Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a trademark adhesive, in particular to a water-resistant crystal plastic trademark adhesive and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, most of trademark glue on the market is prepared from soybean protein and casein, but with the rise of the prices of the soybean protein and the casein, the requirements on the performance of the product are more comprehensive. People adopt modified polyvinyl alcohol as a raw material for preparing trademark glue. However, in the prior art, the solid content of the trademark glue which takes the modified polyvinyl alcohol as the raw material is lower than 30 percent, the purity is unstable, and all indexes can not meet the requirements, thereby restricting the development of the modified polyvinyl alcohol to the trademark glue industry.
The prior art Chinese patent CN106753064A discloses a modified polyvinyl alcohol water-resistant trademark adhesive, which adopts modified polyvinyl alcohol as a raw material, but does not give the specific characteristics of the modified polyvinyl alcohol; in practicability, the labeling is easy to bulge and wrinkle because of low solid content ratio; moreover, the pH value of the trademark glue prepared by the patent can only achieve the water-resistant effect, but can not achieve the crystal transparent effect, and the prepared trademark has poor adhesiveness, and can not meet the problems of high requirements on the existing market, trademark adaptability and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a water-resistant crystal plastic trademark glue and a preparation method thereof, the prepared trademark glue is transparent in crystal, water-resistant and easy to adhere, has strong trademark applicability and low cost in subsequent cleaning, and can simultaneously meet and replace the quality requirements of casein glue and common modified polyvinyl alcohol.
Based on the purpose, the invention provides a water-resistant crystal plastic trademark adhesive which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 18-23 parts of modified polyvinyl alcohol, 5-6 parts of urea, 0.3-0.6 part of defoaming agent, 2-3 parts of modified starch, 2-3 parts of cross-linking agent, 0.1-0.4 part of preservative, 1-5 parts of kaolin and 65-75 parts of water.
Further, the crystal plastic water-resistant trademark glue is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 19-21 parts of modified polyvinyl alcohol, 5-5.5 parts of urea, 0.4-0.6 part of defoaming agent, 2-2.5 parts of modified starch, 2-2.5 parts of cross-linking agent, 0.1-0.2 part of preservative, 1-2 parts of kaolin and 68-71 parts of water.
Further, the crystal plastic water-resistant trademark glue is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 parts of modified polyvinyl alcohol, 5 parts of urea, 0.5 part of defoaming agent, 2.5 parts of modified starch, 2.5 parts of cross-linking agent, 0.1 part of preservative, 1 part of kaolin and 70 parts of water.
Wherein the urea plays a role in dispersion; the kaolin solves the problem of difficult drying of the plastic label caused by incapability of absorbing water and impermeability, plays a role in drying, and accelerates the drying of the label; the modified starch has thickening effect, and makes the colloid transparent, so that the crystal marking line is not too obvious.
Furthermore, the viscosity number of the modified polyvinyl alcohol is 24-32, the alcohol content is 99.5, and the ash content is less than 0.5. The modified polyvinyl alcohol adopted by the invention has small particle size, 99.5 alcohol content, less than 0.5 ash content, low methanol content, 24-32 viscosity value, increased viscosity, improved water resistance and easy water solubility at high temperature.
Further, the defoaming agent is tributyl phosphate. The defoamer reduces foam during colloid use.
Further, the cross-linking agent is modified polyamine resin. The water-soluble cation modified polyamine resin improves the water resistance and the adhesive force of the surface tension base material.
Further, the preservative is potassium sorbate. The preservative prolongs the storage period, and the food-grade preservative is safe and environment-friendly.
A preparation method of the crystal plastic water-resistant trademark glue comprises the following steps:
preparing the raw materials of the water-resistant crystal plastic trademark glue in parts by weight, adding water into a reactor, stirring and heating to 30-35 ℃; adding modified polyvinyl alcohol and stirring for 10-20 min; adding modified starch, and stirring for 10-20 min; adding defoaming agent, stirring for 20-30min, heating to 60-70 deg.C, adding urea, keeping the temperature for 20min, adding kaolin, heating to 90-95 deg.C, cooling to 70-80 deg.C, adding crosslinking agent, and keeping the temperature for 30 min; cooling to 60-70 deg.C, adding antiseptic, and keeping the temperature for 20 min.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the trademark glue prepared by the invention can meet the requirements of paper trademarks and crystal plastic trademarks, is transparent, achieves the long-acting water-resistant effect, and can meet the high requirement of wine industry on labeling quality.
The label adhesive disclosed by the invention is softer in performance, cannot cause label tearing phenomenon, has strong adaptability to aluminum foil, copper plate label paper and the like, and is suitable for labeling machines of 18000-.
The high-molecular active modified polyvinyl alcohol adopted by the invention has the advantage that the speed of absorbing water is accelerated when the bottle washing temperature reaches about 60 ℃; when the temperature is increased to 80 ℃, the label paper begins to fall off, the glue on the old bottle can be cleaned by matching a small amount of alkali liquor with a small amount of auxiliary agent or adding no auxiliary agent, and the soaking time of the old bottle is reduced, so that the bottle washing cost and the bottle washing energy consumption are reduced.
The trademark glue prepared by the invention is strong in environmental protection, non-toxic and odorless, solves the problem of ammonia water in the existing casein glue, and is safe and non-irritant to people.
The product of the invention is a water-based system, can not burn when contacting with fire, and has no volatilization of combustible gas.
