In this exemplary embodiment, the identifier of the visitor included in the first phone list may be an identification number or a character with unique identification assigned to the visitor by the loan company, and the like, and the implementation of the present invention is not limited. And the identification of each revisit in the first telephone list corresponds to one telephone number corresponding to the revisit.
Step 220, when the dialing result indicates that the first telephone list has the un-dialed telephone number, performing alternate dialing operation on the un-dialed telephone number of the first telephone list according to a preset rule to obtain a target alternate dialing result.
The preset rule mentioned in step 220 will be described in the following embodiments, which are not repeated herein.
When the target dialing result indicates that the first phone list has the number to be updated, acquiring a supplementary number of the number to be updated from a preset phone list to generate a supplementary number list, which may include: and acquiring the identifier of the visitor corresponding to the number to be updated when the target dialing result indicates that the first telephone list has the number to be updated, and acquiring the supplementary number of the number to be updated from a preset telephone list according to the identifier of the visitor corresponding to the number to be updated so as to generate a supplementary number list. It should be noted that the supplementary number to be updated has a priority level next to the number to be updated. The supplementary numbers to be updated are described below: assuming that the above-mentioned return visit is a borrower of a loan company, the loan company generally needs to provide a plurality of telephone numbers when accepting a loan request from the borrower, and to set a priority level of each telephone number in accordance with the degree of association with the borrower, and a telephone number having a high priority level is a supplementary number to a telephone number having a low priority level for the same borrower.
And step 250, when the dialing result indicates that the first telephone list has no un-dialed telephone number, suspending the telephone call return visit of the person who visits included in the first telephone list.
And step 260, when the target dialing result indicates that the first telephone list does not have the number to be updated, suspending the telephone return visit of the person who returns the call contained in the first telephone list.

By executing the steps, the automatic screening of the un-dialed telephone number can be realized according to the dialing result of each time and the target dialing result of each time, the technical problems of long time consumption and large error of manual screening of the un-dialed telephone number are solved, and the telephone return visit efficiency is greatly improved.
Optionally, in an exemplary embodiment, a return visit voice library may be stored in advance in the telephone dialing system, and when the telephone number is dialed, a return visit voice matched with the return visit voice library may be obtained from the return visit voice library based on reply information of a return visitor corresponding to the telephone number, so as to implement automatic telephone return visit.
By implementing the method, the call return visit efficiency can be improved, and the return visit investment cost can be reduced by intelligent return visit.
Fig. 3 is a detailed flowchart of step 220 shown in accordance with a corresponding embodiment of fig. 2. As shown in fig. 3, step 220 may include the steps of:
And step 222, sequentially carrying out alternate dialing operation on the telephone numbers contained in the second telephone list to obtain a current alternate dialing result.
In step 224, the second phone list is updated according to the un-dialed phone number in the second phone list, and the step 222 is continued.
And step 225, obtaining a current dialing result, and updating the first telephone list according to the current dialing result to obtain a target dialing result.
In step 226, when the current dialing result indicates that no un-dialed phone number exists in the second phone list, the current dialing result is obtained, and the updating operation is performed on the first phone list according to the current dialing result to obtain the target dialing result.
The following describes the implementation of step 221 in detail:
in an exemplary embodiment, when the dialing result indicates that the first phone list has un-dialed phone numbers, extracting the un-dialed phone numbers from the first phone list to generate a second phone list, including:
and when the dialing result indicates that the un-dialed telephone number exists in the first telephone list, judging whether an empty number exists in the un-dialed telephone number existing in the first telephone list.
And when no empty number exists, generating a second telephone list by using the non-dialed telephone number extracted from the first telephone list.
And when the empty number exists, removing the empty number from the un-dialed telephone number extracted from the first telephone list to obtain a second telephone list.
If the number of the un-dialed phone number in the first phone list has an empty number, when the current dialing times meet the preset dialing times or the current dialing result indicates that the un-dialed phone number does not exist in the second phone list, the specific description of obtaining the current dialing result is as follows:
when the current dialing times meet the preset dialing times or the current dialing result indicates that no un-dialed telephone number exists in the second telephone list, adding the null number into the second telephone list as the un-dialed telephone number of the second telephone list;
and obtaining the current dial-in result according to the un-dialed telephone number of the second telephone list added with the empty number.
By implementing the exemplary embodiment, the null number is not dialed twice, and the efficiency of the alternate dialing operation can be effectively improved.
The above-described steps (shown in fig. 2 and 3) are described below by way of example:
assuming that the preset telephone list comprises 3 borrower identifications, namely a, b and c, the telephone numbers matched with a in the preset telephone list are a1, a2 and a3 respectively, wherein the priority level is a1> a2> a 3; the telephone numbers matched with b in the preset telephone list are b1, b2 and b3 respectively, wherein the priority level is b1> b2> b 3; the phone numbers matched by c in the preset phone list are c1, c2 and c3 respectively, wherein the priority level is c1> c2> c 3. If the preset dialing times are 3 times, the specific dialing operation for multiple dialing times is as follows: extracting a1, b1 and c1 from a preset telephone list, sequentially dialing, if b1 and c1 are not dialed, sequentially dialing b1 and c1, if b1 and c1 are not dialed, sequentially dialing b1 and c1, if c1 is not dialed, dialing c2, if c2 is not dialed for three times, dialing c3, and if c3 is not dialed for three times, pausing call return.
By implementing the method, the call return visit efficiency can be improved, the return visit investment cost can be reduced by intelligent return visit, and the call return visit efficiency can be further improved.
Fig. 4 is a flow chart illustrating yet another method of phone dialing rounds in accordance with an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 4, the method comprises the steps of:
for detailed descriptions of steps 410 to 450, please refer to the description of steps 210 to 240 and step 270 in the phone dialing method shown in fig. 2, and the embodiments of the present invention are not repeated.
And 470, acquiring the return visit information of the target return visitor according to the identification of the target return visitor, wherein the return visit information at least comprises the return visit times and the information feedback index.
And step 480, obtaining the return visit score of the target return visitor according to the return visit information.
The above return visit information is described as follows: assuming that the return visit is a borrower of the loan company, the return visit information of the target return visitor mentioned in step 470 may include the number of return visits as the number of pickup times, and the information feedback index may be obtained by integrating the loan amount and the number of overdue days, so that the return visit score of the target return visitor obtained according to the return visit information may indicate the credit degree of the target borrower. The target reviewer with the return visit score smaller than the preset score has lower credit degree, and the target reviewer with the lower credit degree is marked, so that the identification degree is favorably improved, and the fund return danger of the loan company can be effectively reduced.
Optionally, in an exemplary embodiment, after obtaining the return visit score of the target return visitor according to the return visit information, social account information associated with the identifier of the target return visitor may be further obtained, return visit prompt information matching the return visit score from a preset prompt material library according to the return visit score of the target return visitor may be further obtained, and the return visit prompt information may be sent according to the social account information. By implementing the method, for the visitor who does not successfully return the call, the return visit prompt message can be sent according to the social account information of the visitor to achieve the purpose of prompting the visitor, and the method for combining the call return visit and the return visit prompt message can further improve the call return visit effect. It should be noted that the social account information associated with the identifier of the target visitor may be a mailbox account, a QQ account, or a WeChat account, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited.
