固定在电机架(13)上,绕线电机(14)的输出轴穿过电机架(13)的竖直板并与主轴(20)的一端相连接;
所述两个支撑侧板(11)的外侧壁的中部均成型有安装块(111),安装块(111)的中部均成型有安装槽(112),轴承安装在安装槽(112)中,轴承的外圈卡置在安装槽(112)的内侧壁上,端盖(113)通过螺栓固定连接在安装块(111)的端面上,端盖(113)的中部具有中心贯穿通孔(114);
所述主轴(20)包括主花键轴部(21),主花键轴部(21)的左端成型有直径大于主花键轴部(21)的连接花键轴部(22),连接花键轴部(22)插套在左侧的轴承的内圈中,连接花键轴部(22)的花键插套在左侧的轴承的内圈的内侧壁上成型有的花键槽中,主花键轴部(21)的右端插套在右侧的轴承的内圈中,主花键轴部(21)的右部的花键插套在右侧的轴承的内圈的内侧壁上成型有的花键槽中;
所述电机架(13)的底部折弯部压靠在右侧的支撑侧板(11)的底部折弯板的顶面上,电机架(13)的底部折弯部和右侧的支撑侧板(11)的底部折弯板通过螺栓固定连接在机架底板(10)上,绕线电机(14)的输出轴的中部具有花键孔,主花键轴部(21)的右端插套在花键孔中,主花键轴部(21)的右端外侧壁上的花键与花键孔的内侧壁上的花键槽相配合;
所述连接花键轴部(22)的左端面上成型有压板(23),压板(23)压靠在左侧的轴承的内圈的左端面上;
左侧的支撑侧板(11)的安装块(111)上通过螺栓固定连接有限位板(15),限位板(15)的中部左侧壁上安装有球体(16),球体(16)压靠在压板(23)的左侧壁的中部。

4.根据权利要求3所述一种电力工程安装用绕线架机构,其特征在于:所述长形槽(31)的左右两侧的长形块(30)的顶面上均通过螺栓固定连接有聚四氟乙烯耐磨条(33),绕线筒(100)的径向边的边部处于对应的两个聚四氟乙烯耐磨条(33)之间。
