一种信息发送、接收方法及设备,用于减少资源浪费,提高资源的利用率。其中的信息发送方法包括:网络设备生成第一信号;所述网络设备在第一资源上向终端设备发送所述第一信号;其中,所述第一资源包括第一部分RE,所述第一部分RE包括以下RE中的至少一个RE:第一载波上,每个无线帧的子帧0、子帧5以及子帧9中的每个子帧中的OFDM符号0、OFDM符号1以及OFDM符号2对应的全部RE;或者,所述第一载波上,每个无线帧的子帧0中的OFDM符号4、OFDM符号7、OFDM符号8以及OFDM符号11中的每个OFDM符号中的RE0、RE3、RE6以及RE9;其中,所述第一载波包括NB‑IoT的锚点载波或NB‑IoT的非锚点载波。
