用特种聚氯乙烯塑料包覆丝先将其做成塑料线,将塑料线织成的布称特斯林布。特斯林布具有阻燃、耐候、抗菌等特性,故适用范围越来越广泛,用量也越来越大,但现有的特斯林布用PVC料用料多且杂,生产的PVC料不良率高。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种用料简单,易生产的阻燃特斯林布用PVC料,该阻燃特斯林布用PVC料生产良品率高。
本发明的技术解决方案是,提供一种阻燃特斯林布用PVC料,以重量份数计,由下列组分组成:
PVC树脂粉100-120份;
偏苯三酸三辛酯30-40份;
PP纤维粉末10-15份;
液体钙锌稳定剂3-8份;
EVA 0.5-1.2份;
硅酮2-5份;
聚乙烯醇粉末2-5份;
磷苯阻燃油5-8份;
乙酰柠檬酸三丙酯2-5份;
颜料0.5-3份。
本发明的有益效果是:该组分配比制得PVC料良品率高,易生产,而且适用于特斯林布。

实施例1
一种阻燃特斯林布用PVC料,以重量份数计,由下列组分组成:
PVC树脂粉112份;
偏苯三酸三辛酯35份;
PP纤维粉末12份;整个树脂成分更加稳定,而且强度高,弹性好;
液体钙锌稳定剂4份;
EVA 0.8份;阻燃效果好;
硅酮3份;
聚乙烯醇粉末4份;
磷苯阻燃油7份;
乙酰柠檬酸三丙酯3份;作为增塑剂使用,更加环保;
颜料1份。,颜料为二氧化钛粉末,除了作为色料外,还可实现抗紫外效果。
本发明的良品率可达97.6%。
实施例2
与实施例1相比,PP纤维粉末由12份调整成15份,乙酰柠檬酸三丙酯调整为1份,聚乙烯醇粉末调整为2.5份,经测定,良品率为98.2%。
