本发明公开了鳄鱼多肽蛋白精的配置及制作工艺，按照重量百分比的原料包括：鲜山药35％，鲜茨实10％，鲜杨梅2.5％，水2.5％，鳄鱼肉33.4％，红枣2.5％，白术2.5％，春砂仁2.5％，蛋清5％，蜂胶0.1％，人参1.5％，鳄鱼血2.5％，本发明制备得到的.鳄鱼多肽蛋白精具有深层滋养、补水、持久保湿的能力，提高肌肤的抵抗力，提高肌肤的抗菌抗辐射能力，对太阳紫外线照射后皮肤产生的黑褐斑具有良好的清除效果，同时又可保持皮肤水分，防止皮肤干燥引起的皱纹，增加皮肤弹性，稳定性高、可靠性好。

技术领域
本发明涉及护肤品制备技术领域，具体是一鳄鱼多肽蛋白精的配置及制作工艺。
背景技术
目前，为了达到淡化肌肤细小皱纹、色斑和痘疤，保持肌肤持久湿润等改善肤质的效果，现有技术中通常在化妆品中配入丰富的肌肤营养品或加入具有遮盖力、折射率高且微颗粒的着色力高的颜料，如银杏提取液、大豆卵磷脂、维生素、胶原蛋白、二氧化钛、红有机色素等等。丰富的营养成分使干性、中性、油性等肤质的肌肤更加滋润，强遮盖力的颜料针对肌肤上存在的细小皱纹、色斑、等进行遮盖。但是这些营养成分只有部分被肌肤吸收，而绝大部分只是残留在肌肤表面，因此造成浪费和残留的问题。更重要的是，有些保湿成分过于油腻，皮肤无法充分吸收，所形成油脂堆积于毛孔中，造成毛孔堵塞的问题；并且加入强遮盖力的颜料的化妆品，对调整色斑、雀斑、痘疤等色调上的缺点有效，而其对细小皱纹等明显形态上的缺点的改善却不太有效，甚至有时反而会使细小皱纹更加突出。
研究表明，鳄鱼油含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸。鳄鱼油的理化特性，与人体脂肪特别相沂，因而具有良奸的渗透性，因此鳄鱼油在皮肤中具有较好的渗透能力，可将药物成分携带至皮肤深层，促进皮肤的吸收。同时鳄鱼油在治疗创伤方面也具有良好的效果，对烫伤、烧伤、晒伤形成的疤痕与瘢痕，具有明显的修复作用。
但是，目前国内外对鳄鱼油产品的研究和应用还处于一个比较初级的水平，因此对鳄鱼油的研究开发和应用成为了技术人员研究的焦点和热点，同时也将会产生巨大的经济效益和社会效益。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种鳄鱼多肽蛋白精的配置及制作工艺，其特征在于，按照重量百分比的原料包括：鲜山药35％，鲜茨实10％，鲜杨梅2.5％，水2.5％，鳄鱼肉33.4％，红枣2.5％，白术2.5％，春砂仁2.5％，蛋清5％，蜂胶0.1％，人参1.5％，鳄鱼血2.5％。
具体步骤如下：
(1)按照重量百分比称取各原料并清洗；
(2)将清洗后的鲜山药、鲜杨梅、鲜茨实经过胶体磨，均质机以及加压糊化后加水，等待真空乳化合成。
(3)将清洗后的鳄鱼肉、人参、红枣、春砂仁放入萃取机进行萃取，然后加入鳄鱼血形成萃取液，将蜂胶加入萃取液中等待真空乳化合成，
(4)将步骤(2)和(3)制成的料物混合在一起，然后加入蛋清液进行真空脱水、风干制成成品料。
(5)将成品料经过高压消毒或紫外线消毒。
(6)检测合格后通知真空白装。
本发明制备得到的鳄鱼多肽蛋白精具有深层滋养、补水、持久保湿的能力，提高肌肤的抵抗力，提高肌肤的抗菌抗辐射能力，对太阳紫外线照射后皮肤产生的黑褐斑具有良好的清除效果，同时又可保持皮肤水分，防止皮肤干燥引起的皱纹，增加皮肤弹性，稳定性高、可靠性好。
上面对本专利的较佳实施方式作了详细说明，但是本专利并不限于上述实施方式，在本领域的普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内，还可以在不脱离本专利宗旨的前提下作出各种变化。

Claims (2)

1.鳄鱼多肽蛋白精的配置及制作工艺，其特征在于，按照重量百分比的原料包括：鲜山药35%，鲜茨实10%，鲜杨梅2.5%，水2.5%，鳄鱼肉33.4%，红枣2.5%，白术2.5%，春砂仁2.5%，蛋清5%，蜂胶0.1%，人参1.5%，鳄鱼血2.5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的鳄鱼多肽蛋白精的配置及制作工艺，其特征在于，具体步骤如下：
（1）按照重量百分比称取各原料并清洗；
（2）将清洗后的鲜山药、鲜杨梅、鲜茨实经过胶体磨，均质机以及加压糊化后加水，等待真空乳化合成；
（3）将清洗后的鳄鱼肉、人参、红枣、春砂仁放入萃取机进行萃取，然后加入鳄鱼血形成萃取液，将蜂胶加入萃取液中等待真空乳化合成；
（4）将步骤（2）和（3）制成的料物混合在一起，然后加入蛋清液进行真空脱水、风干制成成品料；
（5）将成品料经过高压消毒或紫外线消毒；
（6）检测合格后通知真空白装。
