本发明公开了一种心包穿刺器,包括引流管通道、注射器和显示器,所述注射器的两端分别设有穿刺针和导丝入口,所述的穿刺针贯穿所述引流管通道设置,所述穿刺针远离所述注射器的端部设有螺纹,所述的引流管通道内设有与所述螺纹配合设置的螺纹固定扣,所述的穿刺针可在所述螺纹固定扣内螺旋移动,所述的引流管通道的侧面固定设有硬管内窥镜,所述硬管内窥镜靠近所述注射器的端部设有USB接口的手柄电源,所述的手柄电源通过数据传输线与所述的显示器电性连接。本发明的优点在于:对实施环境要求不高,在一般穿刺条件下即可完成,不需要在手术室里,可以实时监视操作对象,精确定成操作,避免误伤周围组织,穿刺简便、安全且易于实施。

本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,具体是指一种心包穿刺器。
背景技术
心包穿刺术是将穿刺针和(或)留置导管置入心包腔抽吸心包积液用于诊断和治疗的方法,该技术具有操作难度大、并发症多、风险大等特点,近年来超声和影像引导下得到进一步发展,但到目前为止,该技术大多局限于大型三甲医院,很多基层医院仍无法开展该操作,如何提供一种穿刺简便、安全且易于实施的心包穿刺器成为研究课题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决背景技术中提到的问题,提供一种心包穿刺器。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种心包穿刺器,包括引流管通道、注射器和显示器,所述注射器的两端分别设有穿刺针和导丝入口,所述的穿刺针贯穿所述引流管通道设置,所述穿刺针远离所述注射器的端部设有螺纹,所述的引流管通道内设有与所述螺纹配合设置的螺纹固定扣,所述的穿刺针可在所述螺纹固定扣内螺旋移动,所述的引流管通道的侧面固定设有硬管内窥镜,所述硬管内窥镜靠近所述注射器的端部设有USB接口的手柄电源,所述的手柄电源通过数据传输线与所述的显示器电性连接。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:对实施环境要求不高,在一般穿刺条件下即可完成,不需要在手术室里,可以实时监视操作对象,精确定成操作,避免误伤周围组织,穿刺简便、安全且易于实施。

结合附图,一种心包穿刺器,包括引流管通道1、注射器2和显示器3,所述注射器2的两端分别设有穿刺针4和导丝入口5,所述的穿刺针4贯穿所述引流管通道1设置,所述穿刺针4远离所述注射器2的端部设有螺纹6,所述的引流管通道1内设有与所述螺纹6配合设置的螺纹固定扣7,所述的穿刺针4可在所述螺纹固定扣7内螺旋移动,所述的引流管通道1的侧面固定设有硬管内窥镜8,所述硬管内窥镜8靠近所述注射器2的端部设有带有USB接口9的手柄电源10,所述的手柄电源10通过数据传输线11与所述的显示器3电性连接。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:对实施环境要求不高,在一般穿刺条件下即可完成,不需要在手术室里,可以实时监视操作对象,精确定成操作,避免误伤周围组织,穿刺简便、安全且易于实施。
