Abstract
本发明公开了一种无轮滑轨，包括固定框和与固定框相配合的滑动块，所述固定框内设有下滑轨，所述下滑轨的接触面呈半圆形状，所述滑动块底部设有凹槽，所述下滑轨可容纳于滑动块的凹槽内。本发明结构简单，使用方便，有效地解决了隔音窗密封及滑动不顺畅的问题；采用上滑轨平板样式，下滑轨半圆柱面的样式，完全贴合密封性好，从而阻断声音的传播，且在日常使用过程防止灰尘的堆积，不容易藏污纳垢。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑安装领域，尤其涉及一种无轮滑轨。
背景技术
导轨是一种可承受、引导移动装置或设备并减少其摩擦的一种装置，在民用窗领域是必不可少的。现有技术中，应用较多的窗导轨为滑块滑动导轨和滚动导轨，但是二者均存在明显不足。滑动导轨在室外使用容易藏污纳垢，还有由于摩擦接触面的不同容易产生卡顿或移动起来很吃力的现象。而滚动导轨在使用过程中由于跟滑动件频繁接触摩擦，容易产生各种噪音。
因而，有必要设计一种新的导轨装置来改善上述技术问题。
发明内容
本发明为了克服现有技术的不足，提供了一种无轮滑轨，该滑轨有效有效地解决了隔音窗密封及滑动不顺畅的问题。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用以下技术方案：一种无轮滑轨，包括固定框和与固定框相配合的滑动块，所述固定框内设有下滑轨，所述下滑轨的接触面呈半圆形状，所述滑动块底部设有凹槽，所述下滑轨可容纳于滑动块的凹槽内。
作为优选，所述滑动块的接触面上设置有减震橡胶条。
作为优选，所述下滑轨的高度大于凹槽的高度。
作为优选，所述下滑轨采用不锈钢材质。
本发明具有以下的特点和有益效果：结构简单，使用方便，有效地解决了隔音窗密封及滑动不顺畅的问题；采用上滑轨平板样式，下滑轨半圆柱面的样式，完全贴合密封性好，从而阻断声音的传播，且在日常使用过程防止灰尘的堆积，不容易藏污纳垢；通过两种特殊材料的选用不仅减少摩擦的阻力而且更经久耐用，更加的节能环保、平移的时候声音更小。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。在此需要说明的是，对于这些实施方式的说明用于帮助理解本发明，但并不构成对本发明的限定。此外，下面所描述的本发明各个实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互组合。
如图所示，一种无轮滑轨，包括固定框1和与固定框2相配合的滑动块2，固定框1内设有下滑轨3，下滑轨3的接触面呈半圆形状，滑动块2底部设有凹槽4，下滑轨3可容纳于滑动块的凹槽4内，上下滑轨之间由面接触变成点接触，大大降低了接触面减少了摩擦阻力。
于本发明的进一步改进，滑动块2的接触面上设置有减震橡胶条5，具体的为聚四氟乙烯。
于本发明的更进一步改进，下滑轨3的高度大于凹槽的高度。
于本发明的更进一步改进，下滑轨3采用不锈钢材质。
下滑轨平面处开有小螺纹孔与固定框上开孔通过小螺丝连接，减震橡胶条通过强力粘胶与凹槽的端面相粘接，减震橡胶在窗扇推动的过程中起到减震作用，使得声音更小，避免了二次噪声。

1.一种无轮滑轨，其特征在于：包括固定框和与固定框相配合的滑动块，所述固定框内设有下滑轨，所述下滑轨的接触面呈半圆形状，所述滑动块底部设有凹槽，所述下滑轨可容纳于滑动块的凹槽内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无轮滑轨，其特征在于：所述滑动块的接触面上设置有减震橡胶条。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无轮滑轨，其特征在于：所述下滑轨的高度大于凹槽的高度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无轮滑轨，其特征在于：所述下滑轨采用不锈钢材质。
