Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a using method of a wood wine box, which can position and reinforce a wine bottle in the process of carrying the wine box, in order to overcome the defects of the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a using method of a wooden wine box comprises a box body, a box cover hinged with the box body, a partition plate arranged in the box body, a round hole arranged on the partition plate, a bottle opening fixing device, a bottle bottom fixing device, a lifting handle arranged on the box body and a reinforcing device, wherein the lifting handle and the reinforcing device can move up and down; the lifting handle is provided with a first position embedded on the box body, a second position extending out of the upper part of the box body and a third position retracted into the box body; comprises the following steps
a. Opening the box cover from the box body, enabling the bottle mouth of the wine bottle to penetrate through the round hole and the bottle mouth fixing device in an inclined state, and moving the wine bottle upwards continuously until the wine bottle is completely placed in the box body;
b. after the lower part of the wine bottle is adjusted to be right opposite to the bottle bottom fixing device, the wine bottle is moved downwards, and the lower part of the wine bottle is placed into the bottle bottom fixing device;
c. and the handle is pulled upwards, so that the handle is converted from the first position to the second position, and the reinforcing device is driven to perform reinforcing operation on the wine bottle.
According to the wine bottle lifting device, after the lifting handle is pulled out to the position of extending out of the box body, the reinforcing device can be used for simultaneously reinforcing and damping the wine bottle, so that the position of the wine bottle is fixed by the box body and is further improved, the wine bottle is prevented from excessively shaking or colliding with the box body in the lifting process, the possibility of breaking the wine bottle is reduced, and the quality of the wine is improved after the wine bottle shakes; the reinforcing device can automatically perform reinforcing operation when the handle is pulled out, compared with a structure which is separately and additionally provided with a fixing structure, the structure is simpler, the condition that the operation of the separate fixing structure is forgotten before carrying is avoided, the wine bottle is automatically reinforced when the wine box is carried each time, the operation is simple and convenient, and the reinforcing effect is stable; and the handle is at the in-process that retracts into to the box body, and the beverage bottle also can be consolidated equally, so in the transportation, can with the handle retraction to the box body in to in the in-process of transportation, can enough guarantee that the beverage bottle is consolidated, can avoid the handle to stretch out the box body again and occupy too much space.
The bottleneck fixing device comprises a fixing ring, a plurality of clamping jaws arranged on the fixing ring and a flexible layer arranged on the inner walls of the clamping jaws, the upper ends of the clamping jaws are fixedly connected with the fixing ring, and the lower ends of the clamping jaws can swing relative to the fixing ring; the reinforcing device comprises a moving ring which can move up and down and is sleeved outside the clamping jaws, two connecting arms connected with the moving ring, a first driving part and a second driving part, gaps are formed between the adjacent clamping jaws, and the moving ring drives the clamping jaws to mutually approach to eliminate the gaps in the downward moving process of the moving ring; the lower parts of the clamping jaws can swing, so that the caliber formed by the matching and enclosing of the lower parts of the clamping jaws is larger, and the bottle mouth can be conveniently inserted; adopt this kind of mode to carry out the centre gripping fixed to the bottleneck of beverage bottle, the centre gripping is more inseparable, and the centre gripping is respond well, can enough realize strengthening the stability of bottleneck, can avoid again that the bottleneck receives excessive centre gripping and breakage.
The bottle bottom fixing device comprises a cavity arranged at the bottom of the box body, an opening communicated with the cavity and used for the bottle bottom of a wine bottle to penetrate, a shock absorption seat arranged outside the opening and arranged in the cavity in an enclosing manner, a rubber layer arranged on the inner wall of the shock absorption seat, a tray capable of moving up and down and arranged in the shock absorption seat, an elastic support part acting on the tray and a plurality of limiting feet arranged on the tray, wherein each limiting foot comprises an arc-shaped top and a foot leg used for connecting the top and the tray; with the structure, when the wine bottle is placed on the tray, the elastic supporting piece is compressed by the weight of the wine bottle, and then the tray moves downwards, so that more lower parts of the wine bottle enter the damping seat, and the lower parts of the wine bottle are prevented from falling out of the damping seat in the lifting process; the elastic supporting piece and the rubber layer have the damping function, so that good damping on the wine bottle is realized; in the structure, when the wine bottle needs to be taken out, the elastic supporting piece has an upward jacking force on the wine bottle, so that the wine bottle is taken more easily; the arrangement of the limiting feet reduces the contact area between the tray and the rubber layer, and the movement of the tray is easier; and the arrangement of the limiting feet also avoids the left and right deviation of the tray, and further reduces the shaking of the wine bottle.
The first driving part comprises a plurality of convex teeth arranged on the connecting arm, a first gear piece which is rotatably arranged on the box body and is meshed with the convex teeth, a movable block connected with the support rod and a rack which is arranged on the movable block and is meshed with the first gear piece, the part of the movable block, corresponding to the upper part of the rack, is a smooth surface, and when the handle is located at the first position, the first gear piece is meshed with the uppermost position of the rack.
The second driving part comprises a second gear piece which is rotatably arranged on the box body and is meshed with the convex teeth, a third gear piece which is meshed with the second gear piece, an extending convex part formed by extending the side part of the movable block outwards and a plurality of driving teeth which are arranged on the extending convex part and are meshed with the third gear piece; the part of the extending convex part corresponding to the lower parts of the plurality of driving teeth is provided with a smooth surface, and the third gear piece is meshed with the driving teeth at the lowest position; with the structure, when the handle is pulled upwards to move the movable block upwards, the rack rail on the movable block drives the first gear piece to rotate, and then the connecting arm is driven to move downwards through the convex teeth to drive the movable ring to move downwards, so that the annular caliber formed by the surrounding of the lower part of the clamping jaw is reduced, and the bottle mouth of the wine bottle is pressed and positioned; in the process that the movable block moves upwards, the third gear piece is in contact with the smooth surface of the extending convex part, so that the free rotation of the second gear piece and the third gear piece is not influenced; when the lifting handle moves downwards and retracts into the box body, the movable block and the extending convex part move downwards, the third gear piece is driven to rotate by the driving gear, the third gear piece drives the second gear piece to rotate, and the second gear piece drives the connecting arm to move downwards by the convex gear; in the process that the movable block moves downwards, the first gear is in contact with the part of the smooth surface on the movable block, so that the free rotation of the first gear piece is not influenced; with the structure, the connecting arm can be driven to move downwards when the lifting handle extends out of the box body and retracts into the box body respectively through the same movable block, so that the condition that two groups of parts are independently arranged is avoided, the number of parts of equipment is small, the parts are difficult to damage, the assembly is convenient, and the processing efficiency is high; preferably, the diameter of the second gear is 2-3 times of that of the third gear, so that the handle can move downwards for a long distance only by moving downwards for a short distance, and the length of the handle required to be retracted into the box body is reduced.
The box body comprises a left box body and a right box body, wherein a first accommodating cavity for the holding part to move up and down, a second accommodating cavity for the movable block to move up and down, a channel for communicating the first accommodating cavity with the second accommodating cavity and for the support rod to move up and down, a third accommodating cavity for the two connecting arms to move up and down, a fourth accommodating cavity for the second gear piece to be placed and a fifth accommodating cavity for the fixing ring to be placed are respectively arranged on the left box body and the right box body; the fourth accommodating cavity is communicated with the second accommodating cavity and the third accommodating cavity; a guide part matched with the movable block is arranged in the second accommodating cavity, and a guide groove for the guide part to penetrate is formed in the movable block; with the structure, after all parts can be assembled on the left box body or the right box body, the box body on the other side is connected, so that the assembly difficulty is low; and above-mentioned a plurality of holding chambeies can carry on spacingly to the spare part in the box body, have avoided carrying rocking that takes place to make the possibility that appears breaking away each other between each spare part of carrying the wine box in-process, reduce the fault rate.
A reset piece is arranged in the first accommodating groove, the lower end of the reset piece is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the first accommodating groove, and the upper end of the reset piece is abutted against the holding part; the holding part is provided with a locking structure used for limiting the handle at a third position; when the lifting handle is converted from being retracted into the box body to being embedded on the box body, the lifting handle can be automatically lifted back to be embedded on the box body under the action of the reset piece only by releasing the position locking of the lifting handle, so that the situation that the lifting handle is difficult to take out after being retracted into the box body is avoided; and the box body also needs to be provided with a groove for fingers to pass through so as to lift the lifting handle retracted into the box body upwards, so that the appearance is more attractive.
After the lifting handle is pulled out to the position extending out of the box body, the reinforcing device can simultaneously perform reinforcing and damping operations on the wine bottle, so that the possibility of breaking the wine bottle is reduced, and the quality of the wine is improved after the wine bottle shakes is reduced; the reinforcing device can automatically perform reinforcing operation when the lifting handle is pulled out, the wine bottle is automatically reinforced, the operation is simple and convenient, and the reinforcing effect is stable; in the transportation process, the lifting handle can be retracted into the box body, the wine bottle is guaranteed to be reinforced, and meanwhile the lifting handle can be prevented from extending out of the box body to occupy too much space.
Detailed Description
The using method of the wood wine box comprises the following steps
a. The box cover is opened from the box body, the bottle mouth of the wine bottle penetrates through the round hole (31) and the bottle mouth fixing device in an inclined state, and the wine bottle is moved upwards continuously until the wine bottle is completely placed in the box body;
b. after the lower part of the wine bottle is adjusted to be right opposite to the bottle bottom fixing device, the wine bottle is moved downwards, and the lower part of the wine bottle is placed into the bottle bottom fixing device;
c. and the handle is pulled upwards, so that the handle is converted from the first position to the second position, and the reinforcing device is driven to perform reinforcing operation on the wine bottle.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1-7, the wine box includes a box body 1, a box cover 2, a partition plate 3, a bottle mouth fixing device, a bottle bottom fixing device, a handle 4 and a reinforcing device, wherein the box cover 2 is hinged with the box body, the partition plate 3 is arranged in the box body, and a round hole 31 for a bottle mouth of a wine bottle to pass through is arranged on the partition plate; the bottle mouth fixing device is used for positioning the bottle mouth of the wine bottle; the bottle bottom fixing device is used for positioning the lower part of the wine bottle; the lifting handle 4 is arranged on the box body 1 and can move up and down, and is provided with a first position embedded on the box body 1, a second position extending out of the upper part of the box body 1 and a third position retracting into the box body 1; the reinforcing device is arranged on the box body 1 and used for reinforcing and damping the wine bottle when the handle 4 is located at the first position and the third position.
Specifically, the bottleneck fixing device comprises a fixing ring 51, a plurality of clamping jaws 52 arranged on the fixing ring and a flexible layer arranged on the inner walls of the clamping jaws, wherein the upper ends of the clamping jaws 52 are fixedly connected with the fixing ring 51, and the lower ends of the clamping jaws can swing relative to the fixing ring 51; the clamping jaw 52 and the fixing ring are preferably made of plastics and have certain deformation capacity, and the flexible layer is made of rubber and fixedly connected to the inner wall of the clamping jaw through bonding; the reinforcing device comprises a moving ring 61, two connecting arms 62 connected with the moving ring, a first driving part for driving the moving ring 61 to move downwards when the handle moves from the first position to the second position, and a second driving part for driving the moving ring 61 to move downwards when the handle 4 moves from the first position to the third position; the movable ring 61 is sleeved outside the clamping jaws in a vertically movable manner, a gap is formed between every two adjacent clamping jaws 52, and the movable ring drives the clamping jaws 52 to mutually approach to eliminate the gap in the downward movement process of the movable ring 61; further, the handle 4 includes a holding portion 41, two support rods 42 connected to the holding portion, and two grasping portions 43 disposed on the holding portion, the two grasping portions 43 are disposed symmetrically, and the outermost ends of the grasping portions 43 are flush with the end portions of the holding portion 41, and the grasping portions and the holding portion are integrally formed.
The first driving part comprises a plurality of convex teeth 71 arranged on the connecting arm, a first gear piece 72 which is rotatably arranged on the box body and is meshed with the convex teeth, a movable block 73 connected with the support rod and a rack 74 which is arranged on the movable block and is meshed with the first gear piece, the part of the movable block corresponding to the upper part of the rack 74 is a smooth surface, and when the handle 4 is at the first position, the first gear piece 72 is meshed with the uppermost part of the rack 74; the first gear piece is a metal gear directly purchased in the market, and the rack is formed by a plurality of convex teeth uniformly distributed on the side wall of the movable block at intervals; the second driving part comprises a second gear 81 which is rotatably arranged on the box body and is meshed with the convex teeth, a third gear 82 which is meshed with the second gear, an extending convex part 83 formed by extending the side part of the movable block outwards and a plurality of driving teeth 84 which are arranged on the extending convex part and are meshed with the third gear; the extending convex portion 83 is provided as a smooth surface corresponding to the lower portion of the plurality of driving teeth 84, and the third gear member 82 is engaged with the driving teeth 84 at the lowermost position; wherein, the second gear piece and the third gear piece are metal gears directly purchased in the market.
The box body 1 comprises a left box body 11 and a right box body 12, wherein a first containing cavity 13 for the holding part to move up and down, a second containing cavity 14 for the movable block to move up and down, a channel 15 for communicating the first containing cavity with the second containing cavity and for the stay bar to move up and down, a third containing cavity 16 for the two connecting arms to move up and down, a fourth containing cavity 17 for the second gear part to be placed and a fifth containing cavity 18 for the fixing ring to be placed are respectively arranged on the left box body and the right box body; the fourth accommodating cavity is communicated with the second accommodating cavity and the third accommodating cavity; a guide part 141 matched with the movable block 73 is arranged in the second accommodating cavity 14, and a guide groove 731 for the guide part to penetrate is arranged on the movable block 73; a reset piece is arranged in the first accommodating groove 13, the reset piece is a spring, the lower end of the reset piece is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the first accommodating groove 13, and the upper end of the reset piece is abutted against the holding part 41.
The holding portion 41 is provided with a locking structure for limiting the handle 4 to a third position, specifically, the locking structure comprises a rotating rod 91 rotatably arranged in the holding portion, an assembling groove 92 arranged on the holding portion and matched with the rotating rod, and a knob 93 arranged on the upper surface of the holding portion and connected with the rotating rod; the side wall of the assembling groove 92 is of an arc-shaped structure, so that the rotating rod can conveniently rotate, and the positions of the assembling groove corresponding to the two sides of the holding part are arranged as openings, so that the rotating rod can conveniently rotate out; the left box body and the right box body are respectively provided with a locking groove 94 for the penetration of the rotating rod, and the locking groove 94 comprises a first groove body 941 and a second groove body 942 which are mutually communicated; preferably, the first slot 941 has a length greater than that of the second slot 942, and the depth of the first slot 941 is less than that of the second slot 942.
Further, the bottle bottom fixing device comprises a cavity 101 arranged at the bottom of the box body, a round opening 102 communicated with the cavity and used for the bottle bottom of a wine bottle to penetrate, a shock absorption seat 103, a rubber layer 104 arranged on the inner wall of the shock absorption seat, a tray 105 capable of moving up and down and arranged in the shock absorption seat, an elastic support member 106 acting on the tray and a plurality of limiting feet arranged on the tray, wherein the limiting feet comprise an arc-shaped top 107 and foot legs 108 used for connecting the top and the tray; the shock absorption seat 103 is arranged in the cavity, the position of the shock absorption seat is positioned below the opening, and the whole shock absorption seat is surrounded outside the opening; the rubber layer 104 is fixedly connected on the inner wall of the shock absorption seat through bonding, the elastic supporting piece is a spring, one end of the elastic supporting piece is fixedly connected with the tray, and the other end of the elastic supporting piece is fixedly connected with the bottom of the cavity; the outer surface of the top part is in contact with the rubber layer.
