Example 2
The embodiment provides a personalized complete denture, and the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) A fine impression of the patient's upper jaw was taken by open individual trays (by 3D printing of polylactic acid material) and polyether silicone rubber (3M) (fig. 1). While taking the fine impression, the morphology of the bilateral cheeks was reshaped by the functional movements of "swing jaw left and right", "pout up", "massage face and cheek horizontally" (fig. 3).
(2) A fine impression of the patient's lower jaw was taken through the polyether silicone rubber (fig. 2).
(3) The polyether silicone rubber with the thickness of 3mm is placed in the back third of the palatal side of the fine impression of the upper jaw and is placed in the mouth of a patient, the patient speaks the 13 th sentence 'gnawing hard steamed bun' in the phonic table for 3 times (table 1), and the sounds of 'k, g and ng' are simulated, so that the shape of the back third of the palatal area can be integrally molded (figure 3).

(9) The diagnosis false tooth is printed by polylactic acid (PLA) in a 3D printing (Lingtong II, beijing Sinotech) mode (figures 13 and 14), so that the personalized form of pronunciation shaping is completely copied by the form of the palate side of the upper jaw diagnosis false tooth (figure 13), the diagnosis false tooth is put into a patient mouth for trying, the patient can clearly pronounce without obvious foreign body sensation, the upper jaw diagnosis false tooth and the lower jaw diagnosis false tooth are good in retention stability and stable in occlusion, and the patient is quite satisfactory to the appearance (figure 15).
(10) The complete denture of the upper jaw and the lower jaw is manufactured by filling glue and injection molding (figures 16 and 17).
After the patient tries on the final denture, the denture can clearly pronounce without obvious foreign body sensation, the denture fixing stability is good when the upper jaw and the lower jaw are used for diagnosing, the occlusion is stable, and the patient is very satisfied with the appearance.
