Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于长杆剂量率仪的盘线装置,属于电缆相关应用技术领域,用于长杆式剂量率仪领域;盘线装置包括收线盘、固定轴、收线引导器、皮带、传动齿环;所述收线引导器由底座、上壳、传动齿环、螺旋轴组成,收线盘通过皮带带动收线引导器转动,螺旋轴随收线引导器转动,底座与上壳随螺旋轴上下往复移动。底座上穿线孔的水平中心延长线与线缆盘线时线缆的中心高度一致,保证在盘线时线缆能从上到下整齐有序的绕回和绕离收线盘上,减少线缆的磨损提高线缆使用寿命;该盘线装置结构简单,操作方法简便,保证盘线的高质量。

一种用于长杆剂量率仪的盘线装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种盘线装置,属于电缆相关应用技术领域,用于长杆式剂量率仪领域。
背景技术
长杆剂量率仪为常规便携式辐射检测仪器,能够检测Y射线或X射线,轻便坚固,超低功耗。广泛应用于核设施、医院、辐射防护和放化实验室。为了能够自由伸缩长度,探测到人手不能触及的地方,在长杆剂量率仪的内部设有盘线装置。因长杆剂量率仪的线缆处于长杆内部,且线缆需要将探测到信号穿到主机上,在收外部长杆时内部线缆同时回到收线盘中。市面上主要有电动式盘线装置和机械式盘线装置两类,其中电动式盘线装置因体积、重量且含电机等原因不适用于长杆剂量率仪;机械式盘线装置在收线时线缆容易混乱相互缠绕在一起,导致主机接收到的信号含有噪声较大,严重影响测量结果准确性,且使用时还会有较严重的磨损,长期会导致线缆磨断使得剂量率仪主机接收不到信号且装置使用时自动化程度低,使用费时费力。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有电动式盘线装置体积和重量不适用于长杆剂量率仪、机械式盘线装置易导致长杆剂量率仪测量结果不准确和无法接收到信号等问题。
本发明采用的技术方案:用于长杆剂量率仪的盘线装置包括收线盘1、固定轴2、收线引导器3、皮带4、传动齿环a5-1、线缆6;固定轴2安装在收线盘1中空的旋转中心延长线上,传动齿环a5-1同轴固定在收线盘1下端,收线引导器3通过皮带4与传动齿环a5-1连接,线缆6通过收线引导器3后缠绕在收线盘1上。线缆伸长和收缩时,收线盘1转动,收线盘1下端传动齿环a5-1转动,收线引导器3随皮带4转动。
收线引导器3由底座7、上壳8、传动齿环b5-2、螺旋轴9组成,上壳8与底座7螺接,传动齿环b5-2与螺旋轴9固定,底座7内部固定有卡扣10,螺旋轴9限位安装在上壳8与底座7之间,由卡扣10引导螺旋轴9沿轴线方向上下限位移动;底座7设有线缆6穿线孔11,线缆通过穿线孔后缠绕在收线盘上。传动齿环b5-2通过皮带与传动齿环a5-1连接,传动齿环a5-1转动时,传动齿环b5-2转动,螺旋轴9随传动齿环b5-2转动,底座7与上壳8随螺旋轴9上下往复移动。
收线盘1上端内部缠绕有钢片弹簧12,钢片弹簧12一端固定在收线盘1内部,钢片弹簧12另一端固定在固定轴2上。当线缆伸开时,弹簧收紧防止线缆伸长太快导致线缆断裂;当伸缩杆缩回时,弹簧受力带动转盘转动,助力线缆顺利绕回收线盘。
本发明的有益效果:通过收线盘带动传动齿轮,皮带带动收线引导器机械的方式进行盘线,体积、重量在200~300g之间,适用于长杆剂量率仪;使用时能够保证线缆从上到下整齐有序的绕回和绕离收线盘,解决了线缆因混乱地缠绕在一起导致测量结果不准确的问题,减小了磨损延长了线缆使用寿命;该盘线装置结构简单,操作方法简便,保证盘线的高质量;盘线装置内部的钢片弹簧提高了装置的自动化程度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
实例1
图1和图2分别为盘线装置结构示意图和剖视图,盘线装置包括收线盘1、固定轴2、收线引导器3、皮带4、传动齿环a5-1、线缆6;固定轴2安装在收线盘1中空的旋转中心延长线上,传动齿环a5-1同轴固定在收线盘1下端,收线引导器3通过皮带4与传动齿环a5-1连接,线缆6通过收线引导器3后缠绕在收线盘1上。线缆伸长和收缩时,收线盘1转动,收线盘1下端传动齿环a5-1转动,收线引导器3随皮带4转动;收线引导器3能使线缆均匀的缠绕收线盘上,能够有效避免线缆在收线盘1的同一位置缠绕时收不回线的情况发生。
收线引导器3由底座7、上壳8、传动齿环b5-2、螺旋轴9组成,上壳8与底座7螺接,传动齿环b5-2与螺旋轴9固定,底座7内部固定有卡扣10,螺旋轴9限位安装在上壳8与底座7之间,由卡扣10引导螺旋轴9沿轴线方向上下限位移动;底座7设有线缆6穿线孔11,线缆通过穿线孔后缠绕在收线盘上。传动齿环b5-2通过皮带与传动齿环a5-1连接,传动齿环a5-1转动时,传动齿环b5-2转动,螺旋轴9随传动齿环b5-2转动,底座7与上壳8随螺旋轴9上下往复移动。为了防止线缆绕乱,穿线孔的水平中心延长线与线缆盘线时线缆的中心高度一致,这样在盘线时线缆能从上到下整齐有序的绕回和绕离收线盘上。
收线盘1上端内部缠绕有钢片弹簧12,收线盘1和固定轴2上都有凹槽,钢片弹簧12的一端固定在收线盘1的凹槽上,另一端固定在固定轴2的凹槽上。当线缆伸开时,弹簧收紧防止线缆伸长太快导致线缆断裂;当伸缩杆缩回时,弹簧受力带动转盘转动,助力线缆顺利绕回收线盘。
此盘线装置重量为250g,适用于长杆剂量率仪;能探测到5m远的距离,线缆伸缩长度为0.5m~6m且线缆在使用时能够保证线缆从上到下整齐有序的绕回和绕离收线盘,保证了专业的测量人员通过剂量率仪主机接收到信号能够准确判断出测量结果;减少线缆的磨损,该盘线装置已使用2年未见线缆有明显磨损,延长了整机仪器的使用寿命;该盘线装置结构简单,操作方法简便,保证盘线的高质量;盘线装置内部的钢片弹簧提高了装置的自动化程度。

1.一种用于长杆剂量率仪的盘线装置,其特征在于,盘线装置包括收线盘(1)、固定轴(2)、收线引导器(3)、皮带(4)、传动齿环a(5-1)、线缆(6);固定轴(2)安装在收线盘(1)中空的旋转中心延长线上,传动齿环a(5-1)同轴固定在收线盘(1)下端,收线引导器(3)通过皮带(4)与传动齿环a(5-1)连接,线缆(6)通过收线引导器(3)后缠绕在收线盘(1)上;
收线引导器(3)由底座(7)、上壳(8)、传动齿环b(5-2)、螺旋轴(9)组成,上壳(8)与底座(7)螺接,传动齿环b(5-2)与螺旋轴(9)固定,底座(7)内部固定有卡扣(10),螺旋轴(9)限位安装在上壳(8)与底座(7)之间;底座(7)设有线缆(6)穿线孔(11);
收线盘(1)上端内部缠绕有钢片弹簧(12),钢片弹簧(12)一端固定在收线盘(1)内,钢片弹簧(12)另一端固定在固定轴(2)上。
