如今的食物存储容器通常为两类:大体积的且可重复使用的,或者重量轻的但是设计成单次使用的一次性选择。前者是玻璃物品或塑料容器,玻璃物品提供无毒存储,但是运输起来较为笨重,塑料容器可能具有毒性,并且在实际使用时仍然可能较为笨重。重量轻的供选择的替代方案通常是一次性风格的袋,其具有密封闭合件,但是由特定用于单次使用目的的材料和/或设计制成。虽然一些顾客进行清洗和重复使用,这些重量轻的一次性风格的袋在首次使用之后将趋于非常快速地退化和/或散架。此外,它们没有被设计成在洗碗机或洗衣机中承受多次清洁。

发明内容
本文公开的实施例涉及重量轻的、柔性的、可洗的、可密封的、可重复使用的、可重新闭合和耐用的存储容器,其具有角撑的特定体积,以允许测量和控制份量、零食、杂项物品,在不使用时具有压缩和可存储性的优点。在一些实施例中,这样的存储容器在本文中可以称为体积控制小袋或存储袋。
在一些实施例中,这样的体积控制存储袋可以包括或者说是包含在食物和旅行存储中期望的新鲜和不透水的特性,满足本领域中的食品级耐用、可靠、可洗和可密封的存储袋的特定要求。
在一些实施例中,体积控制存储袋可以由热塑性材料制成,例如食品安全的FDA等级的乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯(EVA)和聚乙烯(PE)的聚乙烯乙酸乙烯酯(PEVA)混合物。根据期望的特性,例如刚度、柔韧性、抗撕裂性、耐热性、保暖性等,EVA/PE的比例可以随着应用而变化。在一些实施例中,体积控制存储袋的材料中的EVA/PE的比例可以处于从例如大约9份EVA比一份PE至大约7份EVA比3 份PE的范围内。本领域技术人员将会理解,EVA/PE可以采用不同的比例。本领域技术人员还将会理解,也可以使用和/或添加其它的材料。在一些实施例中,体积控制存储袋的材料可以具有的最小厚度被构造成允许热水和冷水清洗以及多次重复使用。在一些实施例中,体积控制存储袋可以在高温下进行多次机洗,提供极为期望的可重复使用性。

在一些实施例中,本文公开的体积控制存储袋的闭合机构可以包括位于体积控制存储袋的两侧上的一对闭合元件。第一闭合元件可以包括沿着第一闭合元件的基部延伸的沟槽和长形构件。互补第二闭合元件可以包括沿着第二闭合元件的基部延伸的长形构件和沟槽。每个沟槽的横截面轮廓可以类似于从本体延伸的一对臂。每个长形构件的横截面轮廓可以类似于柱或柱子。

在一些实施例中,至少部分地由于沿着体积控制存储袋的边缘的双重密封构造,而使得相对于现有的存储容器,体积控制存储袋的可重复使用性显著增强。具有双重壁间隔件的多重焊接接缝允许在体积控制存储袋的边缘上具有额外的强度。角撑设计以及计算设计允许食物、零食和其它产品/材料的存储的特定测量值和体积。
在从份量控制到无毒素/双酚A(BPA)和无浪费午餐的更为健康的生活趋势下,消费者需要允许日常重复使用和清洗的重量轻的、耐用的替代形式。本文公开的体积控制存储袋的实施例可以满足这种需要和更多的需要。例如,其允许消费者在其午餐盒、手提袋或公文包中承载多种小的零食包,保持它们不透空气且新鲜,而不需要大的空间。此外,其允许消费者坚持无浪费或打包午餐的禁令和趋势,原因在于其能够容易地多次清洗和重复使用。最后,其可重复使用性不仅是方便的,而且还是省钱的,取代了数十个单次使用的类似的袋和容器。

参考图1,根据一个非限制性示例性实施例的物料8的存储袋15 可以包括第一和第二侧壁17和18、开口19、绕边缘或侧部16a-16c 连接的端部13b、13c、以及由密封件12a和12b限定的角撑13a。闭合机构9在侧部6和7上可以具有第一闭合元件14a和第二闭合元件14b。第一闭合元件14a和第二闭合元件14b可以从第一角部11a延伸到第二角部11b,并且可以经由任一侧近侧开口19上的接缝10连接第一和第二侧壁17、18。在一些实施例中,第一闭合元件14a可以包括沟槽14a-1和长形构件14a-2。在一些实施例中,第二闭合元件 14b可以包括长形构件14b-1和沟槽14b-2。
闭合机构9、第一和第二侧壁17、18和双重密封件12限定了存储装置内部空间20。如下所解释的,当闭合机构9跨过开口19完全密封时,存储袋15可以提供不透空气的密封,使得内部空间20中的内容物可以保持期望的时间段,例如数天、数月或数年。在一些实施例中,当完全密封时,存储袋15可以承受至少10磅的压力或更高的压力,例如高达35磅的压力。在一个实施例中,存储袋15的尺寸可以为大约8.5”x 4.75”。

如图2a和图2b所示,第一密封和锁定区段21、22设置在第二闭合元件14b的长形构件14b-1上,第二密封和锁定区段23、24设置在第一闭合元件14a的长形构件14a-2上。第二闭合元件14b的长形构件14b-1和第一闭合元件14a的长形构件14a-2示出为具有最宽的压力点Y1和最窄的锁定点Y2。沟槽14a-1的第一压力接触点5a和5b和沟槽14b-2的第二压力接触点6a和6b可以限定出距离X,该距离绝不大于Y2,以便第一和第二闭合元件14a、14b具有正确的固定,从而形成防水密封。做为一个非限制性例子,X可以为0.7mm,Y2可以为0.8mm。
如图1所示,在一些实施例中,第一和第二侧壁17、18可以绕三个边缘或侧部16a-16c进行连接和双重密封。这可以利用塑性焊接来实现。塑性焊接指的是合并聚合物材料的过程,通常借助于加热或任何合适的传导元件。通过首先制备材料表面、向材料施加热和/或压力以及允许材料冷却,可以实现热塑性焊接。也可以采用其它焊接方法。
参考图3,在一些实施例中,双重焊接接缝或密封件12a、12b可以具有最小的宽度Z。在某个实施例中,双重密封件12a和12b之间的加强区段或角撑13a可以具有宽度W,其中W大约为不小于三倍的Z。做为一个非限制性例子,Z可以为0.3mm,W可以为0.9mm 或更大。在一个实施例中,角撑13a具有的宽度可以为2mm或大约 2mm。
图4为制造根据一些实施例的存储袋的方法的例子的流程图。在一些实施例中,方法40可以包括:形成具有第一闭合元件的部分(41);形成第二部分(42);以及连接第一部分和第二部分,以形成具有第一闭合元件的第一侧壁(43)。第一闭合元件可以具有与以上参考图 2a和2b所述的沟槽14a-1和长形构件14a-2类似的沟槽和长形构件。

第一侧壁和第二侧壁可以对准(46),使得第一闭合元件和第二闭合元件一起可以形成与上述闭合机构9类似的双重锁定闭合机构。一旦正确地对准,沿着第一和第二侧壁的三个侧部可以(例如利用密封工具)形成诸如上述双重密封件12的双重密封件,留下通过双重锁定闭合机构的开口(47)。
如果需要,可以在角部处形成角部密封件,以加强双重锁定闭合机构(49)。具体地,可以在第一侧壁和第二侧壁的第一角部处形成第一角部密封件,第一角部密封件加强双重锁定闭合机构的第一端部,可以在第一侧壁和第二侧壁的第二角部处形成第二角部密封件,第二角部密封件加强双重锁定闭合机构的第二端部。
参考图1,在一些实施例中,角部密封件11c、11d可以具有利用针对特定应用的对应工具形成的特定轮廓。图5a-5d示出了根据一些实施例的各种角部密封件轮廓和用于制造这些角部密封件轮廓的对应模具的示意图。更具体地,图5a示出了半月形角部密封件轮廓51和对应的半月形模具或压模52的例子。图5b示出了半椭圆形角部密封件轮廓53和对应的模具或压模54的另一个例子。图5c示出了三角形角部密封件轮廓55和对应的模具或压模56的另一个例子。图5d示出了正方形角部密封件轮廓57和对应的模具或压模58的例子。许多其它角部密封件轮廓也是可能的。优选地,角部密封件11c、11d形成为具有半月形角部密封件轮廓51。图6中示出了半月形模具或压模52 的示例性部分。
参考图6,可以利用压模或模具60形成角部密封件,该压模或模具具有从平坦表面61伸出的半月形腔体65。在这个例子中,半月形腔体65的背侧被剖开,以示出模具60的横截面。模具60可以称为顶板。在一些实施例中,模具60可以是工具的一部分,例如图11所示的工具110的角部密封件加强模具部分112。当定位在诸如桌子62的具有平坦表面的基板的顶部上时,模具60可以形成空间63,该空间具有角部密封件轮廓,例如图5a所示的半月形角部密封件轮廓51。在RF加工过程中,顶板保持处于一种电荷下,基板保持处于不同的电荷下。RF加工过程使得电荷穿过材料。参考图1,为了形成半月形角部密封件11c,弧形压模60可以向下压到角部11a上,两个侧壁17、 18在角部处与双重锁定闭合机构9的端部接触。压力推动加热的材料以填充空间63,从而形成泡状物。在一些实施例中,可以注射或以其它方式提供额外的材料,以填充空间63,确保良好的密封。角部(例如,图1所示的角部11a、11b)的这个压印过程在第一和第二闭合元件的端部、双重锁定闭合机构和侧壁之间的接缝、以及双重密封件的端部之间形成强的永久结合,图8a-8d中示出了其某些例子。
压印过程的结果是,这些角部可以具有特定的角部轮廓,例如图 7所示的L形角部轮廓75a、75b。根据实施细节,也可以采用其它角部轮廓,如图8a-8d所示。
图8a-8d示出了根据一些实施例的各种角部轮廓,其可以形成在存储袋的角部(例如,图1所示的存储袋15的角部11a,或者图15 所示的体积控制存储袋150的角部181)处。
在图8a中,示出了存储袋15的一个实施例的局部视图。在这个例子中,双重锁定闭合机构9具有第一锁定件85a(例如,当第一闭合元件14a的沟槽14a-1与第二闭合元件14b的长形构件14b-1互锁时,如图2b所示)和第二锁定件85b(例如,当第一闭合元件14a 的长形构件14a-2与第二闭合元件14b的沟槽14b-2互锁时,如图2b 所示)。角部80a形成(例如,经由上述压印过程)为用以固定地密封且永久性地结合双重锁定闭合机构9的第一锁定件85a和第二锁定件85b的端部、接缝10以及密封件12a、13b的端部,以进一步加强角撑13a。在这个例子中,角部80a具有盒形(矩形或正方形)角部轮廓。
在图8b中,示出了存储袋15的一个实施例的局部视图。在这个例子中,角部80b具有L形角部轮廓,其中第一锁定件85a和第二锁定件85b的端部86a、86b延伸到角部80b中超过密封件12b。在某些情况下,角部80b的L形角部轮廓可以由制造期间存储袋15的轻微移动而导致,例如当重复使用角部压印工具时和/或当存储袋15可能没有正确地定位在边缘工具内时。由于工具的连续使用,而可能产生热,引起工具的膨胀,继而影响角部80b的轮廓的精确性。然而,如图8b所示,角部80b的L形角部轮廓处于制造公差内,允许角部80b 固定地密封且永久性地结合双重锁定闭合机构9的第一锁定件85a和第二锁定件85b的端部86a、86b、接缝10以及密封件12a、13b的端部,以进一步加强角撑13a。
在一些实施例中,双重锁定闭合机构9的第一锁定件85a和第二锁定件85b的端部可以经由角部密封件而得到进一步加强。这在图8c 和8d中进一步示出。
在图8c中,角部密封件87可以与角部80c同时形成,或者可以在压印完角部80c之后在单独的过程中形成。如上所述且如图5a-5d 所示,这样的角部密封件可以具有各种形状和尺寸。在这个例子中,利用三角形压模或模具形成角部密封件87。该角部密封件加强特征的优点之一在于,其能够在存储袋15的侧部6和7之间的连接或密封点处避免微小的裂纹。这样的微小裂纹可能导致泄露。通过绕第一锁定件85a和第二锁定件85b的端部形成角部密封件87,可以防止这样的泄露,如图8c所示。
图8d示出了角部密封件89的另一个例子。角部密封件89可以具有半月形轮廓,基于由第一锁定件85a和第二锁定件85b限定的宽度“S”,该半月形轮廓具有深度“T”。例如,“T”可以限定为“≥60%的S”。在一些实施例中,“S”可以为7mm或大约7mm。
图9中示出了大致沿着图8d的线4-4截取的角部密封件89的局部放大横截面图。在这个例子中,角部密封件89可以具有由工具限定的横截面高度“H”,该工具例如为图6所示的弧形压模60。在一个实施例中,“H”可以由弧形压模60的空间63限定。图9示出了柱2和3的另一个实施例,其具有的形状和/或纹理与图2a和2b所示的例子不同。
图10示出了根据一个实施例的用于沿着存储袋的边缘制作双重密封件的加工工具的示意图。在这个例子中,工具100可以由金属制成,并且包括具有第一和第二边缘密封模具105a、105b的双重边缘接缝模具部分102。工具100还可以包括角部压模区域104。在一个实施例中,工具100可以用来形成图8a中所示的密封件12a、12b、角撑 13a和角部80a。为了形成角部密封件,可以使用单独的机器或装置,例如图11中所示的工具110。
图11示出了根据一个实施例的用于加强具有特定构造的角部密封件的存储袋的双重锁定闭合机构的角部的加工工具的示意图。在这个例子中,工具110包括具有半月形、碗形或穹顶形轮廓的角部密封件加强模具部分112。
在一些实施例中,单个机器或装置可以用来同时形成密封件(例如,密封件12a、12b)、角撑(例如,角撑13a)、角部(例如,角部11a、11b)以及角部密封件(例如,角部密封件11c、11d)。图 12示出根据一个实施例的这种装置的示意图。在这个例子中,工具120 包括具有第一和第二边缘密封模具105a、105b的双重边缘接缝模具部分102,与上述用于形成上述密封件和角撑的工具100类似。工具120 还包括具有角部密封件加强特征模具部分122的角部压模区域124,以用于形成具有角部密封件的角部,如上所述。
图13示出了根据一个实施例的用于制造存储袋的双重锁定闭合机构的加工工具的示意图。在这个例子中,工具130可以包括金属板 131。底片131具有挤出开口132,该挤出开口具有成形形式或模具134、 13a和136b。做为一个例子,板131可以用来形成上述第一和第二闭合元件14a、14b。例如,挤出机将熔融的材料从挤出开口132的一侧推动或泵送,以便在挤出开口132的另一侧上形成第一和第二闭合元件14a、14b。挤出过程对于本领域技术人员而言是已知的,因此在这里不再进一步描述。诸如注射模制的其它过程也可以用来形成闭合元件14a、14b。

在一些实施例中,体积控制存储袋可以由热塑性材料制成。合适的热塑性材料的例子可以包括:聚丙烯(PP)、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯 (EVA)、聚乙烯(PE)、茂金属-聚乙烯(mPE)、低密度聚乙烯 (LDPE)、线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)、超低密度聚乙烯(ULDPE)、双轴向取向的聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(BPET)、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)、可再循环的聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯 (RPET)、聚乙烯乙酸乙烯酯(PEVA)尤其是聚烯烃塑料、以及它们的组合物和混合物。根据期望,也可以添加其它的添加剂,例如着色剂、滑动试剂和抗氧化剂,包括例如滑石粉、油酰胺或羟基丙酸乙酯。
本文公开的体积控制存储袋的实施例优选地由食品级材料制成,该材料是食品和药品监督管理局(FDA)认可的、无双酚A(BPA) 的、柔性的、可用于冷冻的(例如,抗寒性达到典型冰箱的操作温度,例如20华氏度)、耐热的且可用于洗碗机的(例如,耐热性达到典型洗碗机的操作温度,例如200华氏度)、无铅的、无PVC的、和/或可手洗的。
在一些实施例中,第一部分、第二部分、它们的互补第一和第二部分以及角撑可以由相同的或不同的热塑性材料制成。做为一个例子,图15所示的体积控制存储袋150的第一侧壁170、第二侧壁180和角撑173可以由第一类型的热塑性材料制成,而双重锁定闭合机构190 可以由第二类型的热塑性材料制成。在一些实施例中,第一类型的热塑性材料具有的厚度可以为大约0.25mm至0.35mm,优选地为大约 0.30mm。第二类型的热塑性材料可以具有相同的或不同的厚度。
在一些实施例中,第一类型的热塑性材料可以是EVA或EVA和 PE的PEVA混合物。PEVA混合物可以包括1%至10%的PE和99%至90%的EVA。PEVA混合物中的EVA与PE的比决定了其刚度/柔韧性。材料的刚度可以影响双重锁定闭合机构可以闭合/打开的容易程度。因此,根据期望的柔韧性/刚度的程度,PEVA混合物中的EVA 与PE的比可以随着应用而变化。PEVA混合物的耐热性可以以类似的方式操作。例如,具有99%EVA和1%PE的PEVA混合物可以具有高抗撕裂性和耐热性,而具有70%EVA和30%PE的PEVA混合物可能更为柔软,但是抗撕裂性和耐热性较低。在一些实施例中,90% EVA和10%PE的PEVA混合物可以提供食品级存储袋的无氟PVC 替代方案,原因是PVC不是食品级材料。PEVA结合到由PE或EVA 制成的另一种材料。因此,本文公开的体积控制存储袋的某些实施例可以由PEVA、EVA和PE材料的任何组合形成。
在一些实施例中,可以使用有机热塑性聚合物,例如聚醚醚酮(PEEK)。PEEK在大约343℃(662°F)下熔化,并且其是FDA 认可的食品级材料。因为其较为刚性,所以可以使用包括另一种材料或另外多种材料的PEEK混合物。对于PEEK,工业上当前可以获得的最薄层压厚度为1毫米厚。可获得的最薄的硅层压件甚至比最薄的 PEEK层压件厚。在一些实施例中,可以使用包括50%PEEK、48% EVA和2%PE材料的混合物或组合物。在另一种混合物中,比例可以为40:20:40,其中添加的PEEK用于高耐热性,添加的EVA用于柔韧性和耐久性,添加的PE用于柔韧性。
在可用于洗碗机的实施例中,可以使用100%的硅材料或不同的合适混合物或不同的合适材料。注射模制过程可以用于操纵硅材料。
在一些实施例中,本文公开的体积控制存储袋可以由高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)或聚乙烯高密度(PEHD)(其是热塑性聚乙烯)形成。 HDPE可以制成为膜(片材)并且结合到硅或其它塑料或丙烯酸类树脂等。
在一些实施例中,可以利用和/或混合某些材料来改变本文公开的体积控制存储袋的美学外观(外观和感受)。例如,参考图15,热塑性材料可以形成为使得存储袋150的第一侧壁170、第二侧壁180和角撑173是部分透明的或看起来半透明的。作为另外一种选择,通过向混合物添加染色剂或者通过改变混合物中的材料的比例,第一和第二侧壁170、180和角撑173可以制成为是不透明的。同样,双重锁定闭合机构190可以制成为是透明的、不透明的、半透明的和/或着色的。
做为一个例子,热塑性树脂可以被引导通过挤出工具,该挤出工具具有用于形成第一闭合元件的模具。挤出的部件可以被切割成一定的尺寸以形成第一部分。互补第一部分可以以相同的或类似的方式挤出。在一些实施例中,第一部分(具有第一闭合元件)和互补第一部分(具有第二闭合元件)可以初次由熔融的EVA挤出,在单独的过程中添加各种量的滑动成分、着色剂和滑石粉添加剂。
在一些实施例中,第一部分和互补第一部分可以是相同的或者是基本上相同的。在一些实施例中,第一部分具有的高度可以与互补第一部分的高度不同。例如,第一部分上的第一闭合元件可以比互补第一部分上的第二闭合元件高或短。

在其它实施例中,第一侧壁170的外表面和/或第二侧壁180的外表面可以被构造成以例如丝网印刷进行印刷。
第一部分和第二部分可以对准并连接,以形成上述具有第一闭合元件164a的第一侧壁170,从而在第一侧部176处形成接缝160a。同样,互补第一部分和互补第二部分可以对准并连接,以形成具有第二闭合元件164b的第二侧壁180,从而在第二侧部177处形成接缝160b。在一些实施例中,可以采用射频(RF)焊接。RF焊接将电力作为加热元素向熔融物施加正电荷和负电荷。RF焊接被认为是制造上述存储袋的最廉价且最快速的焊接类型。也可以使用其它工具,例如密封工具。
如上所述,第一侧壁170和第二侧壁180可以对准以确保第一闭合元件164a和第二闭合元件164b一起可以形成双重锁定闭合机构190,该双重锁定闭合机构与上述双重锁定闭合机构9相同或类似。在一些实施例中,第一侧壁170的边缘162a-1、162a-2和162a-3可以与角撑173的第一边缘166a-1、166a-2和166a-3对准并密封。同样,第二侧壁180的边缘162b-1、162b-2和162b-3可以与角撑173的第二边缘166b-1、166b-2和166b-3对准并密封,留下通过双重锁定闭合机构190的开口192并且限定了具有特定体积的内部空间200。
为了进行加强,可以在双重锁定闭合机构190的每个角部处形成角部密封件(例如,利用RF焊接,经由热模压印),如上所述。每个角部密封件的尺寸可以形成为用以适应双重锁定闭合机构190的端部的高度、宽度和深度。做为一个例子,角部密封件的高度可以为3毫米,深度可以为4至4 1/2毫米,宽度为9毫米,以适应双重锁定闭合机构190的宽度,使得双重锁定闭合机构190的端部被固定地密封。角部密封件的厚度可以与双重锁定闭合机构190在闭合时的厚度相同。
当在整个开口192上完全密封时,双重锁定闭合机构190可以提供不透空气的密封,使得内部空间200中的内容物可以保持期望的时间段,例如数天、数月或数年。
本领域技术人员可以理解,利用F1、F2和F3距离可以计算和设定多种尺寸,以限定期望的特定体积,例如一杯、两杯、一品脱、半加仑、一加仑等。图16中示出了大致沿着图15的线16-16截取的体积控制存储袋150的底部部分的特写视图。在一些实施例中,沿着体积控制存储袋150的边缘的所有焊接或密封接缝可以具有由Z限定的最小宽度,如图16所示。在一个实施例中,Z可以为3mm或大约3mm。
在图16的例子中,边缘经由单个边缘密封件进行焊接或密封。在一些实施例中,可以基于体积控制存储袋150所需的体积容量来设定单个边缘密封件的宽度Z。在一些实施例中,RF焊接可以被构造成用以获得较宽的密封边缘。例如,具有6杯容量的体积控制存储袋可以形成为具有宽度为7mm的单个边缘密封件。作为另外一种选择,诸如上述双重密封件12的双重密封接缝可以形成为用以基于体积为接头处提供足够的强度。
在一些实施例中,体积控制存储袋可以被构造成具有例如一杯的预设测量值的内建特定体积。为此,标记近侧接缝160可以用来表示预设测量值。作为另外一种选择,接缝160可以用作用来表示预设测量值的标记。本文公开的体积控制存储袋的实施例的尺寸和/或形状可以形成为用于各种预设测量值,例如两杯、四杯和/或六杯。多个标记或记号可以用来表示不同的体积尺寸。例如,体积控制存储袋的一个实施例可以利用F1、F2和F3距离构造成用以允许从半杯一直到六杯的体积。在某些情况下,由于体积控制存储袋的柔性材料,而使得将液体放入体积控制存储袋中可以使体积控制存储袋的形状扭曲。为此,体积控制存储袋的尺寸可以具体设定为适应液体形式的内容物以及固体形式的内容物。
体积控制存储袋的底部部分(或基部)的形状可以根据开口的期望体积和/或尺寸进行构造。例如,体积控制存储袋的基部可以被构造成具有正方形形状,从而与具有矩形形状的基部相比可以获得较小的占有面积,或反之亦然。

Claims (10)

1.一种制造存储袋的方法,其包括:
a)利用第一工具操作第一材料,以形成具有至少第一闭合元件的第一部分,该第一闭合元件具有沿着第一闭合元件的基部延伸的沟槽和长形构件;
b)利用第二工具操作第二材料,以形成具有平坦表面或大致平坦表面的第二部分;
c)将第一部分和第二部分连接,以形成具有第一闭合元件的第一侧壁;
d)形成具有第二闭合元件的互补第一部分,第二闭合元件具有沿着第二闭合元件的基部延伸的长形构件和沟槽;
e)将互补第一部分和互补第二部分连接,以形成具有第二闭合元件的第二侧壁;
f)将第一侧壁和第二侧壁对准,使得第一闭合元件和第二闭合元件一起形成双重锁定闭合机构;
g)将第一侧壁的边缘与角撑的第一边缘对准;
h)将第一侧壁的边缘与角撑的第一边缘密封;
i)将第二侧壁的边缘与角撑的第二边缘对准;以及
l)将第二侧壁的边缘与角撑的第二边缘密封,留下通过双重锁定闭合机构的开口并限定出具有特定体积的内部空间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其还包括:
h)在第一侧壁和第二侧壁的第一角部处形成第一角部密封件,第一角部密封件加强双重锁定闭合机构的第一端部;以及
i)在第一侧壁和第二侧壁的第二角部处形成第二角部密封件,第二角部密封件加强双重锁定闭合机构的第二端部。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中步骤h)和i)同时地或单独地执行。
4.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中形成第一角部密封件包括利用模具以及将第一材料注射或引导到模具中。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中第一工具包括挤出板,该挤出板具有用于形成沟槽和长形构件的开口。
6.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中步骤c)沿着第一侧壁的边缘和角撑的第一边缘形成接缝,并且其中该接缝的最小宽度为3mm或大约3mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中第一材料是乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯(EVA)和聚乙烯(PE)的混合物。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中混合物包括大约90%或更多的EVA以及大约10%或更少的PE。
9.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中第一材料和第二材料是相同的或不同的。
10.一种由根据权利要求1所述的方法制成的存储袋。
