Meanwhile, the arc convex die 22 and the arc concave die 12 are utilized to form two arc-shaped protrusions on the workblank of the bending plate connecting piece 5; the fixation of the workblank on the outer sides of the arc-shaped protrusions is reinforced by utilizing the plane supporting plate 23 corresponding to the plane pressing plates 13, and end bending is facilitated; and the finished bending plate connecting piece can be obtained by one-time stamping under the matching of the workblank fixing plate, the arc convex dies, the plane supporting plates and bending die plates.
The bending die plates 24 are arranged on the two sides of the plane supporting plates 23 respectively in this embodiment, and the inner sides of the bending die plates 24 are provided with arc chamfered surfaces respectively. Thus, the two ends of the bending plate connecting piece 5 are bent upwards respectively, and smooth transition is performed at the bending position.
