the talent model information database comprises a capacity data pool consisting of all capacity data units and talent model information consisting of one or more capacity data units; the talent model information comprises general talent model information and non-general talent model information, wherein the general talent model information refers to talent model information obtained by initializing a talent model information database;
the initialization module is specifically configured to:
analyzing the position information to obtain a position name, a capacity data unit corresponding to the position name and a proportion of the capacity data unit, wherein the proportion is the percentage of the capacity data unit which needs to master the capacity degree aiming at the position name;
disassembling all the capacity data units and grouping to obtain a capacity data pool consisting of the capacity data units;
grouping the job names to obtain a job capacity data list consisting of the job names, capacity data units corresponding to the job names and the proportions of the capacity data units;
and outputting the position capability data list to obtain initialized talent model information.
4. The system for processing talent model information based on a talent market of claim 3, wherein the job data publishing module is specifically configured to:
selecting position direction data based on talent model information in the talent model information database;
selecting a capacity data unit corresponding to the position based on the talent model information database;
selecting a proportion of the capacity data units, wherein the proportion is a percentage of a degree to which the capacity data units need to master for the job title.
5. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor when executing the program performs the steps of the method for processing talent model information based on a talent market according to any one of claims 1 to 2.
6. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implementing the steps of the method for processing talent model information based on a talent market according to any one of claims 1 to 2.
