Abstract
本发明涉及抗菌纳米水性漆及其制备方法,本发明中将水性环氧树脂15‑18份与助溶剂1份分散均匀;水性环氧固化剂20‑22份、去离子水25‑30份、聚硅氧烷类消泡剂0.5份、聚丙烯酸酯乳液5份、二氧化钛10‑12份、纳米二氧化钛10‑12份、聚四氟乙烯蜡粉1‑3份、膜助剂3‑5份、润湿剂2‑5份;本发明通过组分制备稳定性强,具有抗菌性能和耐水性能优异的抗菌纳米水性漆。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于水性漆技术领域,具体涉及一种抗菌纳米水性漆及其制备方法。
背景技术
为了满足建筑涂料在装饰、环保、节能和施工等方面更高的要求,近年来,国内外涂料向水性化、高耐候性和高性能方向发展,这大大推动了纳米技术与建筑涂料的有机结合。目前,市场上普通的纳米水性漆能大幅度提高水性漆的抗老化性、附着力、光洁度、抗沾污性、杀菌、防霉和抗噪等性能,是新一代高科技含量的绿色环保产品。然而,由于纳米粒子粒径极小,纳米粒子的表面原子所占比例随粒径减小而迅速增加,表面原子裸露在外的部分没有力的作用,受力不对称,价键不饱和,有与外界原子键合的倾向,因此,市场上普通的纳米水性漆在制备、储存和使用过程中容易出现纳米粒子团聚的现象,一旦团聚成二次粒子,这种二次粒子难以发挥纳米效应。因此,纳米水性漆的制备关键是解决纳米材料在水性漆中分散性不佳和水性漆产品稳定性不高的问题。另外,由于亲水性强,水性漆固化后遇水容易溶解或产生软化现象,如何提高水性漆的耐水性能也是本领域的研究重点之一。因此,我方认为提出一种抗菌纳米水性漆及其制备方法。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术存在之缺失,提供抗菌纳米水性漆及其制备方法,以解决背景材料中的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下之技术方案:
一种抗菌纳米水性漆及其制备方法,包括水性环氧树脂、助溶剂、水性环氧固化剂、去离子水、聚硅氧烷类消泡剂、聚丙烯酸酯乳液、二氧化钛、纳米二氧化钛、聚四氟乙烯蜡粉、膜助剂、润湿剂;水性环氧树脂15-18份与助溶剂1份分散均匀;水性环氧固化剂20-22份、去离子水25-30份、聚硅氧烷类消泡剂0.5份、聚丙烯酸酯乳液5份、二氧化钛10-12份、纳米二氧化钛10-12份、聚四氟乙烯蜡粉1-3份、膜助剂3-5份、润湿剂2-5份;
优选的,上述组分按照质量比1∶5的比例混合。
优选的,上述组分在1000转/分钟的转速下,在室温下搅拌1小时;搅拌均匀,即制得成品,冷却至室温。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明通过组分制备稳定性强,具有抗菌性能和耐水性能优异的抗菌纳米水性漆。

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的描述。
以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不能用来限制本发明的保护范围。实施例中的条件可以根据具体条件做进一步的调整,在本发明的构思前提下对本发明的方法简单改进都属于本发明要求保护的范围。
本发明提供一种技术方案:一种抗菌纳米水性漆及其制备方法,包括水性环氧树脂、助溶剂、水性环氧固化剂、去离子水、聚硅氧烷类消泡剂、聚丙烯酸酯乳液、二氧化钛、纳米二氧化钛、聚四氟乙烯蜡粉、膜助剂、润湿剂;水性环氧树脂15-18份与助溶剂1份分散均匀;水性环氧固化剂20-22份、去离子水25-30份、聚硅氧烷类消泡剂0.5份、聚丙烯酸酯乳液5份、二氧化钛10-12份、纳米二氧化钛10-12份、聚四氟乙烯蜡粉1-3份、膜助剂3-5份、润湿剂2-5份;
在本发明中,上述组分按照质量比1∶5的比例混合。
在本发明中,上述组分在1000转/分钟的转速下,在室温下搅拌1小时;搅拌均匀,即制得成品,冷却至室温。
实施例1:一种抗菌纳米水性漆及其制备方法,包括水性环氧树脂、助溶剂、水性环氧固化剂、去离子水、聚硅氧烷类消泡剂、聚丙烯酸酯乳液、二氧化钛、纳米二氧化钛、聚四氟乙烯蜡粉、膜助剂、润湿剂;水性环氧树脂15份与助溶剂1份分散均匀;水性环氧固化剂20份、去离子水25份、聚硅氧烷类消泡剂0.5份、聚丙烯酸酯乳液5份、二氧化钛10份、纳米二氧化钛10份、聚四氟乙烯蜡粉1份、膜助剂3份、润湿剂2份;
在本发明中,上述组分按照质量比1∶5的比例混合。
在本发明中,上述组分在1000转/分钟的转速下,在室温下搅拌1小时;搅拌均匀,即制得成品,冷却至室温。
通过本实施例制得的抗菌纳米水性漆的各项性能为:
(1)抗菌纳米水性漆的稳定性为:放置3个月后测试,抗菌纳米水性漆外观无变化;
(2)抗菌纳米水性漆的漆膜的抗菌性能为:对大肠杆菌的抗菌率99.2%,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率99.3%;
(3)抗菌纳米水性漆的漆膜的耐水性为:漆膜在40℃放置48小时后测试无变化。
因此,本发明具有优异的抗菌效果。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种抗菌纳米水性漆及其制备方法,包括水性环氧树脂、助溶剂、水性环氧固化剂、去离子水、聚硅氧烷类消泡剂、聚丙烯酸酯乳液、二氧化钛、纳米二氧化钛、聚四氟乙烯蜡粉、膜助剂、润湿剂;其特征在于:水性环氧树脂15-18份与助溶剂1份分散均匀;水性环氧固化剂20-22份、去离子水25-30份、聚硅氧烷类消泡剂0.5份、聚丙烯酸酯乳液5份、二氧化钛10-12份、纳米二氧化钛10-12份、聚四氟乙烯蜡粉1-3份、膜助剂3-5份、润湿剂2-5份;
根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌纳米水性漆及其制备方法,其特征在于:上述组分按照质量比1∶5的比例混合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌纳米水性漆及其制备方法,其特征在于:上述组分在1000转/分钟的转速下,在室温下搅拌1小时;搅拌均匀,即制得成品,冷却至室温。
