一种低压过热蒸汽热泵干燥装置,由耐压密闭干燥腔、循环风扇、冷凝器、搁物架、排汽管、蒸发器、压气机、冷凝水箱、真空泵组成,以低压过热蒸气为干燥介质,以热泵提供干燥热能并回收利用排气余热,提高干燥高速率、干燥能量效率和干燥质量,节约能源。

本发明涉及一种低压过热蒸汽热泵干燥装置。
背景技术:
现有的热风干燥是一种常用的干燥技术,其缺点是干燥速率和能源效率不高,特别是低温干燥热敏性物料时,需要很长的干燥时间,能源效率也越发低下。本发明涉及一种低压过热蒸汽热泵干燥装置,通过在低压条件下以过热蒸汽为干燥介质、以热泵为热能发生和回收装置对物料进行干燥,实现提高干燥速率、能源效率和干燥质量的目的。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种低压过热蒸汽热泵干燥装置,在以过热蒸气为干燥介质提高干燥高速率和干燥质量的同时,回收利用排气余热,提高干燥能量效率,实现节能目的。
图1是本发明的原理图,上述目的是这样实现的:设置耐压密闭干燥腔3,干燥腔内自上而下依次设置循环风扇1、冷凝器2、被干燥的物料4、有孔搁物架5、排汽管6,冷凝器2与设置在干燥腔外部的减压阀9、蒸发器10、压气机11依次相连组成热泵系统,排汽管6与设置在干燥腔外部的蒸发器10、冷凝水箱 8、真空泵7依次相连。工作原理为:由于饱和蒸汽温度与压强成一一对应关系,二者之间只有一个独立变量,根据被干燥物料需要的温度通过《饱和蒸汽温度与对应压强表》查找出对应的压强,用真空泵7将干燥腔2抽到对应的压强,物料蒸发出来的水蒸气成为低压饱和蒸汽,蒸发水蒸气在真空泵7 的作用下流经热泵蒸发器10释放气化潜热后流入冷凝水箱8暂存,残余水蒸气和少量的泄漏空气由真空泵7排放。热泵循环气态工质经压气机11压缩后温度升高流入冷凝器2向干燥腔内的低压饱和蒸气放热,再流经减压阀8进入蒸发器9,吸收从排气管6出来的干燥排气的气化潜热后,再次流经压气机进行热泵循环,实现热能的回收利用。饱和蒸气经热泵冷凝器2加热后温度升高成为过热饱和蒸汽,在循环风扇1的作用下流向物料4向物料传热,加速物料中水份的蒸发,过热饱和蒸汽穿过搁物架5的孔隙后从四周流回热泵冷凝器2附近,并再次被加热循环流动。
本发明的优点是:采用热泵系统回收过热蒸汽潜热再利用,能源效率可达到150-300%,节能效果显著;过热蒸汽干燥比热风干燥传热系数高10 倍左右,传热效率高;低压过热蒸汽干燥不会使物料表面结壳,不会影响水份蒸发;过热蒸汽干燥无空气氧气存在,无爆炸和失火危险,也能防止蔬菜水果类物料出现酶促褐变现象;过热蒸汽比空气密度小,吹动作用弱,弄够干燥轻薄和粉末物料;过热蒸汽具有灭菌消毒作用,能消灭物料上的细菌和其他有毒微生物。
具体实施方式:
设置耐压密闭干燥腔3,干燥腔内至上而下依次设置循环风扇1、冷凝器 2、被干燥的物料4、有孔搁物架5、排汽管6,冷凝器2与设置在干燥腔外部的减压阀9、蒸发器10、压气机11依次相连组成热泵系统,排汽管6与设置在干燥腔外部的蒸发器10、冷凝水箱8、真空泵7依次相连。

1.一种低压过热蒸汽热泵干燥装置,其特征是:在耐压密闭干燥腔内至上而下依次设置循环风扇、冷凝器、有孔搁物架、排汽管,冷凝器与设置在干燥腔外部的减压阀、蒸发器、压气机依次相连组成提供干燥热量的热泵系统,排汽管与设置在干燥腔外部的蒸发器、冷凝水箱、真空泵依次相连组成低压、排湿和热能回收系统。
