Abstract
The invention discloses a combined water stopping system for a pipe jacking well to go out of a hole.A wall-penetrating large-caliber sleeve is arranged in a hole opening of the pipe jacking well and is embedded and fixed with concrete of a well wall through a circumferentially arranged triangular rib plate; the wall-penetrating small-caliber sleeve is sleeved on the large-caliber sleeve and extends out of the well wall, and the end part of the wall-penetrating small-caliber sleeve is provided with a triangular rib plate connected with the flange ring; an adjustable water stopping device is arranged between the flange ring and the outer water stopping baffle. If the large-caliber sleeve and the small-caliber sleeve have a small quantity of seepage points when meeting the reinforcement of a soil body at the outer opening of the well, silt flows into the well, and the silt is blocked from further flowing when gathered at a small opening through the arrangement of the sleeve structure with the large outer part and the small inner part, so that the purpose of seepage prevention is achieved by self-fastening; the adjustable water stopping device can extrude the sealing rubber strip at the lower part through the annular adjusting bolt under the condition that the front channel is waterproof and has leakage, thereby preventing the water seepage from further flowing in. According to the invention, two water stopping structures are added behind the original water stopping device, so that the waterproof and anti-seepage quality in the process of pushing the jacking pipe out of the hole can be effectively ensured to meet the requirements.

As shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment, a wall-through small-caliber casing 2 is connected to a large-caliber casing and extends out of a well wall 8, the outer diameter of the casing is increased by 10cm compared with that of a top pipe, and a triangular rib plate 7 is arranged at the end part and connected with a flange ring 3; the wall-penetrating large-caliber sleeve 1 and the wall-penetrating small-caliber sleeve 2 are connected to form a structure form with a large outside and a small inside, if a small amount of seepage points exist in soil body reinforcement at a hole outside a well, silt is mixed with the structure setting with the large outside and the small inside when flowing into the well, the silt is blocked from further flowing when being gathered at a small opening, and the structure is self-fastening and reaches the purpose of seepage prevention and water stop.
