Abstract
本发明公开了一种一次性使用抗静电橡胶外科手套的生产方法,包括浆料预硫化、半成品干燥硫化步骤,浆料预硫化的方法包括下列步骤:(1)用软水清洗硫化罐,关紧阀门,将浓度为60%的浓缩天然乳胶压入硫化罐至要求的刻度,搅拌,加入软水调节总固体;(2)加热进行胶乳硫化,胶乳温度升至45~50℃,保温;(3)按配方要求准确称量各种化工辅料分散体,经过过滤均匀地加入到胶乳中;(4)胶料保温后,氯仿值达到工艺要求是开始冷却,放料停放;(5)调节总固体至工艺要求,清除液面漂浮物,经检测合格后停放待用。本发明生产的外科手套,对临床医护人员及使用者在手术及使用过程中具有良好的静电保护作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种一次性使用抗静电橡胶外科手套的生产方法。
背景技术
现有的外科手套,在抗静电性能方面比较欠缺,需要进一步加以改进,以对临床医护人员及使用者在手术及使用过程中具有良好的静电保护作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗静电性能优异的一次性使用抗静电橡胶外科手套的生产方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种一次性使用抗静电橡胶外科手套的生产方法,包括浆料预硫化、半成品干燥硫化步骤,其特征是:所述浆料预硫化的方法包括下列步骤:
(1)用软水清洗硫化罐,关紧阀门,将浓度为60%的浓缩天然乳胶压入硫化罐至要求的刻度,开启搅拌机,加入软水调节总固体至50~55%,软水的硬度指标为≦0.5mg/L;
(2)开启蒸汽阀门,通过硫化罐夹套加热进行胶乳硫化,胶乳温度升至45~50℃,保温30分钟;
(3)按配方要求准确称量各种化工辅料分散体,经过过滤均匀地加入到胶乳中;加料顺序为:干酪素→氢氧化钾→硫磺粉→促进剂ZDC→ZnO→防老剂264→防老剂WL→抗静电剂;
抗静电剂使用时,先将抗静电剂用软水稀释成5~8%的浓度,搅拌均匀;
上述各组分的质量份为:
胶乳 100份
干酪素 0.3-0.5份
氢氧化钾 0.2-0.4份
硫磺粉 0.9-1.0份
氧化锌 0.5-0.7份
促进剂ZDC 1.0-1.2份
防老剂264 0.5-0.75份
防老剂WL 0.15-0.25份
纳米钙 X
抗静电剂 0.15-0.2份;
(4)胶料保温30分钟后,氯仿值达到工艺要求是开始冷却,放料停放;
(5)调节总固体至工艺要求,清除液面漂浮物,经检测合格后停放待用。工艺指标:总固体27~30%,氯仿值:三初。
所述半成品干燥硫化包括下列步骤:
(1)先将型号为SN的抗静电剂稀释至5~8%;
(2)将手套放入转鼓干燥箱中采用热风干燥硫化;
(3)待手套半干时打开干燥箱外门,然后从内门中眼向干燥箱中喷洒抗静电剂溶液;方法是将预先配制的抗静电剂溶液注入电动喷雾器,在干燥箱运转状态下持喷雾杆向产品喷洒抗静电剂,整个烘干过程分2次喷洒;首次喷洒是在产品基本无滴水,产品处于半干燥状态时,末次喷洒待产品水分基本烘干时,每次喷洒时间持续120秒;
(4)抗静电剂喷洒结束后,将干燥箱关闭升温至80~110℃,以手套不欠硫且色泽均一为准;
(5)检测:从干燥箱中随机取出多只手套用电阻仪测试其电阻率;
(6)检测结果:每只手套的表面电阻率必须在106~1011Ωm之内,如果多只手套中有1只电阻率不符合要求,则必须再次喷洒抗静电剂,直至合格为止;
(7)干燥完善的手套应及时充分冷却,确保手感滑爽。
本发明生产的外科手套,除具有良好的气密性、弹性强、抗张力大、穿戴柔和舒适等,还具有抗静电功能,其特征是抗静电级别可达到106~1011Ωm,抗静电因子由生产过程的两道工序予以干预,使抗静电的作用由内及外,属永久长效作用,对临床医护人员及使用者在手术及使用过程中具有良好的静电保护作用。
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
具体实施方式
一种一次性使用抗静电橡胶外科手套的生产方法,包括浆料预硫化、半成品干燥硫化步骤,所述浆料预硫化的方法包括下列步骤:
(1)用软水清洗硫化罐,关紧阀门,将浓度为60%的浓缩天然乳胶压入硫化罐至要求的刻度,开启搅拌机,加入软水调节总固体至50~55%,软水的硬度指标为≦0.5mg/L;
(2)开启蒸汽阀门,通过硫化罐夹套加热进行胶乳硫化,胶乳温度升至45~50℃,保温30分钟;
(3)按配方要求准确称量各种化工辅料分散体,经过过滤均匀地加入到胶乳中;加料顺序为:干酪素→氢氧化钾→硫磺粉→促进剂ZDC→ZnO→防老剂264→防老剂WL→抗静电剂;
抗静电剂使用时,先将抗静电剂用软水稀释成5~8%的浓度,搅拌均匀;
上述各组分的质量份为:

1.一种一次性使用抗静电橡胶外科手套的生产方法,包括浆料预硫化、半成品干燥硫化步骤,其特征是:所述浆料预硫化的方法包括下列步骤:
(1)用软水清洗硫化罐,关紧阀门,将浓度为60%的浓缩天然乳胶压入硫化罐至要求的刻度,开启搅拌机,加入软水调节总固体至50~55%,软水的硬度指标为≦0.5mg/L;
(2)开启蒸汽阀门,通过硫化罐夹套加热进行胶乳硫化,胶乳温度升至45~50℃,保温;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一次性使用抗静电橡胶外科手套的生产方法,其特征是:所述半成品干燥硫化包括下列步骤:
(1)先将抗静电剂稀释至5~8%;
(2)将手套放入转鼓干燥箱中采用热风干燥硫化;
