Background
With the development of internet technology, users can browse various contents such as videos, pictures, news and the like through the internet. The process of accessing internet content by a user is actually a process of acquiring content address information from a content address server through a client installed on the electronic device, and acquiring content data from a content data server according to the content address information, wherein the content data may be character data, picture data, video data, and the like. For example, when a user watches a video through a video playing client installed on a mobile phone, the video playing client acquires an address for storing video data from the slave server, and then the video playing client acquires the video data through the address to play the video data. However, when the concurrency of the content address server is too large or the content address server fails to be broken down, the content address server cannot return content address information to the client, so that the client cannot display content data.
At present, a content address server is usually configured by configuring a plurality of mirror servers with one main server, so as to ensure that a client can normally obtain dynamic data from the content address server. For example, when the primary server fails, the mirror image server replaces the primary server to return content address information to the client, and the mirror image dynamic data server and the primary dynamic data server store the same content address information and update synchronously in real time.
The technical scheme has the problems that when the content address server cannot work normally, the client cannot acquire content address information from the content address server, so that content data cannot be displayed for a user, and the client cannot operate normally.

Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a content data presentation method according to an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, including the steps of:
in step 201, a content address acquisition request is sent to a content address server for storing content address information updated in real time.
In step 202, if the content address information returned by the content address server is not received within the target duration, a configuration file is obtained, where the configuration file is used to indicate an address of at least one first content data server, and the at least one first content data server is used to store backup address information obtained by backing up the content address information updated in real time.
In step 203, a target content data server is determined from the at least one first content data server.
In step 204, backup address information is obtained from the target content data server, and a plurality of content data are displayed based on the backup address information.
In the embodiment provided by the disclosure, a content address acquisition request is sent to a content address server, if content address information returned by the content address server is not received within a target time length, a configuration file is acquired, a target content data server is determined from at least one first content data server, backup address information is acquired from the target content data server, and a plurality of content data are displayed based on the backup address information. When the content address server can not work normally, the at least one first content data server is obtained through the configuration file, the target content data server is determined from the at least one first content data server, the backup address information is obtained from the target content data server, the plurality of content data can be displayed based on the backup address information, the influence caused by the fact that the content address server can not work normally is reduced, and the electronic equipment can display the content data normally.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating another content data presentation method according to an exemplary embodiment, which is applied to an electronic device, as shown in fig. 3, and includes the following steps:
in step 301, the electronic device sends a content address acquisition request to a content address server for storing content address information updated in real time.
The electronic device can be provided with a client for displaying content data, such as short video playing software, a novel reader, a cartoon reader, a music player and the like.
The client may send a content address obtaining request to the content address server through a wired or wireless network at startup, where the content address obtaining request may include a unique identifier of the electronic device, such as a device identifier or a network address identifier, so that the content address server may return the latest content address information based on the unique identifier of the electronic device. Optionally, the client may further send a content address acquisition request to the content address server when any one of a plurality of conditions, such as a refresh operation is detected, a page-turning operation is detected, and a time length from a last time of sending the request exceeds a preset time length, is triggered.
The content address information may be address information of content subscribed by the user, address information of content recommended according to browsing history of the user, or address information of content promoted to the user. Such as address information of short videos, address information of novels, address information of comics, address information of audios, and the like.
For example, the content address information is address information of a short video, and the electronic device is a mobile phone. When a user uses the short video playing software installed on the mobile phone, the short video playing software sends a request for acquiring the short video address to the short video address server through the wireless network to acquire the address information of the short video.
In one possible implementation, when the content address server is operating properly, the content address server may return a status code 200 to the electronic device indicating that the network response is normal and the content address server received the request. Within the target duration, the content address server may return the content address information to the electronic device, such as in the form of a JSON string, and the electronic device performs step 306. When the content address server cannot work normally, the content address server may return the status code 200 but the returned content address information is incorrect (for example, a failed address), may not return the status code 200, or may not return the content address information within the target duration, which is not limited by the present disclosure, and if the content address information returned by the content address server is not received within the target duration, the electronic device executes step 302.
In step 302, if the content address information returned by the content address server is not received within the target duration, the electronic device obtains a configuration file, where the configuration file is used to indicate an address of at least one first content data server, and the at least one first content data server is used to store backup address information obtained by backing up the content address information updated in real time.
The embodiment of the disclosure exemplarily shows two alternative implementations of the electronic device for acquiring the configuration file. In a first alternative implementation manner, the configuration file is obtained from the storage space of the electronic device, and the configuration file is sent by the configuration server based on the content address obtaining request after determining that the content address server cannot return the content address information. In a second optional implementation manner, an address of the configuration server is obtained from a storage space of the electronic device, a configuration file obtaining request is sent to the configuration server, and a configuration file returned by the configuration server is received.
When the electronic device obtains the configuration file through the first optional implementation manner, the electronic device receives the configuration file sent by the configuration server based on the content address obtaining request, when the electronic device receives the configuration file within the target duration, the electronic device can store the configuration file in a storage space of the electronic device, and if the content address information returned by the content address server is not received within the target duration, the electronic device obtains the configuration file from the storage space; when the electronic device does not receive the configuration file within the target duration, if the content address information returned by the content address server is not received within the target duration, the electronic device may send the content address acquisition request again, or wait until the configuration file is received. The configuration file received in the target time length is stored, and the stored configuration file is acquired after the target time length, so that the problem that the electronic equipment receives the configuration file first and then receives the content address information returned by the content address server due to the fact that the configuration server is set to be too sensitive and the content address server cannot return the content address information is judged by mistake, and then the subsequent steps are executed according to the configuration file can be solved. And ensuring that the electronic equipment can display the content data through the content address information returned by the content address server preferentially.
When the electronic device obtains the configuration file through the second optional implementation manner, the address of the configuration server may be stored in a folder of the client, the installation file of the client carries the folder for storing the address of the configuration server, or the client periodically updates the address of the configuration server in the folder. In an optional implementation manner, the configuration server may periodically update the configuration file, that is, the configuration file is always stored in the configuration server and is continuously updated; in another alternative implementation, the configuration server does not normally store the configuration file, and when the content address server fails, the server used to push the configuration file pushes the configuration file to the configuration server. By not storing the configuration file in the configuration server in advance, the phenomenon that the client mistakenly thinks that the content address server cannot return the content address information when the client does not receive the content address information returned by the content address server within the target time length due to other reasons can be avoided, so that the content data is displayed by acquiring the configuration file to influence the normal operation of the client. In an alternative implementation, the configuration file may also be pushed to the configuration server by maintenance personnel through any electronic device. The configuration server may be a CDN server.
In an optional implementation manner, if the electronic device does not receive content address information returned by the content address server within the target duration and receives a configuration file sent by the configuration server, the electronic device obtains the configuration file; and if the electronic equipment does not receive the configuration file within the target time length, acquiring the address of the configuration server, sending a configuration file acquisition request to the configuration server, and receiving the configuration file returned by the configuration server.
It should be noted that the configuration file may be referred to as a downgrade policy file. The downgrade policy file may include an address of at least one CDN server storing backup address information, a service provider name of the at least one CDN server, a URL (Uniform Resource Locator) format of the backup address information, a version of the backup address information, and the like. The downgrade policy file may also be used to instruct the client to downgrade, including at least one client downgrade mode, such as closing the query interface, closing the information modification interface, increasing the sending interval of the content address acquisition request, and cyclically displaying the cached content.
In an optional implementation manner, the at least one first content data server may periodically send a backup request to the content address server to obtain backup address information, where the backup request is used to backup the content address information updated in real time. The at least one first content data server may set the same backup period or may set different backup periods. When the at least one first content data server sets the same backup period, the backup address information stored in each first content data server is the same; when the at least one first content data server sets different backup periods, backup address information stored in different first content data servers has a difference, the at least one first content data server may set version information for the stored backup address information according to the same rule, and the version information is updated each time the backup address information is updated.
In an optional implementation manner, the content address server may periodically backup the content address information updated in real time to obtain backup address information, where the backup address information obtained by backup at different times has different version information. The version information may be a backup date, an incremented version number, or the like. When a first content data server sends a backup request to a content address server, the content address server may send the latest version of backup address information to the first content data server.
In step 303, the electronic device determines a target content data server from the at least one first content data server.
The electronic device may randomly select one first content data server from the at least one first content data server as the target content data server.
In an alternative implementation manner, the backup address information stored in the at least one first content data server may have different versions, and the configuration file acquired by the electronic device in step 303 may be further used to indicate the version of the backup address information stored in each first content data server. The electronic device may determine, according to the configuration file, a version of the backup address information stored by each of the at least one first content data server, and use, as the target content data server, the first content data server in which the latest version of the backup address information is stored in the at least one first content data server. By selecting the first content data server storing the backup address information of the latest version as the target content data server, the timeliness of the backup address information can be ensured, and the situation that the content address information is changed and the backup address information is not updated correspondingly is avoided.
In an optional implementation manner, the electronic device may further determine a communication distance between each of the at least one first content data server and the electronic device, and select a first content data server with a closest communication distance from the at least one first content data server as the target content data server. By selecting the first content data server with the closest communication distance as the target content data server, the communication time can be reduced, and the bandwidth can be saved.
In an optional implementation manner, the electronic device may further determine an operating state of each of the at least one first content data server, and select, as the target content data server, a first content data server with an occupancy rate smaller than the target threshold from the at least one first content data server. By selecting the first content data server with the occupancy rate smaller than the target threshold value as the target content data server, the waiting time of the electronic equipment can be reduced, the working efficiency is improved, the load of the at least one first content data server can be balanced, and the condition that the first content data server cannot normally provide service due to overload of the first content data server is avoided.
In an optional implementation manner, the electronic device may further determine the target content data server from the at least one first content data server according to at least two of the plurality of conditions of the version, the communication distance, the operating state, and the like of the backup address information. By combining a plurality of conditions to select the target content data server, various advantages mentioned in the above alternative implementation are achieved, and are not described herein again.
In step 304, the electronic device obtains backup address information from the target content data server.
The electronic device may combine the URL addresses of the backup address information according to the parameters included in the configuration file. For example, the parameter may be a CDN server address, a version of backup address information, a user ID (Identity document), and the like.
The electronic device may send a request for obtaining backup address information to the URL address, where the URL address includes an address of the target data server. The backup address information may be in the form of a JSON file, a list, a document, or the like, and the embodiment of the present disclosure is described by taking the backup address information as the JSON file. For example, the URL may be: http:// { CDN server address }/folder name/file name json.
In step 305, the electronic device presents a plurality of content data based on the backup address information, and the process is ended.
After the electronic device acquires the backup address information, a plurality of pieces of content address information including an address of a second content data server for storing content data may be determined from the backup address information, and a plurality of pieces of content data corresponding to the plurality of pieces of content address information may be acquired from the second content data server to display the plurality of pieces of content data. The second content data server may be a CDN server that stores content data.
For example, taking the content address information as a short video address, the content data as a short video thumbnail, and the electronic device as a mobile phone as an example, the short video playing software installed on the mobile phone selects a plurality of pieces of short video address information from the acquired short video address information, combines a URL address for acquiring the short video thumbnail according to the plurality of pieces of short video address information, and sends a short video thumbnail acquisition request to the URL address, where the URL address includes an address of the CDN server.
In an alternative implementation, the electronic device may randomly select a plurality of content address information from the backup address information. By randomly selecting the plurality of content address information, the corresponding plurality of content data are obtained based on the randomly selected plurality of content address information, so that the displayed plurality of content data have randomness and are more similar to the plurality of content data displayed based on the content address information updated in real time.
In an alternative implementation, the backup address information includes a plurality of address groups, each address group including a plurality of content address information. The electronic device may select any one address group as the target address group from among a plurality of address groups included in the backup address information. The electronic device acquires a plurality of content address information included in the target address group. The plurality of content address information are determined by the address group included in the backup address information China, so that the plurality of determined content address information have certain relevance, the plurality of displayed content data have relevance, and the user experience is better.
In an alternative implementation manner, the electronic device may divide content address information included in the backup address information into a plurality of address groups based on a maximum number of content data that can be displayed on a single page of the electronic device. By dividing the address group based on the maximum number of content data that can be displayed on a single page of the electronic device, the electronic device can acquire the content data of one page at a time, thereby saving network bandwidth and time for acquiring the content data.
In an optional implementation manner, the electronic device may further divide the second target number of address groups from the backup address information in units of the first target number. The electronic device may set the first target number and the second target number based on a duration of expected content address server failure. The larger the first target number is set, the more content data are displayed by the electronic equipment each time, and the larger the second target number is set, the more content data are displayed by the electronic equipment without repetition.
For example, the first target quantity is numpagepage, the second target quantity is numPage, the electronic device is a mobile phone, and the content data is short video. The short video client in the mobile phone divides the obtained backup address information into numPage groups, each group has numPage short video addresses, which is equivalent to obtaining the numPage short videos, and each group contains the numPage short videos.
In an alternative implementation, each address group may have a unique group identification. The electronic device may select the target address group by the number of address groups included in the backup address information. After acquiring the content address information included in the target address group, the electronic device may record a target group identifier of the target address group, and when a page-turning operation is detected, use a next group identifier sequentially adjacent to the target group identifier as a new target group identifier, and acquire the content address information included in the address group corresponding to the new target group identifier. The number of the address groups may be the same as the number of folders of the content data stored in the second content data server, and the address groups correspond to the folders of the content data one to one.
For example, taking the group identifier as a positive integer as an example, when the electronic device selects the target address group for the first time, the electronic device determines the maximum group identifier numPage, then generates a random number numRank between 1 and numPage, and determines the address group with the group identifier numRank as the target address group. Recording the group identifier numRank, when a page-turning operation is detected, acquiring a plurality of content address information included in the address group with the group identifier (numRank +1), and when the group identifier has been added to numPage, taking the address group with the group identifier 1 as a target address group.
In an alternative implementation manner, the content data stored on the second content data server may be stored according to an area to which the uploading position of the content data belongs, that is, the second content data server may include a plurality of area folders, and each area folder includes a plurality of folders of the content data. The electronic device may send a content data acquisition request to the second content data server, where the content data acquisition request includes a plurality of pieces of content address information and position information of a current position of the electronic device. The electronic equipment receives a plurality of content data which are returned by the second content data server and correspond to the position information and the plurality of content address information. The location information may be latitude and longitude.
For example, the second content data server divides china into 1000 regions according to a GeoHash algorithm, each region stores numPage files, each file contains numPage short videos, backup address information acquired by the client includes numPage groups corresponding to the numPage files in the second content data server, and each group includes numPage short video addresses corresponding to the numPage short videos contained in each file in the second content data server. The current position of the electronic equipment belongs to the area A, the electronic equipment sends the position information of the position and the content address information included in the target address group to a second content data server, the second content data server returns the thumbnails of the short videos corresponding to the content address information in the area folder corresponding to the area A to the electronic equipment according to the position information, and the electronic equipment receives the thumbnails of the short videos. When the electronic device selects the target address group for the first time, the electronic device determines the maximum group identifier numPage, then generates a random number numRank between 1 and numPage, and determines the address group with the group identifier numRank as the target address group. Recording the group identifier numRank, when a page-turning operation is detected, sending the current position information of the electronic device and a plurality of content address information included in the address group with the group identifier (numRank +1) to a second content data server, and when the group identifier is added to numPage, taking the address group with the group identifier 1 as a target address group.
In step 306, if the latest content address information returned by the content address server received by the electronic device is received within the target time length, the electronic device displays a plurality of content data based on the latest content address information.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the process of displaying the plurality of content data by the electronic device based on the latest content address information is similar to the process of displaying the plurality of content data by the electronic device based on the backup address information, and is not described herein again.
