Next, an operation of the printing screen unit 1 using the safe deposit box for the printing screen unit according to the present invention when it is put in and out of a warehouse will be described.
1. When entering warehouse
If the bar code of the screen unit 1 to be put in storage is identified by the bar code identifier, the in-out terminal 60 searches the database for the position of the box 10 in which the screen unit 1 is stored and the position of the slot 21 of the slot holder 20.
If the position search of the screen unit 1 is completed, the main display part 30 provided in the corresponding box body 10 and the slot indicator lamp 40 provided in the slot part 21 of the corresponding slot frame 20 are caused to blink.
The user opens the glass door 11 of the box body 10 which can put the corresponding screen unit 1 in storage, and finishes the storage by pushing after inserting the screen unit 1 in a manner of being consistent with the side slot part 21 of the top and bottom corresponding to the lighting position of the slot indicator lamp 40.
When the screen unit 1 is put in storage, the main display unit 30 is turned off, and the slot indicator 40 on the slot section 21 side of the slot frame 20 is turned off or displays the state of storage, for example, the color is changed from red to green and the state of lighting is maintained.
2. When leaving warehouse
In order to read the corresponding screen unit 1 to be used, the screen unit 1 is searched by operating the in-out terminal 60.
The information of the screen unit 1 inputted by the user is compared with the information stored in the database to search the screen unit 1, and the storage position of the screen unit 1 is also searched.
When the storage position of the screen unit 1 is searched, the main display unit 30 provided in the corresponding box 10 is turned on, and the slot display lamp 40 provided in the slot portion 21 of the corresponding slot frame 20 is turned on.
The user opens the glass door 11 of the box body 10 which can make the corresponding screen unit 1 go out of the warehouse, and grabs and pulls the lower part of the front side end of the corresponding screen unit 1 while lifting up the slot part 21 at the position where the slot indicator lamp 40 flickers, thereby completing the warehouse-out.
When the printing screen unit 1 is unloaded, the main display unit 30 is turned off, and the slot indicator 40 on the slot section 21 side of the slot frame 20 is turned off or is in an unloaded state, for example, the color is changed from green to red while being kept on.
Therefore, since the safe deposit box for the printing screen unit of the present invention has a structure in which the slot frame 20 divided into a plurality of layers and each space opposed to the top and the bottom is provided in the housing 10 having the opening and closing type glass door 11, the slot frame 20 is formed with a plurality of slot parts 21 at a certain interval in the horizontal direction, and the elastic hooking parts 23 for clamping the printing screen units 1 having a small size are formed at the top and the bottom of the slot parts 21, respectively, when the printing screen units 1 having different sizes are vertically inserted regardless of the order, the printing screen units 1 can be stored in a row and horizontal line while the front parts are identical with each other, so that not only the cost required for manufacturing the safe deposit box according to the size of the printing screen units 1 can be saved, but also the collision between the printing screen units 1 can be prevented in advance, and the damage or the life span of the printing screen units 1 can be prevented from being shortened, the printing screen unit 1 is protected from dust and static electricity, eliminating unnecessary time and personnel investment required to attach a protective film to the printing screen surface.
In addition, the safe box for the printing screen unit of the present invention can designate the position of the printing screen unit 1 in the form of the plurality of slot parts 21 of the safe box by the in-out terminal 60 reading the bar code attached to the printing screen unit 1, and can visually confirm whether the printing screen unit is in the in-out box or the abnormal in-out box relatively quickly according to the color change of the slot indicator lamp 40 provided for each slot part 21, thereby improving the convenience and accuracy of use, improving the management efficiency, and preventing the loss of the printing screen unit 1.
