The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating an implementation of a method for processing a product request according to an embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the execution subject of the method for processing a product request is a server. The method of processing a product request as shown in fig. 1 includes the steps of:
S1: and receiving a product request aiming at a preset product and sent by terminal equipment, identifying keywords of the product request, and extracting product information of a requested target product from the product request.
In the embodiment of the invention, the preset product refers to a financial product which needs to be subjected to delivery control. And the sales volume of the financial products is controlled by controlling the sales volume of the financial products, so that the sales risk of issuers of the financial products is reduced while the sales volume of the financial products reaches the standard.
When the financial products are subjected to delivery control, the financial products can be divided into a plurality of product types according to actual requirements, and each product type can comprise a plurality of different financial products. For example, financial products may be divided into two product types, a fixed revenue product, which may include bond products and credit products, and an unfixed revenue product, which may include stock products, option products, and fund products, depending on whether the revenue is fixed. In the embodiment of the invention, the server provides a product configuration interface for the user, and the issuer of the financial product can add preset products needing to be subjected to delivery control in the server in advance and configure product information of each preset product. The product information of the preset product may include, but is not limited to, a product identifier of the preset product, a product type of the preset product, and the like, and the product identifier may be a product name or a product number. The server can store the product identification and the product type of the preset product in an associated mode.
When a customer wants to purchase a certain preset product, the operation interface of the preset application on the terminal device can input the product information of the target product which the customer wants to purchase, and trigger the preset control of the operation interface. The product information of the target product may include a product identifier of the target product and/or a product type of the target product. When the terminal equipment detects that the preset control of the operation interface is triggered, a product request for a preset product is generated based on product information of a target product input by a client, and the product request is sent to a server. The product request carries product information of the requested target product, and the target product may be one or at least two products of preset products, which is not limited herein.
After receiving a product request aiming at a preset product sent by a terminal, the server identifies keywords of the product request, and further extracts product information of the requested target product from the product request. Specifically, the server may perform word segmentation on the product request by using a word segmentation tool, then identify keywords of each word obtained by the word segmentation based on the product keyword database, and further extract keywords for describing product information from all the words obtained by the word segmentation, where the keywords represent product information of the target product. The product keyword database stores a plurality of keywords for describing product attributes.
S2: acquiring a controlled dimension of the target product from a first database constructed in advance based on the product information of the target product; the information in the first database is used for describing the corresponding relation between the product information and the controlled dimension; the controlled dimension is used to describe an impact factor that affects the sales of the product.
In practical applications, since the influence factors influencing sales of different types of financial products are different, the controlled dimensions of the different types of financial products can be determined based on the influence factors influencing sales of the different types of financial products, respectively. Wherein the controlled dimension is used to describe an influencing factor that influences the sales of the product. For example, if the influencing factors influencing sales of a type of financial product include a delivery area, a delivery channel, and customer characteristics, the controlled dimensions of the financial product may include an area dimension, a channel dimension, and a customer dimension. If the influencing factors influencing sales of a type of financial product include only out-of-stock channel and customer characteristics, the controlled dimensions of the financial product may include channel dimensions and customer dimensions. It should be noted that the controlled dimensions of different types of financial products may be the same or different, and are specifically determined according to the actual situation, which is not limited herein.
The issuer of the financial product can determine controlled dimensions of various types of financial products based on influence factors influencing sales of various types of financial products, a first database is built in the server, the controlled dimensions corresponding to the various types of financial products are configured in the first database, and the server can store corresponding relations between various product types and the controlled dimensions of the financial products in the first database, namely, information in the first database is used for describing the corresponding relations between product information and the controlled dimensions, and is particularly used for describing the corresponding relations between the product types and the controlled dimensions of the financial products.
In this embodiment, after extracting the product information of the target product from the product request, if the product information of the target product is detected to include the product type of the target product, the server directly obtains the controlled dimension of the target product from the first database based on the product type in the product information of the target product. If the server detects that the product information of the target product only contains the product identifier of the target product, determining the product type of the target product based on the product identifier of the target product, and acquiring the controlled dimension of the target product from the first database based on the product type of the target product.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the controlled dimension of each type of financial product may be any one dimension or a combination of any at least two dimensions of the regional dimension, the channel dimension and the customer dimension. For example, the controlled dimensions of a certain type of preset product may include only the regional dimension, and the controlled dimensions of another type of preset product may include the customer dimension, the regional dimension, and so on.
S3: judging whether the target product is allowed to be delivered currently or not based on a delivery strategy associated with the controlled dimension of the target product, and returning response information for describing a judgment result to the terminal equipment.
In the embodiment of the invention, the issuer of the financial product can configure different delivery strategies for different controlled dimensions. And storing the corresponding relation between the controlled dimension and the delivery strategy in the server.
After the server determines the controlled dimension of the target product, the delivery policy associated with the controlled dimension of the target product can be determined based on the corresponding relation between the prestored controlled dimension and the delivery policy, whether the target product is currently permitted to deliver is judged based on the delivery policy associated with the controlled dimension of the target product, response information for describing the judgment result is generated based on the judgment result, and the response information is returned to the terminal equipment. It should be noted that, the response information is specifically used for describing whether the target product is allowed to be delivered, and the delivery is used for describing the operation of selling the target product.
As an embodiment of the invention, the product request also carries the target delivery quantity, the target delivery area and the target delivery channel of the requested target product. Wherein the target shipment number is used to describe the number of target products that the customer wants to purchase. The delivery area is used for describing an area where the product is sold, and can be a geographical area, a sales patch area which is artificially divided, and the target delivery area can be a geographical area which a customer normally holds or a customer office belongs to, or a sales patch area which a customer normally holds or a customer office belongs to. The delivery channel is used for describing a channel through which the product is sold, and the delivery channel can include, but is not limited to, a network channel, a telephone channel, a business hall channel, and the like, and the target delivery channel can be any one of the network channel, the telephone channel and the business hall channel.
In practical applications, when the controlled dimension of the target product includes an area dimension and a channel dimension, the wind control policy associated with the controlled dimension of the target product may be: and allowing the target product to be delivered when the target delivery quantity of the target product requested by the product request is smaller than or equal to the sum of the remaining delivery quantity of the target product in the target delivery area and the remaining delivery quantity of the target product in the target delivery channel, otherwise, not allowing the target product to be delivered. In view of this, S3 can be specifically realized by S31 to S36 shown in fig. 2, and is described in detail as follows:
S31: and extracting a target shipment area and a target shipment channel of the requested target product from the product request.
In this embodiment, after the server performs word segmentation processing on the product request, keyword recognition is further performed on each word obtained by the word segmentation processing based on the regional keyword database and the channel keyword database, so that a target delivery region and a target delivery channel of the target product are extracted from all the words obtained by the word segmentation processing. The regional keyword database comprises a plurality of keywords used for describing the part-out region, and the channel keyword database comprises a plurality of keywords used for describing the part-out channel.
S32: and determining the first remaining number of the outgoing parts of the target product in the target outgoing part area.
In this embodiment, after extracting the target delivery area of the target delivery area from the product request, the server determines the delivery index of the target product in the target delivery area. Wherein, the output index of the target product refers to the total number of the target products which can be sold.
Specifically, in one embodiment of the present invention, S32 may include the steps of:

and determining a first remaining number of outgoing pieces of the target product in the target outgoing piece area based on the outgoing piece index and the number of outgoing pieces of the target product in the target outgoing piece area.
In this embodiment, the issuer of the financial product may set a weight coefficient for each of the output regions according to the historical sales status of the target product in each of the output regions. For example, a larger weight coefficient may be set for a delivery area with a higher historical sales volume for the target product, and a smaller weight coefficient may be set for a delivery area with a lower historical sales volume for the target product. Meanwhile, the issuer of the financial product can count influence factors influencing sales volume of the sales area, set weight coefficients for the influence factors according to different influence degrees of the different influence factors on the sales volume of the product, and determine the value of the influence factors under the sales area. For example, the influence factors that influence sales in the outbound areas may include, but are not limited to, population density, population ratio for each age group, etc., population density for different outbound areas and population ratio for each age group may be statistically derived, and a score value for each influence factor in the target outbound area is determined based on the value of each influence factor in the different outbound areas. The issuer of the financial product may store the preset weight coefficient of each output area, the score value of each influence factor affecting sales of the target product in each output area, and the weight coefficient of each influence factor in the server.
After the server determines the target delivery area, the weight coefficient of the target delivery area is obtained from the weight coefficients of all the pre-stored delivery areas, the score value of all the influence factors influencing the sales of the target product in the target delivery area and the weight coefficient of all the influence factors are obtained, and the delivery index of the target product in the target delivery area is calculated based on a first delivery index calculation formula. After the server determines the delivery index of the target product in the target delivery area, the number of delivered pieces of the target product in the target delivery area can be determined according to the total number of product requests which are received in the current sales cycle and belong to the target delivery area and are aimed at the target product, and the difference between the delivery index of the target product in the target delivery area and the number of delivered pieces is determined as the first remaining number of delivered pieces of the target product in the target delivery area.
S33: and determining a second remaining number of the target product which can be delivered in the target delivery channel.
In this embodiment, after extracting the target delivery channel of the target delivery channel from the product request, the server determines the delivery index of the target product in the target delivery channel. Wherein, the output index of the target product refers to the total number of the target products which can be sold.
Specifically, in one embodiment of the present invention, S33 may include the steps of:

For example, the impact factors that affect the sales of the outlet channel may include, but are not limited to, customer age, network coverage, etc. The issuer of the financial product may store the preset weight coefficient of each outlet channel, the score value of each influence factor affecting sales of the target product in each outlet channel, and the weight coefficient of each influence factor in the server.
After determining the target delivery channel requested by the product request, the server acquires the weight coefficient of the target delivery channel from the weight coefficients of all the pre-stored delivery channels, acquires the score value of each influence factor influencing the sales of the target product in the target delivery channel and the weight coefficient of each influence factor, and calculates the delivery index of the target product in the target delivery channel based on a second delivery index calculation formula.
After determining the delivery indexes of the preset products in the target delivery channel, the server can determine the delivered quantity of the target products in the target delivery channel according to the total number of the product requests which belong to the target delivery channel and are aimed at the target products and are received in the current sales period, and the difference between the delivery indexes and the delivered quantity of the target products in the target delivery channel is determined as the second remaining delivered quantity of the target products in the target delivery channel.
S34: a target number of offerings for the target product requested by the product request is determined.
In this embodiment, after receiving the product request, the server extracts the target number of outgoing pieces of the requested target product from the product request, compares the target number of outgoing pieces of the target product with the sum of the first remaining number of outgoing pieces and the second remaining number of outgoing pieces, and if the target number of outgoing pieces of the target product is less than or equal to the sum of the first remaining number of outgoing pieces and the second remaining number of outgoing pieces, then S35 is executed; if the target number of the target products is greater than the sum of the first remaining number of the dischargeable components and the second remaining number of the dischargeable components, S36 is executed.
S35: if the target number of the outgoing pieces is smaller than or equal to the sum of the first remaining number of the outgoing pieces and the second remaining number of the outgoing pieces, first response information is generated; the first response information is used for describing that the target product is currently allowed to be exported.
In this embodiment, if the server detects that the number of target outgoing pieces of the target product is less than or equal to the sum of the first remaining number of outgoing pieces and the second remaining number of outgoing pieces, the server generates first response information for describing that the target product is currently allowed to be outgoing pieces, and returns the first response information to the terminal device, so that the client knows that the current product request meets the requirement, and the requested target product is currently allowed to be outgoing pieces.
S36: if the target number of the outgoing pieces is larger than the sum of the first remaining number of the outgoing pieces and the second remaining number of the outgoing pieces, generating second response information; the second response information is used for describing that the target product is not allowed to be exported currently.
In this embodiment, if the server detects that the number of target outgoing pieces of the target product is greater than the sum of the first remaining number of outgoing pieces and the second remaining number of outgoing pieces, the server generates second response information for describing that the target product is not currently allowed to go out, and returns the second response information to the terminal device, so that the client knows that the current product request is not in compliance with the requirement, and the requested target product is not currently allowed to go out.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the product request further carries client information of a client sending the product request and a target delivery channel of a target product requested by the product request. The client information includes, but is not limited to, a client identity, a client age, a client occupation, a client sex, etc., and the client identity can be an identity card number or a mobile phone number of the client, etc., which is not limited herein. The delivery channel is used for describing a channel through which the product is sold, and the delivery channel can include, but is not limited to, a network channel, a telephone channel, a business hall channel, and the like, and the target delivery channel can be any one of the network channel, the telephone channel and the business hall channel.
In practical applications, when the controlled dimension of the target product includes a customer dimension and a channel dimension, the wind control policy associated with the controlled dimension of the target product may be: and when the credit value of the customer is greater than or equal to a preset credit value threshold value and the target outgoing number of the target product requested by the product request is less than or equal to the second remaining outgoing number of the target product in the target outgoing channel, allowing the target product to be outgoing, otherwise, not allowing the target product to be outgoing. On the basis of this, S3 can be specifically realized by S37 to S42 shown in fig. 3, and is described in detail as follows:
S37: and extracting client information of a client sending the product request from the product request, and extracting a target delivery channel of a target product requested by the product request.
In this embodiment, after the server performs word segmentation processing on the product request, keyword recognition is further performed on each word obtained by the word segmentation processing based on the client keyword database and the channel keyword database, so that client information of a client sending the product request and a target delivery channel of a target product are extracted from all the words obtained by the word segmentation processing. The client keyword database comprises a plurality of keywords for describing client attributes, and the channel keyword database comprises a plurality of keywords for describing the channels.
S38: a credit value for the customer is determined based on the customer information.
In this embodiment, after extracting the client information and the target delivery channel from the product request, the server determines the credit value of the client based on the client information carried in the product request.
Specifically, in one embodiment of the present invention, S38 may specifically include the following steps:
Determining the score of each preset attribute of the client based on the client information;
calculating the credit value of the client based on the score value of each preset attribute of the client and a preset credit value calculation formula; the preset credit value calculation formula is as follows:

In this embodiment, the preset attributes may include, but are not limited to, customer age, customer gender, customer occupation, etc. In practical application, the issuer of the financial product can set weight coefficients for each preset attribute according to the influence degree of each preset attribute on the credit value of the customer. For example, a larger weight coefficient may be set for a preset attribute having a larger influence on the credit value of the client, and a smaller weight coefficient may be set for a preset attribute having a smaller influence on the credit value of the client. Meanwhile, the issuer of the financial product may set corresponding scores for different values of the respective preset attributes. For example, for a preset attribute of the gender of the customer, different scores may be set for different sexes, respectively; for the preset attribute of the customer age, the customer age may be divided into a plurality of age groups in advance, and different scores may be set for different age groups. The server extracts the value of each preset attribute of the client from the client information, determines the score of each preset attribute of the client and the weight coefficient of each preset attribute based on the extracted value of each preset attribute of the client, substitutes the score of each preset attribute of the client and the weight coefficient of each preset attribute into the preset credit value calculation formula, and further calculates the credit value of the client.
S39: and if the credit value of the client is greater than or equal to a preset credit value threshold, determining the third remaining number of the target product which can be delivered in the target delivery channel.
In this embodiment, if the server detects that the credit value of the client is greater than or equal to the preset credit value threshold, it indicates that the credit of the client reaches the preset requirement of purchasing the target product, at this time, the server may determine the delivery index of the target product in the target delivery channel, and determine whether the target product is allowed to be sold in the current period based on the delivery index of the target product in the target delivery channel.

After determining the target delivery channel requested by the product request, the server acquires the weight coefficient of the target delivery channel from the weight coefficients of all the pre-stored delivery channels, acquires the score value of each influence factor influencing the sales of the target product in the target delivery channel and the weight coefficient of each influence factor, and calculates the delivery index of the target product in the target delivery channel based on a second delivery index calculation formula.
After determining the delivery indexes of the preset products in the target delivery channel, the server can determine the delivered quantity of the target products in the target delivery channel according to the total number of the product requests which belong to the target delivery channel and are aimed at the target products and are received in the current sales period, and the difference between the delivery indexes and the delivered quantity of the target products in the target delivery channel is determined as the third remaining delivered quantity of the target products in the target delivery channel.
S40: a target number of offerings for the target product requested by the product request is determined.
In this embodiment, after determining the third remaining number of outgoing pieces of the target product in the target outgoing channel, the server extracts the requested target number of outgoing pieces of the target product from the product request, compares the target number of outgoing pieces of the target product with the third remaining number of outgoing pieces, and if the target number of outgoing pieces of the target product is less than or equal to the third remaining number of outgoing pieces, executes S41; if the target number of outgoing pieces of the target product is greater than the third remaining number of outgoing pieces, S42 is executed.
S41: if the target number of the outgoing pieces is smaller than or equal to the third remaining number of the outgoing pieces, generating first response information; the first response information is used for describing that the target product is currently allowed to be exported.
In this embodiment, if the server detects that the number of the target outgoing pieces of the target product is less than or equal to the third remaining number of the available outgoing pieces, the server generates first response information for describing that the target product is currently allowed to be outgoing pieces, and returns the first response information to the terminal device, so that the client knows that the current product request meets the requirement, and the requested target product is currently allowed to be outgoing pieces.
S42: if the target number of the outgoing pieces is larger than the third remaining number of the outgoing pieces, generating second response information; the second response information is used for describing that the target product is not allowed to be exported currently.
In this embodiment, if the server detects that the number of target outgoing pieces of the target product is greater than the third remaining number of outgoing pieces, the server generates second response information for describing that the target product is not currently allowed to be outgoing pieces, and returns the second response information to the terminal device, so that the client knows that the current product request is not in compliance with the requirement, and the requested target product is not currently allowed to be outgoing pieces.
As an embodiment of the present invention, after S38, the following steps may be further included:
if the credit value of the client is smaller than a preset credit value threshold, generating second response information, and returning the second response information to the terminal equipment; the second response information is used for describing that the target product is not allowed to be exported currently.
In this embodiment, if the server detects that the credit value of the client is smaller than the preset credit value threshold, it indicates that the credit of the client does not reach the preset requirement for purchasing the target product, at this time, the server generates second response information for describing that the target product is not allowed to be delivered currently, and returns the second response information to the terminal device, so that the client knows that the current product request does not meet the requirement, and the requested target product is not allowed to be delivered currently.
As can be seen from the foregoing, when a product request sent by a terminal device is received in the method for processing a product request provided in this embodiment, a controlled dimension of a target product is obtained from a first database that is built in advance based on product information of the target product carried by the product request, whether the target product is currently permitted to be delivered is determined based on a delivery policy associated with the controlled dimension of the target product, and response information for describing a determination result is returned to the terminal device.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a block diagram of a server according to an embodiment of the present invention. The server in this embodiment may be a server such as a smart phone or a tablet computer. The server comprises units for performing the steps in the corresponding embodiments of fig. 1 to 3. Please refer to fig. 1 to 3 and the related descriptions in the embodiments corresponding to fig. 1 to 3. For convenience of explanation, only the portions related to the present embodiment are shown. Referring to fig. 4, the server 400 includes: an information extraction unit 41, a first acquisition unit 42, and a judgment unit 43. Wherein:
the information extraction unit 41 is configured to receive a product request for a preset product sent by a terminal device, identify a keyword of the product request, and extract product information of a requested target product from the product request.
The first obtaining unit 42 is configured to obtain a controlled dimension of the target product from a first database that is built in advance based on product information of the target product; the information in the first database is used for describing the corresponding relation between the product information and the controlled dimension; the controlled dimension is used to describe an impact factor that affects the sales of the product.
The judging unit 43 is configured to judge whether the target product is currently permitted to be delivered based on a delivery policy associated with the controlled dimension of the target product, and return response information describing the judgment result to the terminal device.
As an embodiment of the invention, the controlled dimension of the target product comprises a regional dimension and a channel dimension; the judging unit 43 specifically includes: the device comprises a first extraction unit, a first determination unit, a second determination unit, a third determination unit, a first information unit and a second information unit. Wherein:
the first extraction unit is used for extracting a target delivery area and a target delivery channel of the requested target product from the product request.
The first determining unit is used for determining a first remaining number of the target products in the target output area.
The second determining unit is used for determining a second remaining number of the target products in the target shipment channel.
The third determining unit is used for determining the target number of the target products requested by the product request.
The first information unit is used for generating first response information if the target number of outgoing pieces is smaller than or equal to the sum of the first number of the remaining outgoing pieces and the second number of the remaining outgoing pieces; the first response information is used for describing that the target product is currently allowed to be exported.
The second information unit is used for generating second response information if the target number of outgoing pieces is larger than the sum of the first number of the remaining outgoing pieces and the second number of the remaining outgoing pieces; the second response information is used for describing that the target product is not allowed to be exported currently.
