The invention discloses a stacking device for a main side pipe of a self-elevating drilling platform pile leg, which comprises: the supporting device comprises a plurality of supporting frames which are arranged in an array, wherein each supporting frame is composed of two supporting tools which are symmetrically arranged, each supporting tool comprises a base and at least one supporting piece, and a semicircular groove is formed in the upper surface of the base; each supporting piece is lapped on the base or lapped on the supporting piece below the base; the upper and lower surfaces of the support piece are all provided with semicircular grooves, the semicircular grooves on the lower surface of the support piece and the semicircular grooves or the lower part of the base form a circular groove for horizontally supporting the pile leg main side pipe of the self-elevating drilling platform. The main side pipes can be reasonably stacked, and the utilization rate of the outfitting yard is greatly improved.

The invention relates to a stacking device for pile leg main side pipes of a self-elevating drilling platform.
Background
At present, a plurality of semi-finished products of main side pipes of each type of self-elevating drilling platform are produced, each semi-finished product is several meters long on average, the semi-finished products are flatly paved on an outfitting storage yard in a conventional warehousing mode after arriving goods, the occupied area is large, corrosion is easy to generate due to reasons such as humid climate and the like, and the field coiling and rust removal work is very heavy in the later period.

Preferably, the area of the lower surface of the base is larger than the area of the upper surface.
Preferably, the supporting member is of a vertically symmetrical structure, and the upper surface area and the lower surface area of the supporting member are equal to the upper surface area of the base.
Preferably, the width of the middle of the support member is smaller than the width of the bottom thereof.

two X-shaped side plates which are provided with semicircular holes in an up-down symmetrical manner;

a pair of horizontal top plates connecting two top ends of the two X-shaped side plates;
the vertical reinforcing plates are symmetrically arranged and vertically connected with the horizontal bottom plate and the pair of vertical reinforcing plates corresponding to the horizontal top plate; and
the pair of horizontal reinforcing plates are symmetrically arranged and horizontally connected with the vertical reinforcing plates on two sides;
two sides of the vertical reinforcing plate are fixedly connected with the two X-shaped side plates;
the two horizontal reinforcing plates are respectively connected with the middle parts of the corresponding X-shaped side plates.
Preferably, the support frames in two adjacent rows are arranged in a staggered manner.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, through effective structural design and arrangement, the main side pipes are reasonably stacked, and the utilization rate of the outfitting yard is greatly improved. Referring to fig. 1-4, the stacking apparatus for the main side pipe of the pile leg of the jack-up type drilling platform of the present invention comprises: a plurality of support frames 1 that the array was arranged, every support frame 1 comprises two symmetrical arrangement's support frock 2, and every support frock 2 includes base 21 and at least one support piece 22.
The upper surface of the base 21 is provided with a semicircular groove; the supports 22 are stacked one on top of the other, namely: the support 22 overlaps the base 21 or overlaps the support 22 below.
The upper and lower surfaces of the support member 22 are both provided with semicircular grooves, and the semicircular grooves on the lower surface of the support member 22 and the semicircular grooves on the base 21 or the semicircular grooves on the upper surface of the support member 22 below form a circular groove 23 for horizontally supporting the jack-up rig leg main side pipe 3. The jack-up rig leg main side pipe 3 is supported and fixed by two circular grooves 23. When placed, the vertical centerline of each main side pipe coincides with the centerline of the support member 22. And the support surface of the circular groove 23 is used to support two teeth of the jack-up leg main chord 3.
The lower surface area of the base 21 is larger than the upper surface area, so that the support is more stable.
The supporting member 22 has a vertically symmetrical structure, and the upper surface area and the lower surface area of the supporting member 22 are equal to the upper surface area of the base 21. The width of the middle of the support 22 is less than the width of the bottom thereof. Thus, the stability is ensured while the construction cost is effectively reduced.
Specifically, the support 22 includes: two X-shaped side plates 221, a pair of horizontal bottom plates 222, a pair of horizontal top plates 223, a pair of vertical reinforcing plates 224, and a pair of horizontal reinforcing plates 225.
The two X-shaped side plates 221 are provided with semicircular holes in an up-down symmetrical manner. A pair of horizontal bottom plates 222 connect the two bottom ends of the two X-shaped side plates 221. A pair of horizontal top plates 223 connect the two top ends of the two X-shaped side plates 221.
A pair of vertical reinforcing plates 224 are symmetrically disposed and vertically connect the horizontal bottom plate 222 and the corresponding horizontal top plate 223, respectively. A pair of horizontal reinforcing plates 225 is symmetrically disposed and horizontally connects the vertical reinforcing plates 224 at both sides. And, two X-shaped side plates 221 are fixedly connected to both sides of the vertical reinforcing plate 224. Two horizontal reinforcing plates 225 are each connected to the middle of the corresponding X-shaped side plate 221. So, effectively improve support intensity and reduce the consumptive material.
When the support frames are placed, the support frames 1 in two adjacent rows are arranged in a staggered mode, and ground settlement caused by centralized placement of the support frames 1 is reduced.
