Abstract

一种可吸收降解甲醛的环保无纺布墙纸及其制备工艺,属于功能性墙纸技术领域。本发明的原料通过梳理、铺网、牵伸、水刺、烘干、卷绕制得水刺无纺布作为基布,基布表面涂覆一层纳米二氧化锰涂层后进行烘干,冷却得到含有基布层和二氧化锰层的可吸收降解甲醛的环保无纺布墙纸。本发明使用二氧化锰墙纸无纺布可在室内有效吸收、降解甲醛和苯等有害气体。分解产物安全不毒害,不需要其它催化条件,相比光降解工艺不需要高强度紫外线照射,分解产品为二氧化碳和水,无毒无害,是一种环保型的无纺布。

技术领域
本发明属于功能性墙纸技术领域,具体涉及一种可吸收降解甲醛的环保无纺布墙纸及其制备工艺。
背景技术
室内空气中甲醛已经成为影响人类身体健康的主要污染物,特别是冬天的空气中甲醛对人体的危害最大。我国家庭空气中的甲醛来源主要有以下几个方面:⑴用作室内装饰的胶合板、细木工板、中密度纤维板和刨花板等人造板材。生产人造板使用的胶粘剂以甲醛为主要成分,板材中残留的和未参与反应的甲醛会逐渐向周围环境释放,是形成室内空气中甲醛的主体。⑵用人造板制造的家具。一些厂家为了追求利润,使用不合格的板材,或者在粘接贴面材料时使用劣质胶水,板材与胶水中的甲醛严重超标。⑶含有甲醛成分并有可能向外界散发的其他各类装饰材料,如贴墙布、贴墙纸、化纤地毯、油漆和涂料等。
墙纸也称为壁纸,是一种用于裱糊墙面的室内装修材料,广泛用于住宅、办公室、宾馆、酒店的室内装修等,因为具有色彩多样、图案丰富、豪华气派、安全环保、施工方便、价格适宜等多种其它室内装饰材料所无法比拟的特点,故在欧美、日本等发达国家和地区得到相当程度的普及。墙纸材质不局限于纸,也包含其他材料,无纺布壁纸就是其中一种。无纺布壁纸以纯无纺布为基布,表面采用水性油墨印刷后涂上特殊材料,经特殊加工而成,具有吸音、不变形等优点,并且有强大的呼吸性能,但是该呼吸性能无法有效降解甲醛气体。
发明内容
针对上述不足,本发明提供一种可吸收降解甲醛的环保无纺布墙纸,该墙纸可有效吸收空气中的甲醛气体。
本发明涉及的降解甲醛的环保无纺布墙纸由无纺布基布层和二氧化锰层构成,两者通过胶粘结在一起。
本发明涉及的技术方案的步骤如下:
S1基布层制作,原料通过梳理、铺网、牵伸、水刺、烘干、卷绕制得水刺无纺布作为基布,克重为60-150g/m2,布面厚度0.5-1.0mm;
S2将纳米二氧化锰通过高速分散设备分散在胶粘剂中,制作成纳米二氧化锰悬浮液;
S3涂覆纳米二氧化锰层,机速为100m/min,通过涂布辊在基布表面涂覆一层纳米二氧化锰层,布面带液率30-35%,随后进入100-105℃烘箱固结;
S4将无纺布冷却得到终产品。
进一步的,所述无纺布基布层为交叉或者半交叉水刺无纺布层。
进一步的,所述无纺布基布层的原料为丙纶纤维、涤纶纤维、粘胶纤维、棉纤维、竹纤维、木浆纤维中的一种、两种或三种。
进一步的,所述无纺布基布层与二氧化锰涂层之间通过胶黏复合。
进一步的,所述纳米二氧化锰类型为隐钾锰矿型、水钠锰矿型、钡镁锰矿型、碱硬锰矿型、水锰矿型、水轻锰矿型中的一种、两种或三种。
进一步的,所述的胶粘剂为水性丙烯酸、含氟丙烯酸、羟基硅油、乙烯酯中的一种、两种或三种。
本发明在墙纸无纺布中加入二氧化锰涂层制成新型墙纸,除具有普通墙纸的装饰功能外,还具有可持久吸收、降解甲醛和苯等污染物,降解速度快,效率高,是一款绿色环保产品,市场前景十分看好。
有益效果:
本发明使用二氧化锰墙纸无纺布可在室内有效吸收、降解甲醛和苯等有害气体。分解产物安全不毒害,不需要其它催化条件,相比光降解工艺不需要高强度紫外线照射,分解产品为二氧化碳和水,无毒无害,是一种环保、新颖的墙纸无纺布。
本发明专利通过在墙纸无纺布上设计一层纳米二氧化锰,可以对空气中的甲醛等有害气体进行吸附、降解,且本体及产物对人体无毒副作用,能够为人们提供一个更加健康环保的生活环境。

具体实施方式
下面通过附图和具体实施例详述本发明专利,但不限制本发明专利的保护范围。如无特殊说明,本发明专利所采用的实验方法均为常规方法,所用实验器材、材料、试剂等均可从化学公司购买。
实施例1
一种可吸收降解甲醛的环保墙纸无纺布,以涤纶纤维为原料通过梳理、铺网、牵伸、水刺、烘干、卷绕制得半交叉水刺无纺布作为基布层2,克重为90g/m2,布面厚度0.7mm。
通过高速分散设备,将质量分数20%纳米水钠锰矿型二氧化锰均匀分散到水性丙烯酸中,制得稳定纳米二氧化锰悬浮液。
基布通过涂布设备,机速为100m/min。通过涂布辊在基布表面涂覆一层纳米二氧化锰悬浮液,布面带液率30%,随后进入100℃烘箱固结。
将冷却后的无纺布卷绕成卷。从而形成本发明的一种可吸收降解甲醛的环保墙纸无纺布。
实施例2
一种可吸收降解甲醛的环保墙纸无纺布,以涤纶纤维和粘胶纤维为原料通过梳理、铺网、牵伸、水刺、烘干、卷绕制得半交叉水刺无纺布作为基布层2,涤纶纤维与粘胶纤维比例为8:2,克重为90g/m2,布面厚度0.7mm。
通过高速分散设备,将质量分数20%纳米水钠锰矿型二氧化锰均匀分散到水性丙烯酸中,制得稳定二氧化锰悬浮液。
基布通过涂布设备,机速为100m/min。通过涂布辊在基布表面涂覆一层纳米二氧化锰悬浮液,布面带液率35%,随后进入105℃烘箱固结。
将冷却后的无纺布卷绕成卷。从而形成本发明的一种可吸收降解甲醛的环保墙纸无纺布。
将实施例2的产品放入甲醛浓度0.6mg/m3的密闭容器中,室温下相对湿度50%,反应10h,甲醛去除率可达94%,具有良好的去除甲醛的效果。

Claims (1)

1.一种可吸收降解甲醛的环保无纺布墙纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1原料通过梳理、铺网、牵伸、水刺、烘干、卷绕制得水刺无纺布作为基布层(2);步骤S1中基布层(2)的克重为60-150g/m2,布面厚度0.5-1.0mm;步骤S1中的基布层(2)为交叉或者半交叉水刺无纺布层;步骤S1中的基布层(2)的原料为丙纶纤维、涤纶纤维、粘胶纤维、棉纤维、竹纤维、木浆纤维中的一种或两种以上;
S2将纳米二氧化锰通过高速分散设备分散至胶粘剂中,制作成纳米二氧化锰悬浮液;步骤S2中的纳米二氧化锰悬浮液中的纳米二氧化锰的质量分数为20%;步骤S2中胶粘剂为水性丙烯酸、含氟丙烯酸、羟基硅油、乙烯酯中的一种或两种以上;
S3涂覆纳米二氧化锰层(1),通过涂布辊将纳米二氧化锰悬浮液涂覆在基布表面形成一层纳米二氧化锰层(1),随后进入烘箱固结;步骤S3中机速为100m/min,布面带液率30-35%,烘箱温度为100-105℃;步骤S3中二氧化锰类型为隐钾锰矿型、水钠锰矿型、钡镁锰矿型、碱硬锰矿型、水锰矿型、水轻锰矿型中的一种或两种以上;
S4将无纺布冷却得到终产品。
