本发明公开了正反双向紧固螺钉,其特征在于:包括螺杆套筒和螺杆,螺杆套筒的外圆设有外螺纹,螺杆套筒的外圆顶部连接外六角头,螺杆套筒的内孔与外圆之间具有偏心,螺杆从螺杆套筒的内孔穿过与螺杆套筒的内孔螺纹旋接,螺杆套筒的底部下方设有压紧块,压紧块连接于螺杆的下杆端,压紧块与螺杆之间可进行相对转动,压紧块的下方设有挡圈,挡圈与螺杆的下杆端固定相连,螺杆套筒的底部端面固定有限位块,限位块对压紧块的转动进行周向限位,压紧块在没有接触限位块时,压紧块可随螺杆同步转动。本发明可从正反双向对上下联接件进行压紧,解决特殊安装场合下的上下联接件的连接问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种紧固件产品,具体涉及一种正反双向紧固螺钉。
背景技术
对于上下联接件之间的连接,很多时候会采用到螺栓紧固方式,这时一般需要下联接件的安装孔要设置螺纹孔,如果下联接件的安装孔没办法设置螺纹孔,那么要从螺栓的底部拧上螺母,利用螺母的旋紧来实现对下联接件的紧固,但当下联接件的底部空间很小、安装孔内置或螺母没法设置和扳动时,这时的上下联接件连接就会存在问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是在于提供一种可从正反双向对上下联接件进行压紧,解决特殊安装场合下的上下联接件连接问题的正反双向紧固螺钉。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实施的:
正反双向紧固螺钉,其特征在于:包括螺杆套筒和螺杆,螺杆套筒的外圆设有外螺纹,螺杆套筒的外圆顶部连接外六角头,螺杆套筒的内孔与外圆之间具有偏心,螺杆从螺杆套筒的内孔穿过与螺杆套筒的内孔螺纹旋接,螺杆套筒的底部下方设有压紧块,压紧块连接于螺杆的下杆端,压紧块与螺杆之间可进行相对转动,压紧块的下方设有挡圈,挡圈与螺杆的下杆端固定相连,螺杆套筒的底部端面固定有限位块,限位块对压紧块的转动进行周向限位,压紧块在没有接触限位块时,压紧块可随螺杆同步转动;压紧块在转动起始位置,其外缘周边的全部位于螺杆套筒外圆所围出的外延空间内,压紧块在转动终了位置,其外缘周边的局部会离开螺杆套筒外圆所围出的外延空间。
上述技术方案的正反双向紧固螺钉,工作原理是:将紧固螺钉从上往下装入到上下联接件的安装孔内,螺杆套筒外圆的外螺纹与上连接件安装孔的内螺纹进行螺纹旋接,当螺纹旋接到位后,螺杆套筒的外六角头会对上联接件从上面方向进行压紧,接下来往退出螺杆套筒方向拧动螺杆,压紧块随螺杆同步转动,当压紧块转动最大角度后,压紧块会碰到限位块,于是压紧块停止转动,此时压紧块的外缘周边已经有局部离开螺杆套筒外圆所围出的外延空间,继续拧动螺杆,螺杆通过挡圈会带动压紧块抬升,使压紧块对下联接件从下面方向进行压紧。由于能够从正反双向对上下联接件进行压紧,所以解决了背景技术中提到的特殊安装场合下的上下联接件连接问题。
作为优选,所述压紧块的内孔与螺杆的下杆端外圆之间为过渡配合。上述设计结构简单,可方便实现压紧块在没有碰到限位块时,能够随螺杆同步转动。
作为优选,所述压紧块为偏心圆并带局部缺口,局部缺口对应所述挡块,偏心圆的外圆直径等于或略小于螺杆套筒的外圆直径。上述设计可使压紧块在最大转动角度位置时其外缘周边有最大面积的局部离开螺杆套筒外圆所围出的外延空间,来实现对下联接件的可靠固紧。

具体实施方式
如图所示,本发明的正反双向紧固螺钉,包括螺杆套筒1和螺杆2,螺杆套筒的外圆4设有外螺纹10,螺杆套筒的外圆4顶部连接外六角头9,螺杆套筒的内孔3与外圆4之间具有偏心,螺杆2从螺杆套筒的内孔3穿过与螺杆套筒的内孔3螺纹旋接,螺杆套筒1的底部下方设有压紧块5,压紧块5连接于螺杆2的下杆端,压紧块5的内孔与螺杆2的下杆端外圆之间为过渡配合,压紧块5与螺杆2之间可进行相对转动,压紧块5的下方设有挡圈6,挡圈6与螺杆2的下杆端固定相连,螺杆套筒1的底部端面固定有限位块8,限位块8对压紧块5的转动进行周向限位,压紧块5在没有接触限位块8时,压紧块5可随螺杆2同步转动;压紧块5在转动起始位置(图1、2所示),其外缘周边的全部位于螺杆套筒外圆4所围出的外延空间内,压紧块5在转动终了位置(图3、4所示),其外缘周边的局部会离开螺杆套筒外圆4所围出的外延空间。压紧块5为偏心圆并带局部缺口7,局部缺口7对应所述挡块8,偏心圆的外圆直径略小于螺杆套筒的外圆4直径,一般有0.5mm即可。
上述的正反双向紧固螺钉,可从上下两个方向对上联接件A、下联接件B进行压紧,使用时,将紧固螺钉从上往下装入到上下联接件的安装孔内,螺杆套筒外圆的外螺纹10与上连接件A安装孔的内螺纹进行螺纹旋接,当螺纹旋接到位后,螺杆套筒的外六角头9会对上联接件A从上面方向进行压紧,接下来往退出螺杆套筒1方向拧动螺杆2,压紧块5随螺杆2同步转动,当压紧块5转动最大角度后,压紧块5会碰到限位块8,于是压紧块5停止转动,此时压紧块5的外缘周边已经有局部离开螺杆套筒外圆4所围出的外延空间,继续拧动螺杆2,螺杆2通过挡圈6会带动压紧块5抬升,使压紧块5对下联接件B从下面方向进行压紧。由于能够从正反双向对上下联接件进行压紧,所以解决了背景技术中提到的特殊安装场合下的上下联接件连接问题。

1.正反双向紧固螺钉,其特征在于:包括螺杆套筒和螺杆,螺杆套筒的外圆设有外螺纹,螺杆套筒的外圆顶部连接外六角头,螺杆套筒的内孔与外圆之间具有偏心,螺杆从螺杆套筒的内孔穿过与螺杆套筒的内孔螺纹旋接,螺杆套筒的底部下方设有压紧块,压紧块连接于螺杆的下杆端,压紧块与螺杆之间可进行相对转动,压紧块的下方设有挡圈,挡圈与螺杆的下杆端固定相连,螺杆套筒的底部端面固定有限位块,限位块对压紧块的转动进行周向限位,压紧块在没有接触限位块时,压紧块可随螺杆同步转动;压紧块在转动起始位置,其外缘周边的全部位于螺杆套筒外圆所围出的外延空间内,压紧块在转动终了位置,其外缘周边的局部会离开螺杆套筒外圆所围出的外延空间。
2.如权利要求1所述的正反双向紧固螺钉,其特征在于:所述压紧块的内孔与螺杆的下杆端外圆之间为过渡配合。
3.如权利要求1所述的正反双向紧固螺钉,其特征在于:所述压紧块为偏心圆并带局部缺口,局部缺口对应所述挡块,偏心圆的外圆直径等于或略小于螺杆套筒的外圆直径。
