Abstract
The invention discloses an assembly welding device based on a powder metallurgy product, which comprises an upper die, a lower die and an elbow clamp assembly for controlling the opening and closing of the die; the upper die and the lower die are positioned and fixed through pins and pin holes; the lower side of the upper die is provided with a pressing assembly corresponding to a product to be welded; the pressing assembly comprises a supporting assembly, a pressing claw and a pressing sheet; the upper end part of the pressing claw is inserted into a sliding hole matched with the pressing claw, which is arranged on the supporting frame, and a first spring is arranged in the sliding hole; the pressing sheet is movably connected with a pin hole corresponding to the support frame through a sliding pin, and a second spring is sleeved on the sliding pin; the lower die is provided with products to be welded, every two products to be welded are arranged in the limiting mechanism in a group of side-by-side mode, and each group of products is provided with a material belt and an elastic sheet which are matched with the products. The elastic sheet and the material belt are of an integral structure, and the material belt comprises a plurality of elastic sheets which are uniformly arranged; the elastic sheet is of a symmetrical structure and comprises an elastic sheet main body and V-shaped clamping grooves arranged at two ends of the elastic main body, and one side edge of each V-shaped clamping groove is in the same plane with the elastic sheet main body; the distance between the two V-shaped clamping grooves corresponds to two welding products respectively. The elastic sheet main body and the material belt are on the same plane.
The weak connection is point connection, line connection or tooth hole connection; so that the elastic sheet and the material belt are broken or separated at the connecting point.
The belt material is provided with positioning holes corresponding to the products and used for limiting the products to move on X and Y axes. Thereby ensuring the dimension of the two products in the X, Y direction.
A compression spring is arranged between the lower die and the base of the die, so that vibration is reduced.
And material returning plates are arranged on two sides below the lower die to receive the material belt.

The elastic sheet 8 and the material belt are of an integral structure, and the material belt comprises a plurality of elastic sheets which are uniformly arranged; the elastic sheet 8 is of a symmetrical structure and comprises an elastic sheet main body and V-shaped clamping grooves arranged at two ends of the elastic main body, and one side edge of each V-shaped clamping groove is in the same plane with the elastic sheet main body; the distance between the two V-shaped clamping grooves corresponds to two welding products respectively. The elastic sheet main body and the material belt are on the same plane.
The weak connection is point connection, line connection or tooth hole connection; so that the elastic sheet 8 and the material belt are broken or separated at the connecting point.
The belt material is provided with positioning holes corresponding to the products and used for limiting the products to move on X and Y axes. Thereby ensuring the dimension of the two products in the X, Y direction.
A compression spring 7 is arranged between the lower die 3 and the base of the die to reduce vibration.
And material returning plates 4 are arranged on two sides below the lower die to receive the material strips.

Finally, laser spot welding is performed by a laser welding device. After welding, the product can be peeled off at the V-shaped clamping groove, and finally the complete part is obtained.
When in use, the MIM piece is put into the lower die, and the pins are used for positioning the MIM piece.
