Abstract
The invention relates to a pipe-jacking tunnel head hole-entering sand-stopping water-stopping device which is provided with a wall-penetrating sleeve, wherein a circle of annular iron sheet is welded on the inner wall of the wall-penetrating sleeve, and an annular cord fabric rubber plate is arranged on the front end surface of the annular iron sheet, so that the sealing performance of the annular iron sheet and the shell of a heading machine can be enhanced, and water and sand are effectively prevented from flowing into a receiving well; the rear end face of the annular iron sheet is provided with a rubber soft leather tube or an air bag which is used for supporting the annular iron sheet when the annular iron sheet is deformed and can tightly push the iron sheet when the annular iron sheet is pressed, so that the sealing performance of the annular iron sheet, the cord fabric rubber plate and the shell of the tunneling machine is better. The sand-stopping and water-stopping device for the head of the pipe-jacking tunnel can prevent external water and sand from flowing into a receiving well along a gap between the heading machine and a tunnel ring in the process of heading the pipe jacking or the shield tunneling.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a sand-stopping and water-stopping device for a head of a pipe-jacking tunnel, in particular to a device capable of preventing external water and sand from flowing into a receiving well along a gap between a heading machine and a tunnel ring in the process of heading the heading machine.
Background
Oujiang (one of strong sea tide areas in China) has large tidal range, a soil layer at the entrance of the jacking pipe is silt and silt layer soil, the soil layer contains high pressure bearing water, and meanwhile, the jacking pipe well is formed by the enclosure of a tensile steel sheet pile and has serious water leakage; the jacking pipe enters the hole under the condition, so that great construction risks exist, and the requirements on construction management and technology are high. Therefore, a sand-stopping and water-stopping device for the head of the pipe-jacking tunnel to enter the hole is needed to be designed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a sand-stopping and water-stopping device for a head of a pipe-jacking tunnel, which is used for preventing external water and sand from flowing into a receiving well along a gap between a heading machine and a tunnel ring in the process of heading the heading machine.
In order to solve the problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a sand-stopping and water-stopping device for a head of a pipe-jacking tunnel is provided with a wall-penetrating sleeve, wherein a circle of annular iron sheet is welded on the inner wall of the wall-penetrating sleeve, and an annular cord fabric rubber plate is arranged on the front end face of the annular iron sheet, so that the sealing performance of the annular iron sheet and the shell of a heading machine can be enhanced, and water and sand are effectively prevented from flowing into a receiving well; the rear end face of the annular iron sheet is provided with a rubber soft leather tube or an air bag which is used for supporting the annular iron sheet when the annular iron sheet is deformed and can tightly push the iron sheet when the annular iron sheet is pressed, so that the sealing performance of the annular iron sheet, the cord fabric rubber plate and the shell of the tunneling machine is better.
Furthermore, the annular iron sheet has certain bending performance, and when the pipe jacking machine head penetrates through the annular iron sheet, the annular iron sheet is extruded by the heading machine and then is closely attached to the outer wall of the heading machine, so that the effects of retaining water and sand are achieved.
Furthermore, the wall bushing is made of a steel plate, and the annular iron sheet is welded in the center of the wall bushing.
Further, the inner diameter of the annular iron sheet is slightly smaller than the shell of the pipe jacking machine; the inner diameter of the rubber plate of the annular cord fabric is slightly smaller than that of the annular iron sheet.
Furthermore, a positioning plate is arranged behind the rubber soft leather tube or the air bag and welded on the wall bushing, and the positioning plate plays a positioning role, so that the stability of the annular iron sheet, the cord fabric rubber plate, the rubber soft leather tube or the air bag can be ensured when the push bench enters the hole.
Furthermore, a fixing plate is welded to the rear of the positioning plate, the fixing plate adopts a positioning structure formed by a set square and the positioning plate and is welded to the wall bushing, and the set square is connected with the wall bushing and the positioning plate to enhance the stability of the water stopping device.

The invention is further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
As shown in figures 1 and 2, the sand-stopping and water-stopping device for the head of the pipe-jacking tunnel in the hole comprises a wall-through sleeve 1, an annular iron sheet 2, a cord fabric rubber plate 3, a rubber hose or an air bag 4 and a positioning plate 5. The wall bushing 1 is made of steel plates, a circle of annular iron sheet 2 is welded at the center of the wall bushing 1, the annular iron sheet 2 has certain bending performance, the inner diameter of the annular iron sheet is slightly smaller than the shell of the pipe jacking machine, an annular cord fabric rubber plate 3 is simultaneously installed in front of the annular iron sheet 2, the inner diameter of the annular cord fabric rubber plate 3 is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the annular iron sheet 2, and the annular cord fabric rubber plate and the annular iron sheet are extruded by the heading machine and then are closely attached to the outer wall 7 of the heading machine when a pipe is pushed into a hole, so that the effects of retaining water and blocking sand are achieved; a rubber soft leather tube or an air bag 4 is arranged behind the annular iron sheet 2, plays a role of supporting when the annular iron sheet 2 deforms, and can tightly push the annular iron sheet 2 when the annular iron sheet 2 is pressed, so that the annular iron sheet 2, the annular cord fabric rubber plate 3 and the shell of the pipe jacking machine are better in sealing performance; a positioning plate 5 is welded behind the rubber soft leather tube or the air bag 4 to play a positioning role, the positioning plate 5 is welded on the wall bushing 1, and the positioning plate 5 plays a positioning role, so that the stability of the annular iron sheet 2, the cord fabric rubber plate 3 and the rubber soft leather tube or the air bag 4 can be ensured when the push bench enters the hole; if the jacking pipe enters the hole, water gushing and sand gushing happen suddenly; the device can block sand and water, and ensure the safety of the jacking pipe entering the hole.
The rear of the positioning plate 5 is welded with a fixing plate 6, the fixing plate 6 adopts a positioning structure formed by a set square and the positioning plate 5 and is welded on the wall bushing 1, and the set square is connected with the wall bushing 1 and the positioning plate 5 to enhance the stability of the water stop device.
Examples of the application of the invention
The engineering is a river discharge pipe diversion engineering of a sewage treatment plant in Wenzhou city, a receiving well is surrounded by Larsen steel sheet piles, water leakage points in a well wall are more, water gushing and sand gushing phenomena exist near a hole, and the water pressure of the hole is extremely high.
