Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of dental molding instruments, and discloses an improved complete denture upper jaw primary mold tray. Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of dental molding instruments, and particularly relates to an improved complete denture upper jaw primary mold tray.
Background
The complete denture impression can be divided into an open impression and a closed impression according to the position of the mandible during taking. When an open impression is prepared, a doctor presses the tray, and the skill of the doctor is different in operation experience, so that mucous membrane deformation can be caused, and pressure pain can occur after denture insertion. In the preparation of a closed impression, the impression is prepared at the median jaw position at the correct vertical distance, and the patient uses normal chewing pressure, which is physiological, natural and average pressure, rather than pressure applied to the patient by a doctor when taking the impression, the chewing pressure objectively represents the mucosa form in a functional state, and meanwhile, the patient actively performs muscle movements such as puckering, smiling, swallowing, biting and the like, so that the edge of the impression is matched with the movements of the muscles, thus the closed impression is the most accurate final impression.
The biggest technical key point of closed impression making is to make a waxy dike or a temporary denture in advance. The wax closing dykes are manufactured outside the mouth in advance, so that the upper wax closing dykes and the lower wax closing dykes cannot be aligned completely, and when the patient bites in the mouth, the correct bites can be determined only after the positions of the upper wax closing dykes and the lower wax closing dykes are adjusted repeatedly, so that the process is very time-consuming. 3. And when the functional digital complete denture (FSD) with easy adaptability is used for preparing an initial impression, the vertical distance and the horizontal relation of occlusion are directly determined by adding red paste to the upper jaw adjustable aluminum tray.

It is further preferred that the width of the dyke is 6-8mm.

The position, thickness, width and length of the tray handle are all set by simulating the middle incisors of the upper jaw, are all optimal choices, and can give the most comfortable use effect.
Still further preferably, the angle a between the end surface of the tray handle at the end remote from the tray base and the vertical surface is equal to 15 °.
Still more preferably, a plurality of overflow drain holes are also provided on the outer side of the dike. The overflow hole is convenient for the excessive impression material to overflow from the overflow hole after the maxillary impression is prepared, reduces the formation of bubbles on the tissue surface of the impression, and prevents the impression from demoulding.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
