Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a battery box protecting cover for an electric vehicle, and more particularly, to a battery box protecting cover for an electric vehicle, which can improve a stable storage position of a battery in a battery box and improve dust resistance of the battery box, thereby improving a use efficiency of the electric vehicle.
Background
The electric vehicle 1 is provided with an accommodating space 12 below a pedal 11 for supporting a driver, and as shown in the figure, a battery 13 for supplying power to the electric vehicle 1 is accommodated in the accommodating space 12.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the battery 13 is housed in a battery case 14; the battery 13 has a certain weight and volume, and the electric vehicle 1 needs to maintain a certain height from the ground, so the battery 13 and the battery box 14 are generally horizontally accommodated in the accommodating space 12 below the pedal plate 11, in order to maintain a certain supporting strength of the pedal plate 11 for the foot of the driver to rest, a reinforcing member 15 is disposed between the pedal plate 11 and the accommodating space 12, and the supporting strength of the pedal plate 11 is enhanced by the provision of the reinforcing member 15.
The conventional battery case 14 is provided for accommodating the battery 13; however, when the battery 13 needs to be maintained, replaced or drawn out for additional charging, the driver needs to remove the pedal 11 and the reinforcement 15, then pull up the battery box 14 that is horizontally arranged, i.e. pull the battery box 14 to be upright with the accommodating space 12, and then take out the battery 13 stored in the battery box 14. After the pedal 11 and the reinforcing member 15 are firstly disassembled, the battery box 14 is pulled up to be erected to extract the battery 13, on one hand, the pedal 11 and the reinforcing member 15 can be disassembled to cause engineering complexity, on the other hand, the battery 13 is accommodated in the battery box 14, the electric vehicle 1 can generate front and rear impact inertia force when running, the front and rear impact inertia force can cause the battery 13 to be rushed out of the battery box 14 to move forward slightly, and therefore the accommodating position of the battery 13 is unstable and the battery 13 is easy to collide to cause the vehicle body to be damaged.
Therefore, it is an urgent need to provide a battery box protecting cover for an electric vehicle to facilitate the removal of the batteries of the electric vehicle and to raise the position of the batteries in the battery box for stable storage.
