the top of the rear conveying bin is provided with a blow-washing electric heating mechanism, the blow-washing electric heating mechanism comprises a dust suction bin and a fixed bin which are arranged side by side, the bottom surface of the dust suction bin is provided with a dust suction hole, a dust suction cavity is arranged inside the dust suction bin, the top of the dust suction bin is provided with a dust suction pump, two sides of the middle position of the bottom surface of the dust suction bin are provided with positioning cylinders, a rolling brush is arranged between the positioning cylinders, the axial position of the rolling brush is provided with a rotating shaft, the end part of the rotating shaft is arranged in the positioning cylinders, the side wall of the bottom surface of the dust suction bin is provided with a driving motor; the bottom surface of the fixed bin is provided with a ceiling frame, the lower part of the ceiling frame is wound with a plurality of rows of electric heating wires which are arranged at equal intervals, the top surface of the fixed bin is provided with an auxiliary temperature controller, and the auxiliary temperature controller is electrically connected with the electric heating wires; the heating wire and the rolling brush are both arranged above the conveying roller.

The environmentally friendly plate positioning roller machine of printing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the conveying bed is provided with a collision alignment mechanism, the collision alignment mechanism comprises a suspended ceiling plate, the suspended ceiling plate is fixed on the bottom surface of the conveying bed, the bottom surface of the suspended ceiling plate is provided with a main hydraulic cylinder, the front portion of the main hydraulic cylinder is provided with a main piston rod, the front end of the main piston rod is provided with a main moving seat, the main moving seat is provided with a pair of clamping plates, the top ends of the clamping plates penetrate through the gaps between two adjacent conveying rollers, an auxiliary hydraulic cylinder is arranged between the top ends of the clamping plates and installed above the conveying rollers, the front portion of the auxiliary hydraulic cylinder is provided with an auxiliary piston rod, the front portion of the auxiliary piston rod is provided with a collision alignment plate, the auxiliary piston rod and the conveying rollers.

The environmentally friendly plate positioning roller machine of printing machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein: a top plate is arranged between the top ends of the clamping plates, the auxiliary hydraulic cylinder is installed on the top plate, an auxiliary moving seat is arranged at the front end of the auxiliary piston rod, and the auxiliary moving seat is installed at the back of the collision alignment plate.

The environmentally friendly plate positioning roller machine of printing machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the back between the lower ends of the clamping plates is provided with a pinch plate, the front between the lower ends of the clamping plates is provided with a butt plate, and the main movable seat is arranged on the butt plate.
